I did not need to complete this quest to complete my 3rd relic slot / heroic weapon / title Death Knight campaign.

The quest can be finished on normal

All 3 quest items drop from bosses so don't forget to loot them:)

After you finish quest you will get Rottgut follower and 810 bracers

You have to join a group to Vault of the Wardens. Normal, heroic or mythic are all okay.
All items drop from bosses:

Beating Fel-Heart drops from Inquisitor Tormentorum.
Demonic Entrails drops from Glazer.
Eye of the Warden drops from Cordana Felsong - it is the last boss of the instance, so you have to do a full run.

Do not forget to loot all items.

Description

Ah, Deathlord! What a pleasant surprise! It is not often that you visit my workshop of blood and flesh.

Actually, I have something quite special to show you. I have been developing a new type of abomination that mixes the flesh of demons with that of humans.

My first prototype, Rottgut, is nearly complete! However I am still missing some of the more difficult-to-find body items.

The prisoners in the Vault of the Wardens should make fine donors for the parts I require.
