The NPC you are looking for is named Elementalist Morgh, which is found at 60:22 if you have the coordinate mod. If you do not have it however, he can be found, if you've been to Garadar, directly north of it at the Throne of Elements. Good Luck and Happy Adventures!

Well, I got this quest but I can seem to get another Howling Wind to deliver to the guy. Keep killing and killing the mobs that drop it and not a single drop.

Will try to abandon the quest and try one more.

Go see Wazat and double up this quest with I Must Have Them!. You can kill Dust Howlers and Storm Ragers southwesterly from the goblin around (59,73) and then zip right back to Wazat for Bring Me the Egg! before going back to Elementalist Morgh

This quest is required for the Throne of the Elements subsection of the Nagrand Slam Achievement.

To get this quest, you have to pick up a Howling Wind

They are predominately dropped from Dust Howler, Storm Rager and Living Cyclone in Nagrand.

Take this to Elementalist Morgh at the Throne of the Elements and he will give you the follow up quest Murkblood Corrupters
