Hmm some interesting stuff this round. A lot of damage tuning it seems. Mostly buffs, except those poor Shamans...
Took a break to get away from my low pop realm and wait for 5.4 but it seems it's going to be even worse...ANOTHER enh shaman nerf? I mean, you rarely see enh shamans compared to other classes anyways... is this why they're going down again? Leave us alone for once. I bet my chair it's based on a few people that only do PVP on enh shamans and know how to play -> their victims had to have been crying their eyes out for this nerf... Nice balance.

At the begining of reading whole page i've said "yay ! we got a buff now !" but i've continued to read..and i've said "meh..".Blizzard, cant you see that what are you doing ? Stop changing mechanics, because every single move u make is not making sth better. Thats because of Runic Corruption. it is not a fixable mechanic or you guys can't fix it....So...make a revolution or leave this mechanic alone.
Fire mages nerfed even more, sure Blizzard why don't you delete Combustion in general?

72% base resilence? Really? I think they thought it necessary to balance out the further nerf to healing in bgs and arena from 45% to 55%.

They need to control burst, and dps overall or else everything is just a burst-fest with very little strategy. Everyone blows their CDs and whomever is left standing after 15 seconds wins.As a new arena season starts, will will be getting more gear with more dps stats and more PVP power on those items. This makes burst potentially a problem again. They needed to buff base resilience in order to balance that out.The nerf to healing is needed because like DPS/burst, new items with more pvp power means harder hitting heals.Arena pvp is a pain in the butt to balance, not only do you have to get classes fairly balanced, but you also have to have just the right amount of burst to make killing someone possible. If you make burst too effective, then fights end with no strategy. If you make burst too low, then healing dominates. Matches have to be in that sweet spot where both burst and healing matter, but the fights are long enough that strategy is important also.
So a Heroic geared windwalker monk(ingame now) with a mastery buff is probably already at or over the 60% constant damage increase they're proposing to give monks for Tigereye Brew. Meaning this is a lateral move and barely a buff if anything, not to mention 4 chi spent for 1 Tigereye Brew. This mastery wasn't even well thought of, just stolen from the t15 4 set bonus and now increased. Tbh I think this and the tier 16 4pc is very crappy, excuse the language.
They're increasing resilience again? They should scrap that and actually make PvP Power useful again....
