Can confirm you can get multiple, you just need to not learn the first one in order to get more.

Here's a list of all the drops you can get from dungeons and raids up to and including TWW. With the exception of Thunder Totem Brazier which drops twice, all boss kills will reward one of the usable items. I've listed the dungeons in expansion chronological order so you can stay in the appropriate expansion zones if need be. Good luck and have fun!
