Anyone have any good suggestions for a weapon? I've got a druid but haven't found anything that quite matches.

Heritage armor:
With The War Within, you can level up as you want, including using a character boost or a race-change and gain the achievement (like 光铸者的传承). Once earned, you can use this transmog on every alt of that race. Some races get more than one set.
Older/main races may complete a quest chain to get their heritage armor (level 50+ and possibly additional requirements, depending on their race).

In case it doesn't pop up on log in, try to visit the Embassy to find the quest giver (Stormwind / Orgrimmar). A relog might also be helpful if you've just leveled up.
Some races need a teleporter near the Embassy to turn in their quests. /way Stormwind 54.4 15.4 Embassy SW /way Orgrimmar 40 76 Embassy OG

Questline starts in Orgrimmar at 灵魂行者伊莎希.
Requirements: 120 and exalted with Thunder Bluff with your Tauren. Completed War Campaign on that account until you rescued Baine.

灵魂低语之时 - meet Baine in Thunder Bluff
灵魂行者 - fly to Camp Narache (South of TB), on the hill
灵魂向导 - click the incense
小屋 - travel to Stonetalon Mountains, Sun Rock
穿越灵魂之界 - click your quest item 灵魂行者的神圣法器, find, follow and defend
风暴将至 - travel to Mulgore, Bloodhoof Village. Kill enemies and click villagers to fill the bar. Return to Baine in Thunder Bluff
响应召唤 - speak to to start the fight against . Stand near s to get help (like stackable buff 先祖的指引)
感谢指引 - go to the marked quest area on the top of the hill. Klick the offering. Turn in at 牛头人仪式装束 near you and get 舒哈鲁的传承 and 上古牛头人护符.
Now all of your Taurens may wear Ancestral Chieftain (Tauren) Heritage Armor (Only 'classic' Taurens, not Highmountain, of course).

Can it be boosted Tauren to 110lvl then leveled 120 and gained Exalted with Thunder Bluff?
Or do I have to level up all the 120 lvls?

For those looking for a weapon and can use Two Handed-Maces, 杜戈的重锤 works freaking amazingly with this set. However, not many classes can use it. It is also the closest we will probably get to having a totem as a weapon.

The Plundered Petrified Tree can also work, but not very well as the other.

My only two handed weapon suggestion, 碎浪.

For ranged weapon probably go with 礼颂火枪 looks good.

A good 2 handed weapon to go with this is 牛头人酋长战斧 the same axe Baine wielded in the End Time.

If you're looking for a Polearm transmog to fit into this glorious set, I've found a good match is Spear of the Hunt. Reward from the Alliance BfA intro.

Isn't quite as tribal as I'd like to fit the theme of the set but there's a big turquoise jewel in the blade guard which matches the turquoise colors in the set very well.

As of 9.0.5 it is no longer necessary to complete Stay of Execution.
I got to level 50, had exalted with Thunder Bluff, and only did the "Ready for War" achievement without having done any other BFA content on this account and the starting quest was available in Orgrimmar.

As of the most recent patch (10.0), ALL you need to do is be level 50 and exalted with Thunder Bluff. You can pick up the quest "When Spirits Whisper" outside the Orgrimmar Embassy at Spiritwalker Isahi, and complete the quest chain.

Seems you dont need to be exalted, i noticed after i farmed TB to exalted... I already had the Q, flew over it earlier to get TB tabard and noticed now afterwards. Haha.
