Oblivion's Embrace: Very strong defensive legendary giving you an extra Demon Spikes and when you start a pull.

Runemaster's Pauldrons: Strong legendary that becomes extremely good once paired with T21 4piece. Resets the cooldown of all your sigils and grants you 1 charge of Demon Spikes and . The effect works with both the metamorphosis cooldown and last resort proc. (doesn't work with the Fueled by Pain trait.)

Archimonde's Hatred Reborn: Used mainly for single target encounters. Gives you an extra cd and good single target damage. Can be used during meta for the bubble effect to benefit from the increases meta health.

Tier 2:

Sephuz's Secret: Gives you 25% haste for 10 seconds. Really good to set up a pull especially if you are trying to set up several sigils which can be deadly because you aren't really doing much to sustain yourself during that period of time. It can be triggered by Sigil of Chains, Sigil of Misery, Sigil of Silence, Imprison, Disrupt and Arcane Torrent.

Cloak of Fel Flames: Only good against magic abilities, but you can usually live most of them without the extra 15% magic damage reduce from the cloak.

Kirel Narak: Useful legendary for fights where you have a priority add with several smaller trash or boss mobs. Lets you keep Fiery Brand on your main target to get a high uptime from both the 40% dmg reduction and increase from the Fiery Demise trait.

Fragment of the Betrayer's Prison: The legendary plays itself. 15% leech during Demon Spikes which gives you more self sustain during that 6 second window.

Tier 3:

Spirit of the Darkness Flame: This legendary doesn’t really make sense to me. It can save after taking a big hit but usually you want to have fiery brand up on the target before taking a big chunk of damage instead of using it to recover after.

The Defiler's Lost Vambraces: Extremely situational. Really good if there's a caster pack that will last very long if you don't have shoulders available, usually not worth using at all. Soul Cleave not being in a very good spot at the moment isn't helping the bracers either.

Soul of the Slayer: Can be a decent leggo if it's all you have. The weakness of it is that you don't want to wear it at all times but you kind of have to if you do put it on. Pretty strong defensive wise with Burning Alive on 4-5 mob packs but useless on single target. Main problem is you would drop the ring between those packs to put another legendary but you want to have Fallout for the whole dungeon so the ring negates that.

Prydaz, Xavaric's Magnum Opus: 15% max health absorb shield every 30 seconds. What makes Prydaz, Xavaric's Magnum Opus good is that you can have a shield planned for big hits. As a tank you are constantly taking damage so the shield value is pretty minimal.

Insignia of the Grand Army: Decent damage output as a starter legendary if you have 3 offensive traits in the netherlight crucible.

Legendary Combinations

Oblivion's Embrace + Archimonde's Hatred Reborn: Main Single target set. Gives you an extra cd which can be useful for certain fights. Also great damage if you can get Siphon Power consistently.

Oblivion's Embrace + Runemaster's Pauldrons: Used for packs where you need extra control with the shoulders. Also good on some bosses. Ex: Tirathon in vault or Talixae in Court of Stars.

Oblivion's Embrace + Kirel Narak: Great setup for a priority damage encounter with some small adds. Gives you extra Fiery Brand uptime letting you dump more damage into the boss and take less damage more often.

Oblivion's Embrace + Sephuz's Secret: Best setup if you don’t need the extra control from the shoulder legendary.

Archimonde's Hatred Reborn + Cinidaria, the Symbiote: Great to get a bit of extra Single Target damage on bosses that aren’t really dangerous.

GearingTrinkets

Umbral Moonglaives: Great AoE damage trinket over 8 seconds which gives us self-sustain since we heal for 20% of all damage done with frailty.

Aggramar's Conviction: Good trinket overall, Agi stat-stick with a noticeable vers proc. It also has an edge over other trinkets with it's capability to reach 1k ilvl.

Smoldering Titanguard: Not much use for this trinket. But it is a very huge absorb. My favorite uses for it are to help soak the crushing depth on last boss in EoA or to take several hits very quick if you do a big pull.

Ember of Nullification: Has a chance to silence a cast every 20 seconds. The only place you would use this on is a boss like medivh mainly to deal with piercing missiles.

Shivermaw's Jawbone: Excellent trinket on AoE. It's one of the rare trinkets that you can pair another on-use with since it doesn't trigger the 30 second cooldown.

Writhing Heart of Darkness: Awesome defensive trinket since it reduces both Physical and Magical damage. Ex. Dargrul in Neltharion's Lair.

Riftworld Codex: This trinket provides good self-sustain especially in aoe. We benefit even more from the Flames of Ruvaraad because of our Charred Warblades trait. Downside is that it's a very RNG trinket.

Diima's Glacial Aegis: Agility stat-stick is very nice with an on-use Armor + Damage. Great on kite pulls or big Physical damage periods.

Mastering Your ClassSigil of SilenceSigil of MiserySigil of ChainsRunemaster's Pauldrons

Make sure to have Demon Spikes up when you go into a pack, so do your best to end the previous pack with at least 25-30 pain.

Don't pull 2 big packs back to back, You want big packs to die quick.

Make sure to think of your plan before starting the dungeon, so you have a general idea of what cooldowns you want to have ready for which pulls.

Look back on the run and see if you did any major mistakes that can be corrected in future runs by doing something differently.

Soul Cleave

If you are gaining so much pain that you are overcapping pain if you don't use soul cleave, this will happen a lot more in high keys.

If you need the emergency in the moment and you can't wait to charge up a spirit bomb.

If it's a skittish week and you need to get aggro really quick before your dps take threat over you, especially on pulls where you plan on kiting like Neltharions's Lair.

MetamorphosisMacros

Casts Infernal Strike at your cursor location.

/cast Infernal Strike

Casts Sigil of Flame at your cursor location.

/cast Sigil of Flame

Uses your interrupt on your Focus Target so you don't have to target swap.

/cast Consume Magic

Uses your interrupt on the target under your cursor.

/cast

This affix empowers enemies with a 20% extra health and damage buff whenever enemies die within 30 yards of each other.
You want to avoid pulling mobs with different health values to assure you don't end up with very messy pulls due to huge leftover enemies.
Do not chain pull, make sure to finish a pack completely before pulling more so that the mobs in the new pack don't get buffed early.

