As of 4.1, the Zul'Aman instance has been remade into a level 85 heroic 5-man dungeon. This satchel is received by rescuing Hazlek from Nalorakk (Bear boss).

The other containers are:

Bakkalzu's Satchel from Akil'zon (eagle boss)

Kasha's Bag from Halazzi (Lynx boss)

Norkani's Package from Jan'alai (dragonhawk boss)

i have lootet it with autoloot on and off, with time left and with time run out... it doesnt matter, it bugs like hell, disappearing without loot-pop-up about 25% of the time

There is a bug with this box.
Sometimes you cant open it :)
If you write a ticket.. the GM will send you the loot via ingame mail :)

p.s. From 3 weeks farm.. this happened to me 4 times

Contacting a GM about the Hazlek chest just disappearing without loot, apparently it was spawned with no loot at all. A bug report has been made, but that is why it occasionally 'just disappears': for some reason it has an 'empty space' in its loot spawning.

This chest isn't bugged as such, with consistent testing it's because the boss is dying too fast, and the phases aren't triggering correctly.

If you do the boss slower it seems the chest will spawn and the boss won't bug out and either vanish completely or not open the chest on a successful time clear.

So hope that helps you people with this, especially with GM tickets taking 7 days to answer it's probably easier to just redo it than wait for some loot and do it as I said above :).

Did a run today looking for http://www.wowhead.com/item=69586. did bear first since it seems to be bugged for looting and recieved http://www.wowhead.com/item=69587. Seems that the bear loot bug can be bypassed and looted from the Akil'zon prisoner loot instead

This is still a very buggy chest to loot and will not give you loot and instead tells you "There is no loot."

When it does this, the only way to get your loot is to submit a ticket and have a GM mail you the loot you would have got.

Goodluck farming any item from this trunk for transmog.... you will need it.

this cloak here has the same skin and color as "Recovered Cloak of Frostheim"... and is made by leatherworker

Yet these loot tables seem tied to kill/release order rather than to the respective containers - and Hazlek's Trunk seem to be affected with a "no loot bug".

1st full clear, I got the 一袋硬幣 off of Bakkalzu, nothing from Hazlek, 巫毒妖術刃 off of Norkani, and the mount from Kasha.

2nd, full clear, I skipped Bakkalzu, went straight for Hazlek - got the "No loot" error, freed Norkani and got 碎顱戰靴, went to Kasha to check if I'd get another mount drop - and got 重鑄的食人妖剋星 instead. Finding this odd, I ran back to Bakkalzu, noticed he was out of his cage, but after defeating Akil'zon I could still go and tell him he's free! - And his satchel contained the 阿曼尼戰熊.

TL;DR - if you (like me) want a piece for transmog that's in Hazlek's trunk - you could kill it, and ticket it - for so to wait quite a while, or change the kill order so that the second container you open will be a "working" one.

(Further I'm not sure wether Kasha's bag will show the mount despite order if you haven't looted it before. I expect not, seeing as it dropped of Bakkalzu for me instead the second time.)

I was able to loot this without any problems as of patch 6.2.4. However, it did not drop any of the items it was supposed to, instead dropping 一袋硬幣. Happened the same on my second run, but I was able to get the xmog item I was looking for, 復原的霜居披風, from Bakkalzu's Satchel.
Hopefully this helps other xmog collectors ;)

~~those drop rates are a lie the bag of coins seem to be a constant drop. I'm still chasing those boots!~~ After a little testing the bag of coins seems to be the constant drop for your first chest instead of armor/weapons, so if you want the gear this drops go after the chest second since everytime I have done this its dropped armor as opposed to a bag of coins (no boots yet though ><) my order is this in boss kills, 1 eagle 2 bear 3 dragonhawk 4 puma, good luck happy mog hunting.

and confirmed (still no boots though QQ) if saved for second boss/third boss the armor/weapons will drop HOWEVER! do not save it for the final boss or the box will drop the bear!
And another interesting fact I had this drop The warplate of the amani empire despite it not being listed when I saved it for the third boss so the drops may be dependant on the order so for your best chance save the bear for second if you're trying to get specific piece of gear like I am.

last update due to finally getting the leather boots I can confirm now if you want the gear the order you farm should be eagle bear hawk lynx

Did four full walkthroughs of Zul'Aman today, but only got to loot all four boss packages on my last walkthrough since I couldn't figure out where and how to obtain them earlier. I went for the rotation vindurza recommended and I got the green coat from the second chest and the bear mount from the last vase on the fourth boss. I saw a comment earlier stating that the mount can no longer be obtained, but granted, it is still possible.
To obtain the contents of each boss stash, simply free the imprisoned trolls after defeating each boss and follow them. They'll head straight towards the stashes and open them for you.

Eagle > Bear > Dragonhawk > Lynx

1st walkthrough: Bloodelf paladin
2nd walkthrough: Worgen hunter
3rd walkthrough: Worgen warrior
4th walkthrough: Draenei death knight

After receiving ten Bags of Coins in a row, I decided to browse the comment section for some advice. After some testing, it does appear that the first trunk you open gives a Bag of Coins, and any subsequent ones are enabled for loot. As I only need a mog piece from Hazlek's Trunk, I would, therefore, first run to the left and loot that trunk, which gives the Bag of Coins, and only afterwards Hazlek's, which did indeed consequently give me transmog. Hope that helps!

Bakkalzu's Satchel & Hazlek's Trunk loot table is swapped; Hazlek always drops Bag of Coins & Bakkalzu has the transmorg items...
