This is one of the buildings that will be introduced with the Garrison in Warlords of Draenor expansion pack. This is the second level of 3, with 1 more upgrade available.

This will very useful for players with the Tailoring skill, and has the following abilities for each level:
Level 1: Generates a batch of Tailoring components daily, and allows production of tailored items. The building can store at most one batch at a time, and new batches are only produced if free storage space is available.
Level 2: Stores up to two daily batches worth of Tailoring components.
Level 3: Unlocks Specializations, and ingredient capacity increases to a maximum of four daily batches.
This can only be placed on a small lot.

Level 2 Tailoring Emporium offers (without Tailoring):

Placing up to 14 work orders, one requires requires 5x Sumptuous Fur and produces Hexweave Cloth plus sometimes Sorcerous Air and Sorcerous Water. It takes four hours for one work order to complete.
The following cloth armor and cloaks:

Cloaks:
Brilliant Hexweave Cloak - Item level 640 Intellect cloak
Nimble Hexweave Cloak - Item level 640 Agility cloak
Powerful Hexweave Cloak - Item level 640 Strength cloak

Other:
Hexweave Embroidery - Secondary property reroll for Tailoring items with item level 640 or higher

You can also assign a follower with Tailoring trait to the building. Doing so increases the work order yield (affected by the follower level) and gives the access to two battle standards:

Fearsome Battle Standard / Fearsome Battle Standard - 8 yard AoE doing 5,000 damage every 3s for one minute.
Inspiring Battle Standard / Inspiring Battle Standard - 30% to maximum HP to allies within 8 yards for one minute.

The follower for Tailoring is Pleasure-Bot 8000, acquired via New Owner in Talador. The prerequisite is Clear! which requires level 94.

The blueprint requirements are currently bugged, for instance tailoring says requires Talador Outpost or level 96, wrong (had the outpost at 94 and it was still locked). Same with some others, do not have a complete list but Lumber mill is similar (2 levels after outpost is available)

Does anyone know if, as a non-tailor...and I have the Tailoring Emporium, I can use the Hexweave Cloth it makes to make a Hexweave Bag?
