You need to have completed the quest 黑暗院長的天譴石 in order to get these to drop. Once you have the quest completed go to Stratholme and equip the 銀色黎明委任徽章 trinket. Killing the bosses with the trinket equip and quest completed will drop these stones.

In order to turn these in you will need to complete one of the following quests and gain the achievement 驚懼城塞的結界.
驚懼城塞：納克薩瑪斯
驚懼城塞：納克薩瑪斯
驚懼城塞：納克薩瑪斯

After you have turned the quest and get the achievement you can fly back to Light's Hope Chapel and 尼古拉斯‧瑟倫霍夫公爵 should have repeatable quests now for these to be turned in.

I had to go back to the Archmage Angela Dosantos in Light's Hope Chapel, and select the option to gain Scourgestone again. Then head back to the Naxx and bosses started dropping Scourgestones.

Sorry but for some reason I am only able to do the 10 man version and I seem unable to change the legacy raid size to 25 man. Any ideas here?

Tried and tested last night. Once you have gone through the steps to unlock Old Naxx, it will be unlocked for all of your toons. The alts DO NOT have to have the argent dawn commision equiped. Heck, on the two alts I cleared Naxx to get my Corrupters Scourgestones, I didn't have one at all. And since they are BOA now, I was able to do two clears on my alts and send the stones to my main.

Notice that after unlocking this with any character all your alts will get this buff 強化銀色黎明委任徽章 BUT if you speak with 札克特‧顱碎, there is one chat option that will activate/deactivate this buff by clicking, so be very careful when selling items to this damn goblin.

I had 2 alts and in a run to get double tokens, didn't even realized i accidentally clicked on that chat and removed the buff and the scourgestone stopped dropping for both my alts (meaning that everyone on your group/raid NEED to have this buff otherwise no one will drop this token).

These need a huge buff or Me and other are gonna be spending the rest of this decade endlessly grinding that place and the 2 dungeons just to get enough of them banked up to go and buy enough of the tokens and recipe things to secure maybe 2-3 Tier 3.

The fact that this even went live and people (Who I assume are clueless) 1 Token per boss is an addition slap in the face of what came about from the Tier 3 reintroduction. Same goes for the dungeon bosses. I have sent them numerous times since Tier 3 released to up the drop rate otherwise it will only die off and guess what it basically has.Outside of the quirky players who grind the game non stop on multiple accounts cycle through 50+ toons a week in these instances are providing these Patterns and Tier pieces to buy.

If they changed it so bosses from the Dungeon dropped 2-3 and the trash had a low chance to drop 1 ( The Invader one) And the raid Bosses dropped between 2-4 or 3-5 along with a lot higher chance for all the Elite only Naxxramas Trash having a lot higher chance than the Dungeons to drop the Invaders so at least ten players who only have a handful of suitable toons to run these places can farm a lot more and without basically being slapped in the face currently if they wanted to do so.

I started doing this when it was current did ll the unlocks etc lucked out on my Dreadnaught helm (Which btw is not converted because Phylacterweave also needs a 90% price decrease and needs to Drop from Bosses over being purchasable imo. Being a boss drop like any other currency over a greed inspired money grab I can safely say players would have flocked and still flocked to these instances if blizzard knew how to actually be Blizzard and not a profit driven careless company.