The affix can be negated by parrying and dodging which we do a lot during Demon Spikes. A trick can be to make usage of our Defensive Spikes which gives us an extra 10% parry chance after popping Demon Spikes. So using Demon Spikes every 3 seconds will give you a better chance to have low stacks before having to start kiting.
Saving your grip for the end of the pack instead of the start can be very useful on necrotic since it will apply a 60% slow and give you a window to start kiting when your stacks are getting to 15-20.
Making use of your party's Crowd Control will greatly help to reset stacks.

The way this one works is that every 20 seconds from the start of the key to the end there is a chance for a quaking to happen. Whenever the affix actually procs all 5 party members will have a 8 yard circle around them which will inflict 20% of maximum health and interrupt all spellcasting.
Here is a helpful weakaura to somewhat know when quaking can happen.

Raging is a buff on trash enemies that is applied once it hits 30% health remaining. It does not apply to bosses.
Currently, raging is not in any fortified affix rotation so mobs don't really deal much damage until 30%.
Saving Sigil of Chains for when trash hits 30% health or calling for a stun when they reach 30% is great and lets you get a headstart to kite them if you don't feel comfortable tanking until the end or you have no Demon Spikes charges left.
If you are against a caster pack, making sure to have the mobs locked down is very important since a lot of mechanics will start being extremely deadly for your dps.

Creates a Sanguine Ichor on the ground which deals 15% maximum health damage to allies and 5% maximum health healing to enemies that step on it for every second.
Every puddle lasts 1 minute.
Keep enemies and yourself out of it.
If possible, place sanguine in areas where you won't have to go to later on.
Having displacement abilities in your group (typhoon, earthquake, bursting shot, grips) for weeks with sanguine is very helpful.
If there is a pack with several mobs that have lower hp than others, using a Sigil of Chain or calling for a knockback (typhoon) as soon as the low ones die will make sure that nothing gets a tick of healing.

During this affix enemies will be a lot less affected by tank threat.
Demon Hunter tanks are pretty decent at dealing with skittish since our damage is pretty high when compared to other tank classes.
Making sure to Torment enemies as soon as you see you are starting to lose threat on them will help.
Equipping on-use damage trinkets will help a ton in terms of getting ahead in aggro early on in a pull. Popular trinkets are Umbral Moonglaives or Diima's Glacial Aegis.

Some packs will have more trash than usual. Bosses are untouched.
Some packs that used to be pretty easy will start getting hard so plan accordingly, your dungeon routes might have to be changed if a pack is too difficult or not worth doing.

When you are in combat, enemies will be spawning Explosive Orbs which will detonate after 2 seconds if not destroyed dealing 50% of each party member's maximum health.
Do not pull too big or orbs will overwhelm you and it will most likely be a quick wipe.
Demon Hunter is great at dealing with Explosive Orbs and here are ways to deal with them.
If you have enough pain, is the best way to kill orbs and usually one shots them unless you are in a very high key.
If you are being overwhelmed by orbs spawning too fast and you need to catch up during an aoe pack I would recommend using Fiery Brand since it is not on the gcd and will kill an orb really fast.

When a player is below 90% health, he will start to suffer increasing damage over time until healed back above 90% health.
We don't suffer too much from grievous on trash, it will affect us mostly on bosses since we have less self-sustain on single target especially if your healer is focusing on dps.
Using Archimonde's Hatred Reborn on single target comes in handy here since you will have a small grace period to reach 90% health during the absorb.
Using Fighter Chow food during this week will greatly help in between pulls letting your healer drink for mana instantly instead of having to heal everybody back to full before doing so.

When slain, enemies will explode, causing all players to suffer 10% of their maximum health in damage over 4 seconds. This effect stacks.
Plan on killing mobs at the same time. The deadliest part of the affix is “rolling” the stacks, meaning that if you pull a pack of 8 mobs and kill 7 then take 2 ticks of a 7 bursting stack and then kill the 8th mob right before it ends you will take another 8 stack worth of damage most likely resulting in a wipe.
If you plan on pulling a big pack, make sure that everyone has defensive cooldowns ready and healthstones/ astral healing potion in order to survive the high amount of bursting stacks.

During Volcanic, enemies will cause volcano patches on the ground which will explode shortly after dealing high amounts of damage to whoever is caught standing inside of it.
This usually won't be a problem for you as a tank since pools don't spawn close to you unless an enemy is not in range of you during combat.

Dungeon Specific Tips

Amalgam of Souls

Trash
Most groups will aim to skip the first trash packs in the instance leading to The Amalgam Of Souls. These packs are more commonly skipped by using an invisibility potion or Shroud of Concealment if a rogue is in the group. The “death skip” strat is also viable. Here's a video.

Boss Tips

This boss isn’t too scary. Tank the boss on the edge of the room so reap souls doesn’t take too much space.
You can use Sigil of Chains to slow down some adds during the add phase so they don’t Soulgorge the boss making Soul Burst do 50% more damage.
Make sure to have a defensive for the Soul Burst.

Illysanna Ravencrest

Trash
On the way up after 1st boss you will encounter:

Soul-Torn Champion which will cast Bonebreaking Strike, you want to have a stun rotation ready in order to keep him from finishing his cast as long as possible so he doesn't do his commanding shout too early. The shout gives a buff to all nearby enemies of 50% increased health.
Risen Arcanist has to be kept under control with interrupts/silences so they don't land their cast and gain a 50% increased damage dealt buff for 10 seconds. The buff stacks.
Risen Scout can be interrupted during their Knife Dance cast and they won't recast it for a while. Sigil of Misery and grip are 2 good tools here to interrupt it.

Boss Tips

You want to make sure to have Demon Spikes up when she casts Vengeful Shear.
Don't overuse Demon Spikes since it is very easy to fall behind on this fight and then you can't catch back since the Vengeful Shear cast is faster than your recharge rate.
Keep the Risen Arcanist locked down with a interrupt and cc rotation.

Smashspite the Hateful

Trash
Leading up to Smashpite there will be 2 different trash rooms.

