This instance has four bosses.

Vigilant Kaathar, Protector of Auchindoun

Holy Shield Throws a Holy tiara, dealing Holy damage, blocking sight, blocking movement.
Consecrated Light Holy AOE DOT effect.
Sanctified Strike Creates holy energy on the ground, dealing damage to anyone staying in it. 1 second cast time.
Hallowed Ground When triggered, deals holy damage to anyone within 8 yards.
Fate Heroic/CM only. Explodes all of the Hallowed Ground.

Soulbinder Nyami

Soulbinder Nyami

Mind Spike Shadowfrost damage. 2 second cast. Can be Interrupted.
Shadow Word: Pain Instant Shadow damage, followed by 9 second DOT. Instant cast.
Soul Vessel Area targeted Shadow damage.
Torn Spirits Bends the spirits of fallen Auchenai protectors to her will.

Spiteful Arbiter Holy melee.

Arbiter's Hammer Stun and Holy DOT on nearby targets.
Radiant Fury Charges a target, radiating Holy damage prisms. Avoid prisms if possible.

Twisted Magus Arcane Caster.

Slimey Instant cast Arcane damage.
Arcane Bomb Creates Arcane Orbs. After 10 seconds, or upon touching a player, the orbs explode in a 5 yard Arcane damage AOE.

Malefic Defender A Tank.

Azzakel Vanguard of the Legion

Fel Lash Physical damage, knockback, increasing the player's physical damage taken.
Curtain of Flame Fire DOT. When the DOt ticks, it will spread to anyone within melee range.
Malevolent Crash Azzakel slams into the ground, creating Fel Pool.
Fel Pool Damage inflicted on players within the pool every second. On Heroic, Fel Spark are created.
Claws of Argus Opens a portal, Demons pour through it.

Blazing Trickster

Felblast Fire damage.

Cackling Pyromaniac

Conflagration Fire damage to anyone who gets too close. Also disorients and applies a Fire damage DOT.

Felguard

Fel Stomp Frontal cone of Physical damage and knockback.

Teron'gor

This fight has two stages.

Stage 1:

Shadow Bolt Shadow Damage. Can be Interrupted.
Corruption Shadow damage DOT. Can be dispelled.
Drain Life Drain life. Shadow damage. Heals Teron'gor. Can and Should be Interrupted!

Stage 2:

Shadow Bolt Shadow damage. Can be Interrupted.
Curse of Exhaustion Slow.
Seed of Malevolence Shadow damage DOT. Spread out when this is going to explode.
Agony Deals more damage per tick, over time.
Drain Life Can and Should be Interrupted!
Unstable Affliction Shadow damage DOT. If dispelled it will explode, dealing damage to and silencing the dispeller.

When Arcanist Joraa becomes corrupted, Teron'gor gains the following spells or empowered spells:

Curse of Exhaustion Movement speed reduction.
Demonic Leap Leaps towards a target, causing damage to and knocking back anyone within the area of impact. May want to stay spread out.

Chaos Wave Wave travelling from Tron'gor, dealing damage to anyone caught in it.
Touch of Chaos Instant cast Chaos damage spell.

Paladins and Warlocks are almost a necessity for this dungeon. Blazing Tricksters can be Enslaved for 35K and up damage (On Normal. No idea about heroic yet.) with their Fel Blast. The gauntlet of Warlocks you fight before Teron'gor all use demons which can be Banished for a MUCH easier time. Paladin's Turn Evil ability also comes in handy when dealing with Blazing Tricksters that are NOT enslaved as well as the Felguards and such.

Since I remember running Auchenai Crypts back in BC, coming into Auchindoun and seeing it as it once was was something of a beautiful moment. Thanks to a quest line in Shadowmoon Valley, we're already familiar with Soulbinder Nyami. There's actually quite a lot of dialogue for this place, so I'll get right to it. It should be noted that most of the dialogue is voice acted and very well done.

