I spend half of my life looking for quest items in my bags. The incense looks like Vision Dust, so if you're an enchanter don't be fooled.

Voice of Nozronn says: So the oracIe has decided to aid you, outIander. Very weII, l will offer you what i know.
Voice of Nozronn says: Your companion seeks the shardhorn patriarch Farunn, who holds himself aIoof from his brothers.
Voice of Nozronn says: Farunn walks the lands north of what your people call the Bittertide Falls. You will find him alone, but you will see her requires no defenders.
Voice of Nozronn says: Return to your companion. TelI him to go forth and claim his prize in Farunn.
Voice of Nozronn says: Once he has done so, tell him to Ieave this land in peace. He does not belong here.

you can see Nozzronn's bones on the map south of the nessing way camp. Just for those of you who doesent have coords.

Any one else have trouble with this?

did quest it said complete in my log then i went to outlands to talk to hemet and there was no ? over his head when i talked to him there was no quests..gonna go back and reaccept and hopefully it will work this time

It's just behind quest giver, big boned dinosaur with glowing eyes.

Stand next to his mouth and use just by shiny 'Offering bowl'.
Wait till dialogue ends and you completed quest.

The offering bowl is located at 26,75, just south of where you pick the quest up. It's in front of the head of the large skeleton. Just use the incense, wait for a bit of dialogue, and you're done!