1st room consists of :

Wyrmtongue Tricksters are simply there to hit you, they are mainly an annoyance on sanguine weeks where they will drop sanguine puddles early on in the pull because of their low health.
Wyrmtongue Scavengers will cast "Drink" Ancient Potion which can end up being one of three things:
Frenzy Potion, will make the scavenger grow and increase his attack speed + attack damage. Kiting is probably the best way to deal with these if you are out of defensive cd's.
Hyperactive, will make the scavenger go into a whirlwind spinning mode which will fixate on a player and spin towards him knocking back and dealing damage if anybody in his path is hit, try to keep these under control with Sigil of Chains and Sigil of Misery.
Indigestion, The scavenger will deal fire damage in a cone, this will not be interrupted by Sigil of Chains.

Wrathguard Bladelord deal heavy damage and are pretty deadly while casting Brutal Assault, preferably do not be near them while they cast this or interrupt it with Imprison or Sigil of Misery.
Most groups in high keys tend to pull most of the hallway at once. Then kite the whole thing using slows. Here is a clip of pulling this hallway.

After running up the boulder staircase you will face the 2nd room:

Pulling Felspite Dominator and Fel Bat Pup all at once and bringing them to the top of the stairs into Smashpite's room is the best way to do this pull. Preferably with everybody using a Skystep Potion so nobody falls behind.
Once at the top, grouping all the Felspite Dominators with Sigil of Chains followed by Sigil of Silence will ensure you keep their Felfrenzy casts locked down. Start kiting if some casts go off. Example video.

Boss Tips

Smashpite will gain rage whenever he deals damage with his melee attacks. When he hits 100 rage he will hit you with Brutal Haymaker.
Try to have Demon Spikes up as much as possible when he's auto attacking you to reduce the rage he gains and parry more auto attacks.
Make sure to have either Fiery Brand or Metamorphosis ready for when he does Brutal Haymaker.

Lord Kur'talos Ravencrest

Trash
The pull after Smashpite is also pulled all at once, but can be risky to do if you don't have an invisibility potion or Skystep potion to pull everything and bring it back down. Here's a video showing how the pull goes.

Boss Tips

Swap to the Stinging Swarms as soon as they spawn.

Agronox

Trash

As the dungeon starts, doing a big pull with the 2 packs right in front of you + Dul'zak is the usual strat. You can have a ranged player hit Dul'zak to pull him (it will not pull the 4 pack in front of him).
Wrathguard Invaders will cast Fel Strike, this ability will mainly target ranged so make sure not to be between one and the mob.
Sigil of Silence is very powerful to keep the Helblaze Soulmender and Felguard Destroyer locked down so they don't get the Demonic Mending or Shadow Wall casts off.

Once you go up the stairs towards the boss you will face new types of mobs.

Keep the Felborne Botanist interrupted since they have 3 very impacting casts.
You can Sigil of Chains to interrupt the choking vines if needed.
The Vilebark Walker will cast a Lumbering Crash ability which has to be interrupted. Sigil of Chains, Sigil of Misery work for this.

Boss Tips

Make sure to have something ready for every Timber Smash.
Don't underestimate the Fulminating Lashers that spawn during the boss since they melee really hard. This add won't melee you until it gets the Floral Fulmination cast off. Use Sigil of Chains to interrupt this cast and call for external stuns or knocks to help you. If the cast ends up going off make sure to have something up or you can easily die by a simultaneous hit from the boss and the lasher.

Thrashbite the Scornful

Trash

Save your Sigil of Silence to interrupt the Hellblaze Imps.
When you pull Wyrmtongue Scavengers, they will spawn books. Once spawned you can cancel the book casts with Sigil of Misery letting you clean up the rest of the pack before killing books since the books do not recast.

Boss Tips

Books will spawn when the boss hits a bookshelf after a Scornful Gaze cast. Make sure to keep these interrupted or they may Stifling Satire, Mind Control or slow party members.
Save a Infernal Strike so you don’t get stuck in his Pulverizing Cudgel.

Domatrax

Trash

Keep the Felstrider Orbcasters interrupted while making sure not to stand in front of them when they cast the orb.
Nal'asha is going to be a hard pack. Save defensives for this part, use meta early on this pack as you may have it back by the end (assuming you have tier 21) since it's a mini boss making the pack a lot easier.

Boss Tips

Stay ready while portals are open.
Imp portals will be the first. Pick these up and make sure to keep them silenced so they don't randomly kill your dps.
Hellblaze Mistress will be the second. Try staying away from the shield as they might knock you back towards it resulting in a Felsoul Cleave from the boss onto the shield.
Save your Sigil of Chains for when the boss casts Chaotic Energy and use it to keep the Mistress away from your group so nobody gets knocked away and dies out of the shield.

Mephistroth

Boss Tips

Make sure to use for the Carrion Swarm and face it into a wall since it doesn't disappear until the next phase.
The shadow fade phase can be pretty rough if your healer falls behind since you can't heal yourself at all so use to take less damage during it.
Try not to move as an orb is hitting the shield or you might get damaged by it.

Patrol Captain Gerdo

Trash

You can imprison the guard at the start to skip him as it's usually a waste of time to pull a single mob.
When you reach the Duskwatch Sentrys a good way to deal with them is to use Sigil of Chains or Sigil of Misery in order to negate completely the torch, if sigil isn't up make sure to pop a cd before pulling them.
Face the Bound Energys away from the group to make sure nobody gets hit by the cone ability if it goes off.

Boss Tips

Use during Arcane Lockdown to lower the damage you take while you jump to get rid of the debuff.

Talixae Flamewreath

Trash

On the way there be careful about the Watchful Inquisitors, you want to make sure to NOT silence these and only single interrupt them if not the Searing Glare casts will go off even while silenced (it's a bug).
Use Sigil of Chains as soon as you see them start casting Eye Storm to make sure to interrupt it right as the actual channel starts.
Keep Baalgar the Watchful positioned on a corner so everybody else can Line of Sight his Disintegration Beam and make sure it's always on you.

Boss Tips

Our class is very strong for this boss since we have a lot of aoe cc.
Use to keep an agility buff from Siphoned Power.
Use Sigil of Chains, Sigil of Misery, Sigil of Silence, Arcane Torrent to keep the imps controlled.

Advisor Melandrus

Boss Tips

Dodge the Piercing Gale since it will be deadly if you get hit by multiple lines.
Make sure to drag the boss away from his clones so nobody takes double damage from Slicing Maelstrom.
If the room gets filled with tornadoes, you can soak multiple Enveloping Winds by using Infernal Strike since you will not get stunned until you land.

