This boots is the best you can get for a level 19 twink. The item level of this boots is 40. That means that you can put enchants that require level 35 item on it.

Feet of the Lynx + the maximum of 7 Stamina = 8 Agility and 7 Stamina.

Nat Pagle's Extreme Anglin' Boots + the new maximum of 12 Agility (Or Stamina?) = 24 Stamina / 12 Stamina and 12 Agility.

I recommend that you use these ;P

these are awesome put these on my 19 rogue with +12 agility, had to have a 70 pally and lock help me while i fished ( and costed me 15g) but it was worth it

there is a bug with the fish loot when the "looting this item will bind it to you" comes up dont shift click the bobber or it will cancel the looting box. in meaning you cant catch any of the 3 rare fish because of it or it cancels and will go away make sure you dont hold shift for the quick loot system!

Got these boots on my twinks, got them on my third run, guild run fishing in STV

Watch out for the mobs since you agro verry easily in Stranglethorn, Been fishing since then (7 months ago) and still no sign for that hat (Which i wanted all along :O...And the Naga seem to hate me since i get chased by them anytime i fish *cry*)

Its just luck really, friend got 6 hats and 4 sets of boots within 2 months..

As a few other people have said... You can get Burning Crusade enchants (12 agility, 12 stamina, Boar's Speed, Cat's Swiftness etc)

The trick is with twinks fishing in Stranglethorn..If you go down the coast to near the Cold Eye Basilisks...There is an island that has 2 spots on it and there are no mobs (Whoever can give me the co-ords for that island that has no mobs on it thats near Grom'Gol deserves a cookie :P)

This item is part of the Stranglethorn Vale Fishing Competition. Which takes place every Sunday between 14:00 and 16:00 Server time.

These are the items that can be won if you are the first person to hand in 40 Speckled Tastyfish to Riggle Bassbait in Bootybay.
Arcanite Fishing Pole and Hook of the Master Angler.

Once someone has won the fishing competition, you can still hand in your remaining Speckled Tastyfish to Jang in Bootybay. (repeatable quest)

This is an excellent twink item. Although it is a quest item and BOP. Note: to complete the quest, you have to be able to travel to Stranglethorn Vale, and you have to have AT LEAST, 130 fishing to cast your fishing pole in Stranglethorn Vale.You also have to participate in some contest in STV on every sunday. In the contest, the winner is the one that catches 40 fish first. YOU DO NOT have to win the contest to complete the quest, you just have to get the rare fish you need for completion of the quest. And, to twinks beware of getting attacked by the giant beasts in STV. IF you get attacked by one and you attack it back (tagging it), and then another player kills it for you, you get EXPERIENCE, i found that out the hard way :(. Let's just say, I am level twenty now. Anyway, GOOD LUCK! See you in Warsong! ^ ^

If you are making a rogue twink i suggest you should try gettin' these ones.
They can get TBC enchants and are a 100 g cheaper than Feet of the Lynx. (8 Agility 3 Strength)
Alot of twinks still chooses Feet of the Lynx unfortunately.

i came to stv looking for the leet headpiece and got both the feet item and the fishing item. i threw cats swiftness on the feet and have been trying for the head for a very long time. i guess its just bad luck i got the other 2 first but the feet with cats swiftness on them is amazing. 6 agil 12 stam and minor speed :P

Please note that these boots no longer stacks with your 抗惡劣天候釣魚帽.

With 5.0.4, some of the fishing bonuses no longer stack.

* Your fishing pole now doesn't stack with your glove enchant
* If you have any +fishing boots, they now don't stack with the +fishing hat

I have the 抗惡劣天候釣魚帽 (+5), a 大師製卡魯耶克釣魚竿 with +5 高強度恆金魚線 fishing line enchant that you can get rarely from the STV fishing contest, a pair of old gloves with the 公式：附魔手套 - 垂釣者 enchant (+5), and these 納特‧帕格的極限釣魚靴 from the STV fishing contest (+5).

Prior to 5.0.4, I could wear all those together for +50 fishing.

Now in 5.0.4, I only get +40.

I can remove EITHER the boots or the hat and stay at +40. I can remove the gloves with the glove enchant and stay at +40.

So, since most fishers will have a fishing pole with a much higher bonus than +5, most people can toss their gloves with the Anglers enchant.

The lure still works with your hat, so you probably want to keep it. But some fishers will no longer need to wear these boots with +5 fishing skill.

If you instead acquire a pair of 海灣長靴, you have a dilemma about which to keep. You'll probably want to dump the hat, use manual lures, and use the new boots.

But, regardless, these boots just became a bit more useless -- you only need them if you don't yet have the Weather-Beaten hat.

Sadly it seems my hard won boots no longer stack with the weather beaten fishing hat. I see that others were having this issue as well back in 5.04, but it seems as though others were not experiencing it at all. The most I can get currently is 1010 fishing.

I have these and a pair of gloves enchanted with 公式：附魔手套 - 垂釣者 for a combined +10

I read on forums how these boots are useless now as they don't stack with 抗惡劣天候釣魚帽 and/or 高強度恆金魚線 .

However you can still use these boots & the angler enchanted gloves if you are using one of the temporary hats & fishing pole dropped from 落月穴居魚人 .

Gives you the +10 still, so don't delete your boots just yet :)

Ignore old comments saying that these boots' skill bonuses don't stack with hat skill bonuses. They stack*.

*Unless it's specifically only 納特‧帕格的極限釣魚靴 and 抗惡劣天候釣魚帽 which don't stack, they otherwise stack. I tested it with 釣技踏靴 and 納特之帽, which do stack.
