The pyre is on ground level in Laughing Skull ruins, when you use the blanket on the pyre 2 ogres will spawn, and they will start placing orc corpses around the pyre, you must protect them while they do it.
No extra mobs are spawned so they are easy to protect.

Pyre is located at approx. 47, 24 in Nagrand. correct info make sure you kill the ogres and plant the totems too 2 quest at once.

Confused me. I thought the pyre was the big fire area. It's a small fire nearby. South and west.

Don't need to clear whole area, thank god.Just area around fire and then protect the orc who comes on scene with bodies to plant.

Ok so this is a relatively easy quest... As long as it doesn't bug out on you like it did for me... I was at the correct fire, and clicking the stupid blanket thing... The ogres would not show up... I even re-logged thinking it would fix it... I ended up trying about 30 times with no luck... I had to abandon the quest and go back and it finally worked... No idea why it bugged for me, but mobs in there wouldn't let me loot them either, kept telling me they were too far away even when i was standing right on top of them... After abandoning and re-accepting the quest I had no problems. GL and don't get as frustrated as me, just abandon it if it doesn't work the first time lol

Fire is at 47,25. Once you use the blanket to signal, 2 ogres will spawn and start placing bodies. Make sure you stay with them and keep them alive until they place enough bodies or you will not get a complete.

The respawns for me were ridiculously fast. Being a 65 frost mage it was tiring for me to clear my way through and get a good spot and getting my mana back to realize half of them have already respawned back.... just becareful! ^_^

This quest bugged on me. One of these guys was attacked by a glitched ogre, and after awhile they both ended up dying, and it didn't say I finished the quest. Very frustrating.

After you complete the quest, and before you hand it in, keep in mind you can still use the blanket to summon two Boulderfist Saboteurs as many times as you'ld like.

Since they will fight the Warmaul Ogres, you can use them as rather effective "pets" to help you complete any quests you have to do involving killing the Warmaul.

This is bascially an escort\protection quest of the two ogres carrying out the dead bodies.
If one of the ogres gets killed, just keep up with the other one, you can still complete the quest.
Just follow him around and kill any of the other ogres who start attacking him.

Reading the comments confused me a little and I ended up re-trying this Q 5 or 6 times before I saw the actual "PROTECTION" needed for the complete! As most did, I smooshed the 2 guards next to the pyre, clicked em and started the blanket wait. NADA! No respawns n thought it was like the plant the flag on the body Q just b4 this one. Finally I 'actually looked' at the 2 pink ogres getting their butts kicked, about 10 yards NE of the pyre. Out of boredom, I went over and smooshed the butt kicker n BINGO! The 2 pinkys walked over to the pyre n then started walkin around the place n gettin slapped around more. "Protect them" I felt so stupid! After I realized my brainfart, the quest was very easy. My 65 NE Rogue proved a little much for the entire Q chain mobs involved here. (whew) :) With the ability to run in Stealth, the stun buff and the improved poisons, after I figured out the last blanket thing, I guess the entire Q chain (5) took me no more than 45-50 minutes to do. Very easy and rewards almost 75g in exp, a couple of very nice armor n weapons drops, guild n normal rep pluses and actually kinda fun. Peace!

Lantresor of the Blade at the Burning Blade Ruins in Nagrand wants you to use the Damp Woolen Blanket at the Blazing Warmaul Pyre in the Laughing Skull Courtyard to signal his ogres.

Description

Your rampage through Kil'sorrow Fortress has provided us with a special opportunity. We have enough bodies to make it appear as if a great battle has taken place.

Travel to the Laughing Skull Ruins and find the Laughing Skull Courtyard. There should be a blazing pyre in the courtyard. Make sure the area is secure and then use this blanket to send up smoke signals. When my ogres see the smoke, they will sneak in and plant the bodies of slain Kil'sorrow soldiers.

That should be the final straw!