Archdruid Glaidalis

Trash

Most groups will skip the first 2 cat packs with an invisibility potion since the jump is hard to predict and will most likely 1 shot.
Festerhide Grizzly have a cleave ability so keep them turned away from the group.

Boss Tips

You can help keeping the ground clean by gripping the Nightmare Abomination together.
Keep your back to a wall as much as possible when you see that Primal Rampage is about to happen so that you completely cancel his charge and don't take any damage from it.

Oakheart

Trash

Try skipping as many Rotheart Keeper packs as possible since they are absurdly low count.
Since the keepers heal all the flowers close to them you can taunt them from max range in order to only pull the keepers and then proceed to pulling several packs of flowers together. Example video.

Boss Tips

Face him away from the group to avoid hitting people with Nightmare Breath.
The hardest ability of this fight will be Crushing Grip which is magic damage and not physical so make sure to have at least and Fiery Brand, Metamorphosis or an external for every single one of them.
Pick up all the flowers that spawn from Uproot as quick as you can or it may get some of your dps's health too low for the next Shattered Earth.

Dresaron

Trash

Pull the Bloodtainted Fury in a corner or behind you so that you can kill him and then when he hits about 5-10% jump away from him to make sure you don't pull the 4 small adds because they can be skipped.

Boss Tips

Save an Infernal Strike charge for Down Draft in case you get pushed too far back.
If you are feeling safe, pull whelps during Dresaron to help a lot of class's single target dps and even yours if you decide to equip Kirel Narak. Pulling whelps also allows people to proc Sephuz's Secret.
Stay close to the boss at all times because he will cast Breath of Corruption at the 2nd closest target if you aren't in melee range.
Use during Earthshaking Roar because it counts as Magic Damage and not Physical.

Shade of Xavius

Trash

If you pull a stalker pack, make sure to keep everybody in melee range so that he doesn't use his ability which is very deadly.
Most groups tend to invisibility potion through or even “Death Skip” if you already have enough Enemy Forces, You can see what Death Skip is in this video.

Boss Tips

Keep him close to the wall since it seems like less puddles spawn there to avoid giving him a stack of Apocalyptic Empowerment.

Warlord Parjesh

Trash

Doing a big pull at the start is the usual strat to get Bloodlust on cooldown as fast as possible to maximize the amount you get throughout the dungeon.
You can use Sigil of Chains and Sigil of Misery to interrupt the Spiked Carapace from the Wandering Shellback
Sigil of Silence to keep the Hatecoil Stormweaver and Hatecoil Oracle locked down.
Imprison can be used to interrupt the Lightning Prod from Hatecoil Wrangler, but you might want to call for a stun first because Imprison takes dots off from your target.

Boss Tips

Make sure to pick up the adds before they reach your dps.
Keep the Hatecoil Shellbreaker and Hatecoil Crestrider controlled with your sigils and make sure to interrupt Restoration/Bellowing Roar.
You can completely dodge the Crashing Wave mechanic by using an Infernal Strike so make sure to have one ready for each of them. Example video.

Lady Hatecoil

Trash

If you pull a Hatecoil Crusher you should be the one interrupting his Thundering Stomp since your interrupt will line up with every single cast.
While fighting Hatecoil Arcanists make sure to only use interrupts on Arcane Rebound since the Polymorph: Fish can be dispelled and Aqua Spout can be easily dodged.

Boss Tips

If you feel safe, equip Kirel Narak and keep the adds alive to gain a single target increase, it also increases the single target damage of many classes.
When Beckon Storm happens pick up the adds quick to avoid your dps being low health for Focused Lightning. These adds deal magic damage so you can use to gain high uptime on Siphon Power.
Face away from allies when Curse of the Witch is about to expire.
If there are too many tornadoes, you can soak one by using Infernal Strike right away to get back to the ground.

Serpentrix

Trash

Stormwake Hydras are extremely scary. They have a Vile Blood buff which gives them a chance to hit you with extra nature damage every time they melee you. This can make it really hard because you kinda have to guess when to pop your cd's and it might just proc for the split second where you don't have one up. So try to rotate defensive cooldowns or kite them if you run out.
On top of that, you have to make sure to dodge the puddles on the ground and not turn too much to avoid Tail Whip from hitting somebody.
Mak'rana Siltwalker will cast Spray Sand, make sure to face away from your team and you can interrupt it with Sigil of Chains, Sigil of Misery and Imprison. Try to do so before the cast goes off since it won't recast it instantly.

Boss Tips

Save an Infernal Strike charge for when the boss Submerges to be able to get to him right away and interrupt Rampage.
The Blazing Hydra Spawn and Arcane Hydra Spawn during the boss are capable of being CC'd so save use your Sigil of Silence to help your team during that phase.

King Deepbeard

Trash

The most popular strat when you get to this point is to do a skip called “Boat Skip” to get to Deepbeard instantly. You have really easy as a Demon Hunter because you can double jump glide up there. Here is a video on how this skip works.

Boss Tips

Stack the Quake together to avoid running out of space. Make sure to get out of it after to avoid the Aftershock which will kill you if multiple quakes are stacked.
You can use the Call the Seas puddles on the ground to gain Siphon Power agility with . Hold back from doing this during enrage since he will attack a lot faster and it might become deadly.

Wrath of Azshara

Boss Tips

Massive Deluge will always be on you so when it's about to happen, move to the side of your team so they don't have to move out of it.
Stay out of Mystic Tornado even though it's easy to recover from with glide, you will get a stacking debuff that increases your arcane and nature damage taken.

Hymdall

Trash

Keep Valarjar Thundercallers cc'd at all times or you risk losing a team member pretty quick to Thunderous Bolt.
Make sure to have big defensive cd's for the breath or Infernal Strike away to not take any damage from it.

Boss Tips

The main tip for this fight is that if you start running after the Bloodletting Sweep cast starts, you will actually not get hit by it so you won't get the healing debuff from the sweep.

