can be looted from Devourer mobs in Korthia, located prominently around the Estuary of Awakening and the Sanctuary of Guidance areas. These mobs have a fairly high drop rate chance for the egg, with Devourer rares and being almost guaranteed drops. As of the latest PTR build, you are able to farm 2 eggs per day.

Once you have a Lost Razorwing egg, you must return it to the located at the western portion of Korthia. Once one egg is returned, a will approach the nest, showing gratitude for the returned egg.

To feed Darkmaul, you must loot from s scattered through Korthia. These mushrooms can usually be found within small jumping puzzles like on top of trees and bone formations.

Once you have a Tasty Mawshroom, all you'll need to do is bring it to Darkmaul, who's sleeping at a den in the Northern portion of Korthia, and feed it to him! Once Darkmaul is successfully fed, you will be able to ride him for 2 minutes. Below, we have some Invasive Mawshroom locations in Korthia, as well as Darkmaul's location.

You must obtain 5 rings: , , , , and within the maw and delivering them to at /way 25.5 36.8 in a cave called "Forlorn Respite". will only be in the cave if you are in the rift phase of the maw.

Entering the Rift
Two ways to enter the rift:

Using while on the night fae covenant assault quest
Option 2: Entering a maw rift in korthia with and walking to the maw. is purchaseable at Tier 4 with for 100x
- Be aware that the portals in Korthia only let you in for 15 minutes at a time, and then you get booted out and have to go back to find another portal, whereas while you're on the assault quest you can pop in and out infinitely

Obtaining the Rings

is obtained by combining . To get the Stone Ring, a Necrolord Assault with the quest Putting A Plan Together has to be active, as you need the Centurion vehicle that becomes available after completing it to access two of the rings (and unlock the other two).

is obtained from a Mawsworn chest atop the walls in Perditions Hold at /way 35.0 69.7
is obtaining by killing and looting a , this NPC will start spawning after looting atleast one of the other quartered ancient rings, during the Necrolord Assault event in the maw. It spawns in different locations in Perdition's hold and will yell a message in chat: You cannot have it! It is mine, stay away filthy Maw Walkers!
is obtained from completing the quest , obtained from the . You have to enter the Overcharged Centurion you unlocked by completing Putting a Plan Together, and head to /way 30.3 55.9 where the specific Mawsworn Cache that contains the Defense Map is and you must have access to the Overcharged Centurion to destroy the Pylons for the quest.
can be found at several places in Perdition Hold on the floor after looting at least one other Quartered Ring - A nice spot is by the vases just right from facing the rare . /way 33.69, 66.24
Now that you've aquired all 4 quartered head to Zovaal's Cauldron at /way 36.0, 41.0 and craft

drops from at /way 28.7, 25.0 in The Rift phase of the Maw.

is obtained from at /way 66.0, 57.4 behind the staircase.

To open the chest however you need 4x. These can be obtained in any order you like.

First key is obtained from 5%(ish) dropchance from found around /way 66.6 52.2. These are elite mobs, but can be soloed with decent gear. I haven't been able to confirm yet, but i believe that you need to finish your campagin up until the point where You've rescued the Primus, as i farmed out 200 defectors with no drop before doing this campaign quest, and got it on my 4th kill afterwards. But might just be unlucky pls let me know.

Second key is obtained from that drops from at /way 66.8 42.2. This is a rare elite mob and you'll probably have a hard time soloing this.

Third key is from a keyring inside a building. The entrance is next to at /way 66.9 56.2. Head down the stairs and on the far end back wall on the right hangs which is the third key.

Fourth key is obtained from a at /way 65.7, 38.7

Once all four keys are obtained, head to and recieve .

This ring requires some parkour skills to get to it. The ring is atop a mountain formation overlooking the Crucible of the Damned and Calcis. You do not need anything special like Demon Hunter abilities to climb to it, but it can be a scary experience if you dread accidentally jumping off the edge of the Maw. You can watch a quick video below on how to climb to the ring:

Despite what the use effect says, right-clicking the will consume it and apply to you, which allows you to see an Aurelid Cluster () to fish in at /way #1970 51.86 74.31, which in turn will trigger on a successful fish for a seemingly guaranteed drop of for you on kill.

The trigger happens at the same time as looting your bobber, and there will be a zone wide broadcast of "Hirukon cautiously emerges from the depths below." when it starts rising up.

The is a Rare Elite NPC that spawns at the current Covenant Assault in the Maw. Once this rare spawns, it will release a zone-wide announcement for everyone in The Maw: An earsplitting whinny echoes across the Maw as the Fallen Charger begins its ride. Once spawned, the Fallen Charger will make its way to Korthia.

The Fallen Charger runs faster than the ground mount speed during its patrol, so you might either want to camp it at its spawn or wait at one point without many mobs, like near Ve'nari's Refuge or at the bridges to Beast Warrens.

The entire Fallen Charger patrol takes 4 to 5 minutes, and while the rare is active, a vignette will appear on the Maw map marking the charger's current location. If the Fallen Charger reaches Korthia, it will despawn, leaving another zone-wide announcement: Fallen Charger releases a final mournful whinny as it fades away.

So there are rays that have been added in the PTR, I'm unsure of the names currently, but there are about 4, all of which comes from eggs, that drop from some mob in Maldraxxus.

the mount i love the most is by far the ardenweald renown mount, Enchanted Winterborn Runestag. reminds me alot of the grove warden mount from emerald nightmare which as a druid these both scream AWESOME to me lol. can't wait to get my hands on one in a couple months.

My favorite looking mount so far is the Sin Touched Deathwalker. I am glad its for the Keystone Challenger achievement as I plan on doing a lot of mythic+’s. It’s also a great looking mount compared to the Mindborer from BFA

Am I the only one who thinks the Ascended Skymane is EXACTLY the same as the Pureheart Courser? The Skymane just lacks the edge-glow effects on the feet and horns.

Do you know how to pick up the Ventyr Mount Crypt Gargon if I skipped the scenario? I picked the covenant on my 2nd 60, I did the campaign on the Night Fae with my druid. I thought the option to skip meant just the quest series, and not miss the mount reward itself.

I got Battle-Blood Warhound from an elite in the Theatre of Pain area in maldraxxus (not the instance but the open world thing) I don't remember which elite it was specifically probably the same one as the other 2 mounts If anyone could confirm this would be great.

The image for Gieger's drop is incorrect. It shows a picture of the Callow Flayedwing, not the Predatory Plagueroc.

Oof, man i really dig those Tauralus mounts! :3 I saw them in Maldraxxus and thought; "You can probably get those as mounts, at least i hope so"... so then i opened mount tab, entered Tauralus and wooh, eight different versions... I hope i'll be able to obtain at least one... *sad face*

This guide needs a little update. Some of the mounts labelled here as Ground Mounts do actually fly, like the Shimmermist Runner or the Wildseed Cradle. Other than that, great guide!

The "Silky Shimmermoth" in Ardenweald costs 5000 anima and you need to participate in 7 different performances at the Star Lake Amphitheater to be able to buy it.

The puzzle mounts section also needs to include the Bound Shadehound, which you can work on after getting to Appreciated with Ven'ari and purchasing the Stygia Dowser from her.
