Its not like bolstering or sanguine, those are annoying af, lack real interaction and reduce the dungeon pacing for no reason. But bursting would indeed be less punishing and more interactive if the stacks overlapped instead of each stack refreshing the whole duration. Imho they could compensate the overlap change with increasing the base amount per tick for some degree.Comment by MintcookielgfuDelete it along with all other affixes.