Fenryr

Trash

With the recent changes to battle res in Mythic +, most groups are now going to Fenryr first to maximize the amounts of battle res available when you get to Hyrja.
When you get to the top of the stairs right after Hymdall make sure to have all your sigils ready to be able to keep the mobs locked down, if you run out of stuff you can start kiting towards the entrance since most mobs don't cast or do anything when kited in Halls of Valor. Keep an eye out for the Valarjar Mystic's aoe healing ability.
Face the Valarjar Marksman away from the group since the Penetrating Shot will always be towards you.
Ebonclaw Worgs before fenryr will become deadlier the more you pull at once so be careful.

Boss Tips

Make sure to have an aoe ability ready to pick up the wolfs everytime the boss casts Unnerving Howl.
Everybody has to be stacked within 12 yards of the boss to split the Claw Frenzy damage.

Hyrja

Trash

Keep the Valarjar Shieldmaiden facing away from melee because they do a cleave.
Interrupt and Sigil of Silence the Valarjar Purifier to make sure he doesn't kill people.

Boss Tips

You will have ready for every Shield of Light and Fiery Brand for every other. Make sure to combine + a 5 stack Painbringer with Fiery Brand, Metamorphosis or Archimonde's Hatred Reborn absorb to survive it in a high key.
Not getting hit by any orbs during Sanctify is crucial to the fight, it might seem somewhat harmless at first but most people actually use Prydaz, Xavaric's Magnum Opus so you are getting rid of their absorb.

God-King Skovald

Make sure somebody in your group picks up the beer from one of the tables while you are making your accross the holy bridge.
The way this works is:
1. Somebody picks up the beer, and runs up top.
2. They throw the beer to 1 small king, as soon as that happens you talk to another.
3. Once the first one has activated you bring him over to the one that has been hit with the beer and you will be able to activate the second one shortly after.

Boss Tips

Make sure to have Demon Spikes up when he does Savage Blade or you will be affected by Ragged Slash for 20 seconds.
You can help keep the adds stacked once he's done channeling the Aegis of Aggramar by using Sigil of Chains.
Use the Aegis of Aggramar when he does Ragnarok but try to delay it until you see his ability go off to make sure it's still up for when he does Felblaze Rush or Savage Blade right after. While holding the Aegis keep your right mouse button held down so that your character doesn't move when the boss casts Felblaze Rush.
DO NOT FORGET to pick up the shield again!

Odyn

Boss Tips

Use your before the spears shatter since it's Holy damage.
The abilities that can be used to interrupt the Stormforged Obliterator are Sigil of Silence, Sigil of Chains, Disrupt and Arcane Torrent.
A pretty nice trick on this boss is that you can proc your cheat death by getting hit by Radiant Tempest to deal more damage since you can NOT proc from anything else or you will just die through it (Make sure to check if Last Resort is up before doing this or it will be a wipe since you can not be brought back into the fight without wiping).

Opera Hall

Trash

The trash before the first boss is known to be very hard on the tank so a lot of groups skips most of it using a res skip.
If you end up doing the trash, make sure to stay within range of the Ghostly Philanthropist or the Throw Coin ability will start hitting random targets.

Wikket Boss Tips

Interrupt Flashy Bolt on cooldown because it is casted on a random player.
Stay out of puddles on the ground, this includes the Defy Gravity and Wondrous Radiance.
When Galindre casts Magic Magnificent make sure to get in defy gravity. If there are only 4, pop a defensive cooldown and stay down since most of your allies won't live through it.

Westfall Story Boss Tips

AoE hard on pull because the Gang Ruffians are deadly if you don't have several poison dispellers.
Keep the Shoreline Tidespeaker cc'd with Sigil of Chains, Sigil of Misery and silence. Call for stuns too, if a Bubble Blast cast goes off do not be in front of it.
All mechanics from Mrrgria are very harmless so you should focus Toe Knee once both are active.

Beautiful Beast Boss Tips

Remember that every time a boss dies all the others get a 25% damage done buff for the remainder of the fight.
Recommended order: Mrs. Cauldrons > Luminore > Babblet > Coggleston.
Assign someone to save his interrupt for Luminore's Heat Wave cast which happens every 25-30 seconds.
Interrupt as many Soup Spray casts as possible. These can target anybody.
If you get the Drenched debuff from Soup Spray make sure to clear fire on the ground by walking over it.
Once the first 3 mobs are down, Coggleston activates. Don't miss a Dinner Bell cast or he and all the active Silver Forks will gain 100% haste for 10 seconds.
Save defensive CD's for this part since it's probably the hardest tank part of it.

Maiden of Virtue

Trash

The Ghostly Understudy right behind the opera will spawn a Spotlight on the ground, move the mobs away from those so that your dps can benefit from the 100% damage increase it gives while standing in it.
Care not to get stunned by their Poetry Slam to avoid being stuck in when they do Final Curtain.
Once you get to the part under the opera, You probably want to save most cd's for this since the pack before doesn't do much so that you can pull it all at once with a cc rotation. Make sure not to use Sigil of Misery here because undead mobs can not be feared.
Skeletal Usher is the next mob you will encounter. They will apply a debuff called Punch Ticket which makes this pull deadly if you pull several at once.
A couple seconds after being pulled they will also cast Flashlight, to avoid being blinded face away from them before the cast ends. You can reset the cast with Sigil of Chains.
Interrupt the Spectral Valet's Demoralizing Shout.
In the hallway leading to maiden save your Sigil of Silence for when the Wholesome Hostess casts Banshee Wail.
Stay in melee range of the Spectral Sentrys at all times to avoid your allies getting shot at.
Keep an eye out for when the Phantom Guardsman cast Shield Smash.

Boss Tips

Don't stand within 6 yards of anybody or you will spread the Holy Bolt.

Moroes

Trash

When you reach moroes room, the mobs in there don't really hurt and have almost no health so you can just pull all of it and los or Sigil of Chains as many as you can together.
Avoid being on tables as much as possible since the aoe from the Arcane Warden are harder to see and dodge if you get stuck on a chair.

Boss Tips

As you start the fight, pop a Sigil of Silence on the top platform, this will not break any of the cc'd mobs and will make sure that all the casters come down.
Keep in mind that once moroes hits 60% health adds will break cc and you won't be able to re-cc them.
Best Strat is to pull 2 adds down on pull with lust and burn them down. Once both are dead, pull a 3rd one down and focus him.
You can then focus on moroes and ignore the 4th add. Most likely keep Lord Robin Daris or Lady Keira Berrybuck as last.
You can interrupt Lord Crispin Ference if you track his cast and place a Sigil of Chains 1 second before he starts casting it.