When you enter:

Soulbinder Tuulani says: Good! We must have arrived before Teron'gor and Gul'dan!
Soulbinder Tuulani says: Nyami is working to bolster the defenses against their assault - follow me, we will report to her.
Auchenai Defender says: Nyami awaits you in the western ritual chamber, champions.
Soulbinder Tuulani says: Beautiful, isn't it? Just think - you're one of the first outsiders to see inside Auchindoun.

When you get to the glowing force field wall that keeps you from getting to the first boss. Tuulani quickly fixes that with a spell:

Soulbinder Tuulani says: Strange...why is the door sealed? No matter...
Soulbinder Tuulani says: Let us proceed.
Soulbinder Tuulani says: The Vindicators and Exarchs of the past. Heroes all - their souls still remain with us here.

And then enjoy one of the cut scenes in this dungeon once you get to Vigilant Kaathar's room, where Tuulani is quickly imprisoned by the waiting Nyami:

Soulbinder Tuulani says: Nyami! We are here...
Soulbinder Tuulani says: What is this? Oh, no...no...
Soulbinder Nyami says: Yes, Tuulani. Now you see.
Soulbinder Nyami says: Your efforts were valiant. I did not think the anchorites could power the defenses with only one of the crystals.
Soulbinder Nyami says: But nothing will stop my plan, nor that of my masters. And the only things in our way...
Soulbinder Tuulani says: You have to stop them!
Soulbinder Nyami says: Are YOU, Tuulani, and your outsider friends.
Soulbinder Tuulani says: Ahhh!

Upon engaging Vigilant Kaathar:

Soulbinder Nyami yells: It is done! As for you, I think it is fitting that one of my tools dispatches the others...
Soulbinder Nyami yells: Protector! Destroy these intruders!
Vigilant Kaathar yells: None live who assault the holy Auchenai.
Soulbinder Tuulani says: ...The protector...still answers her call...you'll have to defeat it!
Vigilant Kaathar yells: I will strike you down.

While you fight him and depending on the spells he uses or if someone dies:

Vigilant Kaathar yells: Bathe in the glory of the Light!
Vigilant Kaathar yells: Light guide you.

Upon Kaathar's death, Tuulani is freed, but too exhausted to follow you for the moment (Don't worry - she'll catch up with you at the end to give you your loot.):

Vigilant Kaathar yells: Auchindoun...is...doomed...
Soulbinder Tuulani says: Ahhh!
Soulbinder Tuulani says: She...got away. The defenses...
Soulbinder Tuulani says: She had help. So many of our order were corrupt...
Soulbinder Tuulani says: I'll gather any who remain loyal here and protect them. You - please, go put a stop to this madness!

When you engage Soulbinder Nyami and once she dies:

Soulbinder Nyami yells: I will coil your souls into darkness!
Soulbinder Nyami yells: I will drown this world in shadows!
Soulbinder Nyami yells: The spirits are mine to command!
Soulbinder Nyami yells: Your oath is unfinished!
Soulbinder Nyami yells: Too late...my Master...comes...

After she's dead, you head on down the corridor to the next boss:

Auchenai Warden yells: Auchenai, secure this chamber.
Auchenai Warden yells: Champions! Nyami's agents - they went this way!
Auchenai Warden says: The barrier protecting Auchindoun is asunder.
Auchenai Warden yells: No...Oh no...
Auchenai Warden says: A foul force has penetrated these sacred chambers.
Auchenai Warden says: Scout ahead while we establish a foothold.

While battling Azzakel:

Azzakel yells: Burn in the master's fire!
Azzakel yells: Die, insect!

Enjoy another cut scene before you're off to kill the three warlocks:

Teron'gor says: Who knew the draenei held such...delicious treasures in their temple?
Teron'gor says: Do you dare challenge me, defenders of Auchindoun?
Teron'gor says: Such decadence...it will all burn.
Teron'gor says: Gul'dan, such foolishness. This gift...so much more than you could ever know...
Teron'gor says: Long have I waited...
Teron'gor says: ...hungered...to be more...
Teron'gor says: And now, all shall bow before me!

