Heigarr can be found at 67,56, just south of where you picked up the quest. He will periodically stun.

Once completed, you will be offered Travel to Moa'ki Harbor by Hotawa (who is standing next to Elder Muahit.

You will be able to pick up Travel to Moa'Ki Harbor from the NPC right next to Elder Muahit once you are done with this quest.

This quest isn't Alliance Only, it's available to both sides.

As with "Not Without a Fight" (http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=11949), you don't get credit for the kill if he's already being attacked by a defender. Make sure you attack him before he gets tapped.

I just got credit even though there were 2 defenders attacking him first... I suspect you need to just out damage them.

And I got the Travel to Moa'Ki Harbor from Howling Fjord.. I suppose it depends on where you start. Think you have to gain a small amount of rep with them first or do a minimum of quests.. not sure which.

Go just behind the quest giver, south as previously indicated. His respawn timer is approximately one minute and he doesn't come from the ships he will just appear on the island, so if he has just been killed... wait or check the raiders again for him.

To complete the Friends from the Sea component of Nothing Boring About Borean
You have to complete the quests in both the Riplash Strand AND Kaskala areas.

Elder Muahit wants you to kill Heigarr the Horrible in Njord's Breath Bay.

Description