Attumen the Huntsman

Trash
There are several mobs to pay attention to around attumen.

Make sure to dodge the Spectral Charger frontal ability Charge and keep the Trampling Stomp interrupted.
Don’t let the Spectral Stable Hand get the Healing Touch off. They also put a 50% reduced armor debuff so care if you get one applied on you.
When you reach the Spectral Apprentices they will put out a Burning Brand debuff on people, you can make sure that none go off by Silencing them (It is not a cast so you just apply the silence and they will not put out any brand during that time).

Boss Tips

When Intangible Presence comes out makes sure to call out as fast as possible if you see it on yourself.
You can use when Midnight casts Mighty Stomp to gain agility.
Don't face Mortal Strike is a cone in front of the boss, don't face it towards allies.
Shared Suffering can be completely ignore if you save up your Infernal Strike charges for it and just jump out of it when the cast is about to end. You can also double jump glide as the cast is finishing if you run out of Infernal Strike charges.
Keep in mind that this boss doesn't go back on the horse once he hits 20% health.

The Curator

Trash

Keep interrupts on the Forlorn Spirits.
When you get upstairs and reach the Damaged Golem you can tank them on the side of the stairs in order for melee to be able to stand at the side of it and not have any lightning spawn on them.
Try to keep the Abstract Nullifier alive while dealing with the arcane adds as he will give a 100% damage bonus buff several times to a random player.
Make sure to have an interrupt ready for the Arcane Barrage cast.

Boss Tips

Most groups will stay stacked for most of it to keep all of the Power Discharges stacked up together and maximize room.
Focus most of your damage on the Volatile Energy, these can quickly build up and just wipe your group if more than 1 is out.
You can utilize the Power Discharge on the ground with to get 15% agility buff during the Improved Evocation.
Make sure to save 1 for the Overload right at the end of the Improved Evocation cast.

Medivh

Trash

Most groups just skip the trash between Curator and Medivh. You can Imprison the add in the room to skip him safely.

Boss Tips

A trinket that you should try to get for this boss is Ember of Nullification. This will save your life since it usually ends up interrupting Piercing Missiles letting you focus on more important casts.
Avoid interrupting Piercing Missiles unless you already have 1 stack or Inferno Bolt when they are on you.
Inferno bolts have to be interrupted if they are on a Flame Wreath target.
You can dodge inferno bolt if you Infernal Strike when it's mid-air, but the damage isn't that big.

Mana Devourer

First thing you want to do when pulling this boss is dragging him to the corner. Example video.
By doing this most Loose Mana will spawn right under the boss, letting someone soak all of them easily.
If you have anyone in your party they can simply go under the boss pop an immunity and soak the whole thing. If you don't save up your cd's and pray that you live.
You can also do the “sacrifice” by soaking a bunch of them under the boss without any cd's and just taking a brez.
Dodge all Arcane Bomb on the ground.

Viz'aduum the Watcher

Trash

Coming out of the Mana devourer boss you will have 5 packs of small mana wyrms. You want to pull all of these and gather them in the middle of the room. Make sure to all spread around them to soak as many balls to gain the stacking 10% damage buff.
During the chess event, the king stops going immune once he reaches 30% so keep that in mind.
Start the event by focusing knights as they have the lowest health pool.

Boss Tips

Interrupt the Burning Blast as much as possible.
Face him away from fire on the ground when he reaches 66% and 33% to avoid having the portal spawn in the fire.
If you get Chaotic Shadows debuff don't be close to anyone when it expires.

Ymiron, the Fallen King

Trash

For the first pull here, skip the first 2 slavers and go straight accross the bridge, make sure to aggro the bird on the way through and pull both packs with lust.
Make sure to use your Sigil of Silence during this pull to interrupt the Runecarver Slave's Fire Blast cast.
This pull on a high key might last a while so if you run out of stuff, kite.

Boss Tips

You should be able to survive Dark Slash with any combo including: + 5 stack Painbringer + Fiery Brand / Metamorphosis / Archimonde's Hatred Reborn / external / concordance proc. So rotate between those.
Make sure to have Demon Spikes charges saved up for the Arise, Fallen cast.
If you have a warlock in the group, you can make him taunt all of the Dark Slash if you don't feel safe.

Harbaron

Trash

Once inside the boat, keep an eye out for the Six Pound Barrel cast from the Waterlogged Soul Guard.
The Seacursed Swiftblade will hit you with a magic strike every couple seconds so try to have up as much as possible.
I would not recommend pulling the Night Watch Mariner in higher keys, a strat I recommend is pulling the mariner + grimelord + the 3 dog pack and pulling them to the right while your group runs up the left side and the healer can just resurrect you up top.

Boss Tips

Keep the boss away from Nether Rip as much as possible.
When the Shackled Servitor spawns get the Void Snap interrupt.
Help bursting down the Fragments when they spawn, having a 5 stack ready for it is great.

Helya

Trash

You will face Helarjar Champion which will cast Bone Chilling Scream, make sure to keep interrupts on that or you will get feared and most likely towards other packs.
Save Sigil of Silence when you see the Helarjar Mistcaller cast Whirlpool of Souls. The other ability is pretty minor.
Skjal will be the mini boss at the end of the ship right before Helya.
Interrupt his Debilitating Shout ability.
Dodge his Give No Quarter ability.
Don't fully ignore adds because the Skeletal Sorcerers will end up casting Necrotic Barrage, if this cast goes off it will deal heavy aoe damage.

Boss Tips

Pop when you see Taint of the Sea to gain agility when it gets dispelled.
Have cd's ready for Destructor Tentacle, the Rapid Rupture is the biggest deal with these so pop a defensive when affected by it.
If you get a bad Destructor spawn and a Brackwater Barrage on the same side you might have to stand there so save a cooldown for this.
Interrupt Torrent.

Rokmora

Trash

First pull can be done all at once with bloodlust, use a Skystep Potion to make the pull a lot easier. Here's an example video.
If you don't feel safe doing it this way, you can separate it in 2 pulls.
1st pull being everything up to and the lurkers.
2nd pull being the rest of the room.
Interrupt the piercing shards cast from the Vileshard Hulks by placing Sigil of Chains when they use Fracture.