While battling Teron'gor, depending on the spell he's casting:

Teron'gor yells: This power...you will be the first to know it.
Teron'gor yells: Iruun...You battled demons in life...in death, your power will feed them!
Teron'gor yells: Quickly, now!
Teron'gor yells: Die!
Teron'gor yells: Wither away!
Teron'gor yells: More! I...need...more!

Upon completion of the dungeon:

Soulbinder Tuulani yells: You...you did it!
Soulbinder Tuulani says: Here - this is not enough to thank you for your actions, but it is what we have to give.
Soulbinder Tuulani says: Now we can rebuild...we must rebuild. We will never allow our souls to fall to the Legion.
Soulbinder Tuulani says: You have done more than you know. Our people can never thank you enough.

On Mythic this doesn't seem too hard either. the only boss that gave us grief was Azzakel. His adds that cast Fel blast hurt a lot after 1 hit leaving only about 2k health on a dps or healer, so the key is really interrupt every single one of those casts.
We managed to do it by just splitting dps - each dps had its own add to take care of. Druid Typhoon works as interrupt on these guys.
Also there seem to be lot more of the little imps that stuns you make sure you clear one wave of adds before the boss summons next one - otherwise can get stunned to buggery (unless your dps is uber dooper and you kill him with only 1 set of adds or no adds)
Teron'gor now also has abilities of all 3 trapped spirits at 75% so makes the fight just that little more exciting :)

This dungeon grants reputation during Draenor Dungeon Event:

Reputation is awarded per mob you kill in Mythic and Heroic dungeons during this event. 20 per trash mob, 400 per boss.
Different Dungeons award rep with specific factions.
Arakkoa Outcasts: Skyreach
Steamwheedle Preservation Society: Bloodmaul Slag Mines, Upper Blackrock Spire
Sha'tari Defense/Laughing Skull Orcs: Auchindoun, The Everbloom (no Trading Post required)
Council of Exarchs/Frostwolf Orcs: Shadowmoon Burial Grounds, Iron Docks, Grimrail Depot

To gain even more reputation in dungeons, build a Level 3 Trading Post for a 20% gain.

Auchindoun entrance location 44.8, 74.5 in Talador. Nearest flightpoint Retribution Point. Entrance on lower level below terrace, then up steps.

Bloodmaul Slag Mines - (map 49.8, 24.7) in Frostfire Ridge. Nearest flightpoint Bloodmaul Slag Mines. Entrance is just southwest from fp.
Auchindoun - (map 44.8, 74.5) in Talador. Nearest flightpoint Retribution Point. Entrance on lower level below terrace, then up steps.
Skyreach - (map 35.6, 33.6) in Spires of Arak. Nearest flightpoint Apexis Excavation. Entrance a bit south, up hill by bridge.

dungeon seems to be bugged. after following Tuulani to the western gate, she just stands there, doesn't deactivate the portal or says anything. edit: exiting and re-entering fixed it.

Vigilant Kaathar – The greatest warriors of the draenei may be called upon for one final service as they stand on the precipice of the afterlife: inhabiting one of the armored constructs that serve as the eternal protectors of Auchindoun and the draenei civilization on Draenor. This particular Vigilant is tasked with guarding the last remaining crystal that powers the shield around Auchindoun.
Soulbinder Nyami – Nyami is a draenei priestess, entrusted as a soultender with access to the holiest grounds within Auchindoun. However, her true loyalties lie with the Shadow Council, and she plots to bring down the barrier that protects the mausoleum from invaders.
Azzakel – On Argus - the former homeworld of the draenei, now the stronghold of the Burning Legion - Azzakel waits, poised for a servant of the Legion to open a portal to one of the countless worlds they seek to invade. As Soulbinder Nyami lowers the defenses of Auchindoun, Azzakel senses that his moment is nigh.
Teron'gor – Working alongside the Sargerei, Gul'dan's agent Teron'gor plots to feast upon the bounty of souls contained within the barriers of the holy mausoleum of Auchindoun.
