What I must do if my monk is booster up at lv110 ,I reciev this armor at lv 120 ? If no why blizzard don’t warning me before I bought that boost :((

For those who came here looking for the same info I was looking for: You may have to relog after earning 黑铁的传承 in order to be able to use the set. I was really confused when the turn-in to get the achievement seemed really anti-climactic (I was expecting to have to do another scenario or something) and I was like 'wtf?' because I couldn't see the armor in the dressing room or at the mogger.

However, once I relogged, it was there!

Just unlocked the set today on my Dark Iron Hunter. Looks really good with 试炼长弓 imo.

Once earned, the heritage armor can be used by any Dark Iron alts, including low level, boosted and race changed ones.

Heritage armor:
The ones of allied races require to level up one character of that race without a level boost (heirlooms are allowed) and gain the achievement (like 光铸者的传承). Once earned, you can use this transmog on every alt of that race.
Older/main races may complete a quest chain to get their heritage armor (level 50+ and possibly additional requirements, depending on their race).
With 10.1, heritage armor quests for non-Allied races no longer requires exalted reputation with their home factions.
In case it doesn't pop up on log in, try to visit the Embassy to find the quest giver (Stormwind / Orgrimmar). A relog might also be helpful if you've just leveled up.
Some races need a teleporter near the Embassy to turn in their quests. /way Stormwind 54.4 15.4 Embassy SW /way Orgrimmar 40 76 Embassy OG

监工的遗言&bonus=4202 looks really go for fury warriors that want wannabe one handed axes to match with heritage set set.

If anyone is looking for a good match for a cloak, I recommend 巴苏的酸蚀斗篷. There's nothing super special about it but it looks very good against the rest of the armor and meshes well with the actual armor colors.

For hunters, the green WoD drop Incised Crossbow might be worth considering.

If you don't automatically get the achievement, go back to the Moira via the Mole Machine next to the Stormwind Embassy. It took me 20 minutes to figure this out. Moira in Shadowforge City will give you the achievement and the transmog.