Boss Tips

Face the boss away so Razor Shards so nobody gets hit by it.
Pick up any adds that spawn as fast as possible so nobody is low health for Shatter.
Focus adds > boss.

Ularogg Cragshaper

Trash

Best way to take care of these packs is to pull big, generate some threat and then kiting.
These packs are mainly doable with a warlock but a mage Flamestrike slow can make it happen too.
Make sure to Imprison the drummer as you pass by to make sure he doesn't cast for too long, pick him up on the way back.

Boss Tips

Try to learn the Sunder timings as the timers aren't reliable.
Make sure to have up when Sunder happens since it's Nature damage and not Physical damage.
Bellow of the Deeps will spawn 2 totems back to back, once the first has spawned turn him 45 degrees to the right and the next one will be on top of the first one.

Naraxas

Trash

Best way to deal with the trash here is to pull the 4 basilisks in the water into the pack of mobs in the next room.
Stoneclaw Grubmasters will spawn grubs on the ground, make sure to frag bomb them if you have Engineering to interrupt their transformation.
Keep an eye on who has aggro on the grubs since they will melee people once their cast is interrupted.

Boss Tips

Pop for every Toxic Retch.
Save defensive for the Frenzy once he reaches 20%
You can help controlling the Wormspeaker Devout by using Sigil of Chains to pull them together and slowing them.
As a demon hunter you can just Infernal Strike away when Spiked Tongue happens and double jump glide spam away from the boss until the cast is over.

Dargrul

Trash

One of the new mobs in the room is the Understone Demolisher, these will do a cast at 70% which can be stunned to avoid them transforming into a golem.
The next dangerous trash will be the Emberhusk Dominators, this mob will will only hit the 3 furthest targets from him, so have your tankiest 3 people at max melee range while the squishiest 2 are on him. One of those 3 people should be you.
If you time Sigil of Chains correctly you can interrupt the frenzy cast.

Boss Tips

Make sure to pop when he does Landslide since it's Nature damage, use it at the end of the cast so it's still up for the Molten Crash right after.
Make sure to have both and Demon Spikes for Molten Crash or you will take double damage and get knocked back.
The add will always spawn to the left of the boss so you can put it wherever you want it to be.
Don't aim Landslide towards a Crystal Spikes or it will destroy it.
Move the boss closer to the Crystal Spikes once the last landslide of the rotation is done so melee can still hit him during Magma Wave.

General Xakal

Trash

Wait for the Forgotten Spirit to pass by.
You can pull the adds away from your team so that they can run past and then you die and get resurrected. Here's a video.
If you have a rogue you can just Shroud of Concealment past them.
If you end up getting left, wait for spirit to pass and skip as much trash as you can while your healer stealths or invisibility potions as far as possible then resurrects the team in xakal's room. Example video.
If you don't have a druid you may have to kill a couple packs before death skipping.
Keep Eredar Chaosbringer interrupted.
You can try to pop Sigil of Chains to interrupt Dreadborne Seer's Prophecies of Doom or Eye of the Beast casts. The grip activation is longer than the casts so try to guess it.

Boss Tips

Pick up the Dread Felbats that spawn during the fight as quick as you can to avoid your dps being hit and not recovering fast enough before the Wicked Slam.

Nal'tira

Trash

You will have 3 small packs of spider which you can pull all at once and avoid the explosion on the ground once they die.
Once those are dead, 3 big spider packs will spawn, pull all of these at once and pop massive cd's to survive, Sigil of Chains in the middle to get them grouped. You can then use Sigil of Misery and Frag Bomb to interrupt the Devour cast.
Try not to cc while they are mid-air or they will bug out and keep going for some reason.

Boss Tips

Try to keep the boss in the middle to let people use spells like Disengage / Demonic Circle: Teleport / Transcendence / Blink away from the boss easily.
Stay away from Nether Venom
Pick up the add quickly.

Corstilax

Trash

You will have to fight several packs of Withered Fiend and Withered Manawraith, make sure to keep them cc'd the whole time or they will kill your teammates.
Stay away from your allies just so you don't spawn Collapsing Rifts on top of them.
Make sure to keep the Nightborne Reclaimer's Eye of the Vortex cast interrupted.

Boss Tips

Make sure to be close to someone during Quarantine to be able to click on them as fast as possible. In high keys more than 1 tick = dead.
Pop during Suppression Protocol
Be moving when he casts Destabilized Orb so you don't take any damage from it.

Ivanyr

Trash

Warp Shade can be very deadly so make sure to have a good cc rotation on them.
Don't use Sigil of Chains while fighting Arcane Anomaly's Arcane Slicer cast because it won't interrupt the cast and will change it's direction.
Interrupt the Arcane Anomaly's cast when it reaches 50%.

Boss Tips

Interrupt Arcane Blast when no Overcharge Mana are within 15 seconds.
Try placing all the Nether Links on one side of the room, so decide before pulling wether all of them should be stacked on the left or right side to save room space.
Pull the boss away from his original spawn point so you can turn your back to him and spam interrupt until he starts overcharge mana. This way he won't get a single stack until the 4th or 5th cast. Example video.

Advisor Vandros

Boss Tips

Try not to to let more than 1 stack of Accelerating Blast active on the boss at once or you will start getting hit faster and harder and this boss already hurts quite a bit.
Save a Infernal Strike charge for when Force Bombs explode to jump right through them.
Move the boss away from Chrono Shards that spawn around the room.

Dungeon Tip: Any mob that stands in dark areas in the dungeon will gain a 100% increased damage buff so stay clear of all those areas.

Zuraal the Ascended

Trash

Pulling all of the room gives you an insane amount of time to do the rest of the dungeon and is great to pop Bloodlust on.
Make sure to keep them silenced and get a cc rotation so they don't get a cast off or you will most likely die if any Dark Withering cast goes off.
This might be a little too much for you, if you don't feel safe feel free to take the pull a little smaller and splitting it into 2.

Boss Tips

Save a cd for each Decimates and you can stack them to have a cleaner room. Save an Infernal Strike and as soon as he starts casting jump to the middle of the older decimates, where you are when he hits you dictates where the circle will be. Make sure to run back out as fast as possible or he will melee you with 100% shadow buff.
If Umbral Shift targets you and you get sent down, pull as many adds and just aoe them down. This part is trivial as the tank.
You can Sigil of Chains a couple of Coalesced Void adds on the boss together to have less purple puddles around the room.

