Introduction
World of Warcraft boasts an impressive collection of so-called vanity items. Be that a mount, pet or tabard people strive to procure hard to obtain and rare items that will enhance their character. Most popular types of vanity items are mounts and minipets, they are well-covered in terms of guides and the most popular vanity items that people collect. This guide introduces you to whole another aspect of game - transformation items. These items completely change the way your character looks and as such are extremely fun to use

Since Cataclysm this has become a random world drop.
Ragnaros

You seem to have screwed up some copy/paste on the Time Lost Figurine and the Super Simian Sphere
Super Simian Sphere
How to get it: This is an extremely rare Northrend world and dungeon drop. Can't be reliably farmed.
Fun facts: Druid can use this while in Flight Form to become a flying monkey in the bubble. If you use other transformation item while under the effect, your appearance will change, but the bubble will remain
Arakkoa has unique dance animation. The name of the trinket probably refers to the amount of time required to summon Terrok and the unreliably low drop rate it has.

Not sure if it really counts, but kissing
Mojo
turns you into a frog... so its kind of like a consumable item, only you don't eat the frog...
Though with the changes to the dungeon, maybe it isn't even worth mentioning anymore (if they don't add him into the newer version that is).
