What is it good for?

Utility - allows you to easily access banks and go longer without having to queue more Work Orders. Good for alts you forget to frequently play.

Costs and Blueprints

Small Building Upgrade costs: Level 1 is 0 要塞資源 and , Level 2 is 0 要塞資源 and , Level 3 is 0 要塞資源 and

Level 1 blueprints except the Salvage Yard all become available to you when your Garrison reaches Tier 2.

Level 2 Blueprints for Small buildings require you to reach level 96 or complete the 塔拉多爾 Outpost quests. Blueprints cost or free if you have 哨站建築組裝筆記, which you get on completing your Outpost quest chains.

Level 3 blueprints unlock when you are level 100 and have completed 我滿腦子都是德拉諾的錢 (was recently nerfed to loot 2500 Draenor gold, down from 10k). The blueprint costs .

Level 3 blueprints are account-wide. Once you unlock one on a character, it’s available to all characters on your account.

What does it offer?

Level 1: Enables access to your personal bank and increases the total number of active work orders for all buildings by 5.

Level 2: Enables access to your guild bank.

Level 3: Enables access to an Ethereal Trader for Void Storage and Transmogrification and increases the total number of active work orders for all buildings by 15.

If this building increased work order production by even a small amount, like 5-10%, or sped up work order production, it would be something worth looking at it. As it is, the only benefit of getting even MORE work orders at buildings is if you go on vacation for a week, you can have more run...woop dee doo!

Re: Garrison buildings work order chart; 落月挖掘場 / 霜牆礦場等級2 work orders: 5 德拉諾之石 becomes either 5 黑石礦石 or 5 真鐵礦石, rarely with some 頂尖水晶.

Built one to replace my salvage today. Wasn't getting much from salvage and LOVE the idea of eliminating needs to go to town. Now I've got everything I used to go to city for right in my garrison: bank, auction house, and transmogrification. Very convenient. I'm a small town kind of guy; what can I say? :)