Saprish

Trash

You will have to pull a total of 3 Rift Warden before the boss is available. These are fix spawns since the recent changes.
First spawn will be right as you come out of the 1st boss
Second spawn will be bottom right corner of the map.
Third one will be top right.
Make sure to keep the Rift Warden's Stygian Blast interrupted.
You might have to kite Void Discharges if you don't have massive cooldowns up because their dot hurts a lot.
Shadowguard Riftstalker will spawn traps on the ground make sure to avoid standing in those or you will be stunned, they also summon extra trash so be careful.
Shadowguard Trickster patrol around the area and have to be picked up instantly or they might just kill one of your dps. Use Spectral Sight to find them easily.
Shadowguard Champion will cast Ruinous Strike which is a frontal cone, make sure not to be there or you will get stunned.
Other mobs don't really do much so do not worry too much about them.

Boss Tips

If you don't have anybody wearing sephuz you can get every single Dread Screech by Shadewing. This happens everytime he jumps away.
Stay out of Darkfang's Ravaging Darkness or the Saprish will gain Hunter's Rush stacks.
after every Umbral Flanking to cover the Dark Slash hits.
Move out of the Void Bombs on the ground, these can be hard to see sometimes so look closely.

Viceroy Nezhar

Trash

These packs are pretty deadly and should be pulled one by one. Use Sigil of Silence and cc rotation on every packs to make sure no casts go off.
When you engage the Grand Shadow-Weaver make sure to interrupt his Dark Splice cast and try to have a 5 stacks spirit bomb ready to hit as soon as the Dark Matter spawns to burst it down.

Boss Tips

Rotate Cooldowns while he's casting Mind Blast.
Make sure to help damage on the Umbral Tentacles but also Interrupting and using Sigil of Silence as much as you can.
Assign someone to interrupt Howling Dark.
When he reaches 100 energy, he will spawn 2 Shadowguard Voidtenders which have to be bursted within 10 seconds. You can Sigil of Chains every other to get them down faster.
Have an interrupt ready for Eternal Twilight as soon as the Voidtenders die.

L'ura

Boss Tips

Keep the Waning Void to the sides of the room as much as possible when they are about to die to save room.
Soak Fragment of Despair when the adds cast it. Should only need a small cooldown for it.
Save Fiery Brand to deal as much damage as you can during the Backlash.

Tirathon Saltheril

Trash

Standard strat at the start here is to pull the first 2 packs together.
Keep a cc rotation rolling since the casts are aimed at anybody and not just the tank.
Glayvianna Soulrender should preferably be pulled alone because she is pretty deadly on her own unless you feel really good, then you can pull her with the first 2 packs and bloodlust.
Mobs cleave or have frontal cones in these packs so don't have these faced towards anybody.

Boss Tips

Make sure to have 2 charges of Demon Spikes to cover the Darkstrikes duration or the boss will gain a shield.
Pick up the adds as fast as possible and use your sigils / interrupts to keep them from casting.
Interrupt the Furious Blast.
Try not to stay too close to the Fel Chain.

Inquisitor Tormentorum

Trash

Best way to do the imp mother room is to have somebody go right side while you go left side to stack all the imps on top of the Foul Mother. Make sure to have Sigil of Chains followed by Sigil of Silence for this pull.

Boss Tips

Most groups will pull 3-4 dogs at the start of the fight because not much is going on until 70%.
You can use Throw Glaive or Disrupt to proc Sap Soul.
Don't get disoriented by Inquisitive Stare or the boss will attack somebody else for 3 seconds.
Make sure to have Torment ready for the Felguard Annihilator because he will drop threat everytime he charges away.
Interrupt the Shadowmoon Warlock's Seed of Corruption cast.
You can use Sigil of Misery to interrupt a Shadowmoon Technician grenade.
I would recommend using Sigil of Misery on the Faceless Voidcaster while you are dealing with the Void-Touched Juggernaut and Deranged Mindflayer first.
Once those are dead, you can pull the Faceless Voidcaster and use frag bomb or call for a stun to interrupt the Shadow Crash cast, he won't recast it for a while.
Four Lingering Corruption will spawn and you shouldn't worry about anything here, even the debuff doesn't really do anything, just make sure to be spread out when they expire.
Tank the Enormous Stone Quilen on top of one Mogu'shan Secret-Keeper while the 2nd keeper is feared with Sigil of Misery, then move over to the 2nd keeper once the first one is dead.

Glazer

Boss Tips

Bait the Pulses to the boss by staying close to him.
You can get your 15% agility buff with by standing in Lingering Gaze for 1-2 ticks to have it for the damage bonus part.
Save Fiery Brand for the Damage buff part.
Make sure to help turning the lens towards the boss.

Ash'golm

Boss Tips

This boss doesn't do much damage so feel free to go offensive and soak a patch of fire to avoid Living Ember adds to Detonate and gain Siphon Power buff.
Save Fiery Brand for the Brittle phases to have an even bigger burst.
Drag him on top of Living Embers to simply cleave them down.

Cordana Felsong

Trash

The most common strat is to skip Grimhorn the Enslaver with a tank death or with Shroud of Concealment if you have a rogue. Example video.
Pick up the light before going any further and then kill the 4 pack of spiders.
After these you want to use a Avalanche Elixir in combination with an invisibility potion in order to skip the pack under. Here’s a video showing how you can skip. It is safer with a Skystep Potion.
Stay in range of the Spirit of Vengeance at all times if not they will cast Throw at random targets.

Boss tips

Don't get hit by Detonating Moonglaive, if you do it splashes to everybody within 10 yards and kills them.
Try to have a cooldown up for the Knockdown Kick combo.

Great guide.

One comment: I like to have an Infernal Strike macro that jumps you straight up & down without any change in location. If you're using it for pure DPS, it minimises mob repositioning & stops any risk of accidentally triggering effects (e.g. Flame Wreath).

Something like:

/cast Infernal Strike

So that if you hold down any of shift/control/alt (provided you haven't accidentally keybound that combo elsewhere) then you'll jump directly up & down, but otherwise you'll leap to your cursor position.
