How to Unlock Old Naxxramas - Craft Tier 3 Armor and Classic Naxxramas Drops

Over time in Azeroth, certain instances have changed drastically, with many drops lost to the nether. One of these instances is the Naxxramas, the final raid of Classic WoW. In Wrath of the Lich King, Naxxramas received a revamp, with many of its iconic drops lost to time.
In Dragonflight, a special achievement was added, allowing you to collect old Naxxramas ensembles, Tier 3 armor, and patterns that allow you to recreate iconic drops!
Requirements to Unlock Old Naxxramas
Before doing anything, you must embark on another secret questline to unlock the secrets of Old Scholomance, another dungeon with drops lost to time. To learn how to unlock old Scholomance and earn the achievement

Once you have access to Old Scholomance, your first task is to enter the instance and go all the way to

Do not use your Ward just yet!
Before you use it, loot a

from the Supply Crates scattered across the instance.
When you have both the ward and holy water, head to the entrance of the Crusader's Cathedral, but don't enter it. Instead, use your Ward of Naxxramas and turn to the left. If done correctly, you will see a Dread Ward of Naxxramas right next to the gates there.
Once you find the Dread Ward, toss your
斯坦索姆聖水
at it. If done correctly, you will receive a zone-wide yell, "Hand of Naxxramas yells: The living? Here?!", and a debuff called

.
Once you get this debuff,
you have 5 minutes to run to the Undead side of Stratholme, to the gate to the left of the Necropolis, where

is located. You MUST kill Lord Aurius Rivendare to open the gate, which means you must do an entire run of Undead Stratholme.
If you arrive on time, a

(if she's not there, try finding her in Tyr's Hand) and let her know. She will then open a quest to unlock a special version of Naxxramas, with specific item requirements depending on your standing with the Argent Dawn:

How to Unlock the Old Naxxramas Vendor
The first thing you will need to do is unlock the

Create the Makeshift Grapple
The first thing you need to do in Naxxramas is create a

, which will be used to grapple around several points in Naxxramas. To create a grappling hook, you need to collect a few materials around Naxxramas:

The grappling hooks in Thaddius' room will not show up until you defeat Thaddius.

Crafting Old Tier 3 Armor

NOTE 2: Although Tier 3 sets created in this manner can be equipped by any classes that share its armor type, you need to create the pieces using the desired class to earn the correct tier set.

set (Mage tier 3), but once you have them unlocked, you can transmog the pieces on your Warlock and Priest characters.
Loot a
Lamented Crusader
piece of gear from Zackett's Dented Gear tokens. These can be bought from the Auction House.
Repair the Lamented piece of gear by using one of the cursed Naxxramas items. The recipes can only be obtained by someone who has the achievement

Unlocking Craftable Glacial Gear
To unlock the patterns to new versions of the Glacial Sets, lookalikes to the old Frost Resistance sets used in Naxxramas, you must first unlock access to the wares from

, you will start seeing book pages scattered around Naxxramas. Most of these are hard to see or in places that require grappling. Turning these pages to Omarion will start unlocking Glacial Patterns on him.
Locating Omarion's Book Pages
There are 16 pages of Omarion's Notes scattered across Naxxramas. As you collect these pages, Omarion will have more recipes for Glacial gear available. Locating all 16 pages and turning them in with Omarion will grant the achievement

Crafting Old Naxxramas Armor and Weapons
Just like creating Tier 3 pieces, crafting these ancient patterns may require a lot of time and RNG to get the ones you want. Each time you use a

different Blacksmithing, Inscription, Jewelcrafting, Leatherworking, or Tailoring patterns.
The good news is that these patterns are not BoP, so they can be bought, sold, or traded to get the ones you want, making it significantly easier (if potentially pricey) to get the patterns you want and to get rid of those you don't. Likewise, the actual crafted items aren't BoP either, so enterprising Classic crafters may even be able to make some good money selling the final product.
Old Naxxramas items are crafted with Old World materials and two items from Naxxramas—

Obtaining the Valiance Mount

is the steed mounted by Thane Korth'azz during the Four Horsemen encounter, and you can obtain him as a mount in Old Naxxramas! As the mount description says, we must go through a small series of objectives to prove ourselves worthy of it.
NOTE: Valiance can only be obtained in the 10-man version of Naxxramas in an instance with

If you've killed it on your main or are locked to the 25-man version of Naxxramas for the week, you can do this with an alt—just transfer 30

can be found by the stables at Instructor Razuvious's room, and attempting to approach it will result in a knockback and Valiance saying, "The steed does not accept you as its rider."
The first thing you need to do is purchase a

. Once you have the Rotten Delicious apple, you must go back to Valiance and slowly approach it while attempting to give the item. Once offer the treat to Valiance, the steed will eat the rotten apple, but that will not be enough, as it will still refuse you as its rider.
After this, the next step of the secret is to head for the battle area where you fight Instructor Razuvious. If you are on the 10-man version of Naxxramas, you will see the boss, two
, and two

pillars, which were used to mind control the Understudy adds during the original encounter.
Click on one of the Obedience Crystals to mind control one of the Understudy adds, and bring the mind-controlled add to Valiance, which will at that point mount Valiance. Bring the mounted add back to Razuvious, then break the mind control by clicking on the mind-controlled pet portrait and selecting "Dismiss."
At that point, the add will start attacking you. Kill the add and Instructor Razuvious. If done correctly, Razuvious will drop the

Is the old Naxramus unlock bugged? When I use a ward on my dk and druid and then douse it with holy water the summon disappears and I receive no buff, this is while wearing the Argent dawn commission, been this way since the time walking event started.

I'm doing this with a low reputation of Argent Dawn and I want to bump this reputation but every quest I do my reputation goes to the wrath of the lich king equivalent Argent Crusade. will this reputation be enough ? Or where can I up Argent Dawn rep these days?

If you arrive at the locked door before the patrol with 50 seconds on the buff, the will will open in 50 seconds... as soon as the buff drops. If you arrive with 25 seconds left, it opens in 25 seconds, as soon as the buff drops. If you arrive without the buff it opens in only a few seconds.
But it seems the door will not open with the buff in place, meaning this is impossible to complete because you can't get to Rivendare until after the buff has dropped.

I don't believe the 5 minute timer can be soloed. By the time you get to "Ramstein the Gorger" for him to spawn you need to clear out all the trash in the courtyard. Then before the door opens for Lord Aurius Rivendare his guards need to be killed. All to be done with a 46 - 50 sec. left on the timer.

So... I get the Sleight of Hand buff, no problem there. But it vanishes as soon as I exit Stratholm.
Any reason why? Or is it a new bug?

"If done correctly" that's a great caveat. I've tried this several time, but as I don't see any

The hardest part of this is not collecting all the items, with the low chance of the Dented item converting into a Lamented Crusader's item.
Nor the 2.8million gold for the vendor mats (+ 80 Righteous Orbs) to purify the item.
Nor that there is no easy way in-game to check which items you have already earned. The achievement is a Feat of Strength and even when you use a script it gives a binary Y/N rather than progress. I'm pretty sure the "Heroes" WotLK versions don't count. However in the in-game Appearance Tracker, they're all lumped under "Naxraamas", with no separate list for T3 v WotLK Nax. When I mouse-over say Dreamwalker Helm in the BMAH, it says I've collected it - but have I?
No, it is FINDING one of the approx. 1.24% of the entire WoW Population who:
(a) has the

achievement (i.e. played in Vanilla, raided AND got the full tier set + items, or has found someone who did and done the grind) and
(b) is still playing &
(c) online & willing to craft the item for you...
