To get tier 3 from the 齒痕劫掠者肩甲 or any dented raider armor, you must hope it drops from it. You will know you got the item since its called "Lamented Crusader's XXXX" (哀悼十字軍肩甲) then you find your nearest crafter to make 不死金屬. Then after making that, you will receive "Desecrated Plate XXXX" (被褻瀆的鎧甲肩甲). Now you just get the phylacterweave and righteous orbs, then you make your tier 3 item! NOTE: The tier 3 gives you the tier 3 depending on your class! So paladins get redemption armor, warriors get dreadnaught!
(I am not sure if this is 100% confirmed, but a friend of mine told me so I am taking their word)

Here's a list of all the plate armor pieces and what it would turn into after you get the materials

齒痕劫掠者盔帽 has a chance of giving 哀悼十字軍盔帽 that turns into 被褻瀆的鎧甲盔帽 then finally you have your nice tier 3 無畏盔帽
齒痕劫掠者肩甲 has a chance of giving 哀悼十字軍肩甲 that turns into 被褻瀆的鎧甲肩甲 then finally you have your nice tier 3 無畏肩鎧
齒痕劫掠者護軀 has a chance of giving 哀悼十字軍護軀 that turns into 被褻瀆的鎧甲護軀 then finally you have your nice tier 3 無畏胸甲
齒痕劫掠者護腕 has a chance of giving 哀悼十字軍護腕 that turns into 被褻瀆的鎧甲護腕 then finally you have your nice tier 3 無畏護腕
齒痕劫掠者護手 has a chance of giving 哀悼十字軍護手 that turns into 被褻瀆的鎧甲護手 then finally you have your nice tier 3 無畏護手
齒痕劫掠者腰帶 has a chance of giving 哀悼十字軍腰帶 that turns into 被褻瀆的鎧甲腰帶 then finally you have your nice tier 3 無畏護腰
齒痕劫掠者護腿 has a chance of giving 哀悼十字軍護腿 that turns into 被褻瀆的鎧甲護腿 then finally you have your nice tier 3 無畏腿鎧
齒痕劫掠者長靴 has a chance of giving 哀悼十字軍長靴 that turns into 被褻瀆的鎧甲長靴 then finally you have your nice tier 3 無畏脛甲

Just completed a full Naxx on 26 characters on that first week of T3 re-introduction

So 390 scourgestones
bought Dented Spaulders 130 times

did not get a single Lamented Crusader's Spaulders

got 8 Phylatcerweaves, and 122 grey/white/green shoulderpads

this is going to be a long long grind...

Cleared Naxx on 10 characters.

Bought 43 Dented Raider's Spaulders which resulted in:

5 Phylacterweave
37 Grey/White/Green Items
1 Lamented Crusader's Spaulders

So after running naxx 10man 13 times and buying the cloth and plate crafting recipies (-40 deaths bargaining chips), I have just recieved mine after opening 51 shoulder items.
If you averaged ~10 full naxx runs per item at about 15-20 mins each due to RP on some bosses ect (although i think it'll be more and feel lucky to have recieved it with 51 openings, some people here are claiming a LOT more and still no sucess), along with the gold involved to create the set, I would say you are looking at ~2-3 hours of farming per peice multiplied by 7 for a full set, not mentioning weekly lockouts on characters which will limit your ability to farm using naxx and youd have to resort to dungeon farming which i believe is less efficient, meaining that:

A full set is potentially going to take you 21+ hours farming ontop of the cost of the vendor mats of 2.8 million gold + around 30k+ for the crafting item required + whatever people charge if you are requiring crafting orders.

TLDR; I would just stick to BMAH as the method for obtaining the majority peices and only do this for what will be really expensive (ie: Head/Shoulders) although you can sometimes pick those up for a steal aswell - in my case i was missing just mage shoulders for a long time which is why i farmed them this way, being able to craft the cursed cloth myself meant that the shoulders cost me in total ~3/4 hours farming naxx (including 2x crafting recipies) + 565k gold including the cost of crafting 1x cursed cloth myself.

Looking at the chance for this to drop from the gamble item it currently seems quicker to go to work irl and buy wow tokens and buy T3 directly from BMAH.
I've opened 300 and no luck. Whenever i do get it i have to spend a few hundred thousand gold to rebuild and purify it.
I got 4 T3 pieces back in 2006 and i was like the 7th tank when needed... compared to this grind it was like walking into the raid and being given whole set for free.

1. Blizzard removes raid
2. Blizzard sell T3 on BMAH to sell more wow tokens (devalues original T3 owners)
3. Blizzard doesn't want to devalue BMAH T3 buyers so they make the grind utterly soulcrushing to make you not wanna do it

This crap of a grind got me depressed... i'll just get the recipes since those can't be duplicates and call it a day.
Just sync classic servers with retail? I've already cleared vanilla 3 times but i'll go a 4th time if this were to happen.

I run Naxx with 10 chars every week and get 12 墮落者的天譴石 each run (i don't kill Kel'thuzad and Gothik because they take too long).

When this came out in DF, I ran many alts through Naxx to get tokens and consolidate on one toon for turn ins. Here's my stats so far:

1094 dented pieces opened
21 lamented pieces found
~1.9% drop rate

I can get 12 scourgestones in roughly 8-11 min depending on the character
Spider wing > Construct wing > Plague wing > Saph > Razuvious
I skip the rest of Military quarter and KT because the RP takes too much time
