Enrage and Raging Blow will both be stronger with Unshackled Fury.

Let's say you get 50% from UF, Enrage will increase from 9% to 13.5%, RB from 100% to 150%. And both talents even helping each other a bit (you will recognise a higher increase in overall damage in RB as Enrage also pushes on it).

Nice solution, to make that fury system more interesting.

So please correct me if I'm mistaken, but am I correct to assume that the fury mastery ability that boosts the strength of abilities and effects that cause you to be enraged will boost the amount of damage this does?

Does Enrage have a PPM/Cooldown?

I was thinking that SMF will have faster weapons, so enrage will almost always be up.

Possibly Stacking Mastery Raiting would allow enrage to increase your damage by a good 20-30%.

What do you think?

I think that having enrage up 80% of the fight would remedy the lack of dmg.

The tooltip for this is broken. If you read the tooltip on the talent tree it is clear that it definitely IS affected by Fury mastery, but the tooltip for the buff itself does not show the benefit (i.e. It always reads as a 10% damage bonus.)

A tank should be able to maintain Enrage pretty consistently. With Shield Block active, getting critical blocks should be relatively easy.

Edit:
With the changes coming in 5.4, critical chance may end up being a decent stat for Prot Warriors somewhat similarly to how haste is a solid stat for Prot Paladins.

As of patch 5.3, the effect you gain states in the tool-tip that you gain 100% increased movement speed alongside the 10% damage buff, this is not correct and is a bug.

You only gain the +10% damage.
