If you die in the cage in the spot you end up in after the cinematic, make sure you rez next to the quest giver, because it locks you to the ground where you rez....

It isn't immediately obvious, but you'll need to click the Camel in order to complete this quest. I sat there for a few minutes trying to understand why nothing was happening. *doh*

Note to shapeshifters: DO NOT start the quest shapeshifted (e.g.:flight form for druids) because You'll locked into place after turning in the quest when the cage disappear. Not sure it was because I was shapeshifted, but I think so.

I got stuck after the cinematic, not able to move, and had to use the hearthstone. The /reloadui command did not work. I am a paladin, so it has nothing to do with the shapeshifting

I got stuck too, and I was turned into a gnome having swallowed several "Pygmy Oil" at the time Adarrah told me to take out the guard. If you get stuck, log in and out, and you will get back into the cage, with no guard confronting you (but if you do it 'properly', a Neferset Jailer' will try to whack you.)

Note that when other people are doing this quest, you will see them phase in and out, so you will not be alone when you're doing this quest. Remember to pick up the quest from Prince Nadun behind the cage.

I got stuck after the cinematic...

And I did not get the portal in Stormwind to Uldum after being stuck.

I could not hand in the quest, I had no cage - was just stuck.

Waiting for a GM response.

Ya after the quest Completed I was stuck as well.
I'm a DK so I wasn't shapeshifted, however I WAS mounter when I clicked the Camel. So I'm thinking that was my problem.
You can hearth to be unstuck.
However I just qued to dungeon finder and as soon as I teleported back I was fine.

I just tried doing this quest, and right after one of the pygmies (pygmi?) said "How many coconuts do you think we'll get for the ugly one?" My screen blacked out, I was disconnected and when I was reconnected I was in the middle of The Lost City of Tol'Vir.

The quest wasn't completed and this happens over and over again each time I try to watch the cutscene again to complete.

Had no idea the name "The Gate of Unending Cycles" was so friggin literal.

Waiting for a GM response.

And the GM response after 48 hours was a standard answer that gave no help at all.

Just a text saying that the quest "Easy Money" locks up the zone and there is no portal to Uldum from Stormwind.

So, that GM ticket did not help so much unfortunatley.

A friend of mine also got stuck a few hours later - in the cage...I know a cage should make you be stuck, but this seems a little bit overkill. ;)

If you read this post Blizzard - please do something about it, not give us standard answers that says nada.

Well, I was attempting to start my questing in Uldum. I got to see the little cinematic, and got to the cage. Adarrah says: ", take care of that guard", and I was not able to move. I jumped, I moved side to side (or tried to), mount up, dismount -- I was not mounted to begin with. Tried the 'character stuck' which took me to SW. I didn't try going back, but I didn't even have the quest in my quest log to drop! When I was in the cage in the zone of Uldum, I did get "quest complete", but the quest disappear after that. I guess I'll retry tonight, or put in a great ticket (my 3rd in about 3 weeks).

I just had the same thing happened to me, I'm a pally. I was mounted when I clicked on the camel which is what I think caused it. However, I relogged and was able to move again and proceed with the quests.

What to do if you get stuck in the cage:

To continue Uldum Questline: go back to the tunnel where you started Meetup With The Caravan cinematic and fly thru. You will find Harrison Jones ready with Exploding Through whichs leads you to more.

To get started on Ramkahen rep: go to where you bugged in the cage: Lost City of Tol'Vir, and continue the questline with Traitors!

It's possible to blink out of the cage, but you still cant actually MOVE anywhere, so its pretty pointless.

I'd also like to say to remember to make sure you're NOT in a raid group when you do this quest. I finished a wintergrasp game just before this and forgot to leave. If you do, just leave the raid, hearth, and retry. Will probably be a pain for Alliance since most hearth to Stormwind far away from Tanaris.

I don't think I saw anyone say this yet but if they did it's a repeat. As soon as the cinematic is over and Addarah breaks out of the cage your attacked. I wasn't sure what would happen next and this caught me off guard. So make your ready to fight.

P.S. We get sold for 3 coconuts? I'm worth at least 10 :( lol

This quest does not create the Orgrimmar (and presumably Stormwind) portal to Uldum. Turning in "Escape From the Lost City", several quests later, does that.

I just thought this was worth mentioning, I don't know if it is a reference or not, it might be a far fetched idea, but when she says "No one rides The Lady." it might be a reference to the Airwolf tv series, The Lady was the secret code that Stringfellow and Dom used for Airwolf.

It seems that after the cinematic, your toon will be invisible. Logging out/in is the only way to fix it.

For those with instant 90's wanting their Uldum portal from SW/Ogri wondering if they have to do the entire questline before "Easy Money" opens need not to worry, you can simply fly to Tanaris and talk straight to Adarrah for this quest without doing the Deepholm parts or picking up breadcrumbs!

Cinematic is broken. You enter the passage way, then once it opens up on the tolvir monument, it stays stuck there. The game isn't frozen (not in the traditional technical sense), because it shows the river and waterfall in the far distance, which you should be able to see moving.

While I was distracted by the TV, the cinematic canceled on it's own, the camera whipping back to me and the caravan back in Thistleshrub Valley.

For extra silliness, do the quest while on your Sandstone Drake. You remain in Drake form all through the cinematic, returning to your own form when you find yourself in the cage at the end.

Just did on another alt, and the cutscene now works. I personally didn't see the cages or the tolvir the pygmies talk to until it ended, but at least it's not ass-busted now.

So decided to do some low level quest and came across this one ..after the cinematic there was no option to hand in quest and continue only the option to redo by going back to the caravan..so after several days of frustration I decided to click on the speech bubble to send Uldum back to cata stage to see if this would work and BINGO after going through cinematic was able to hand in quest and continue...so if your stuck give it a try :)

If you don't own Battle for Azeroth, you won't be able to complete this quest until you talk to Zidormi in Ramkahen and have her revert time back to Cataclysm era.

For those of you that wait until you are higher level to do this quest, make sure you talk with Zidormi to take you back in time before jumping on your camel. My lvl 112 hunter was one-shot as soon as the cinematic was ended because the zone was not in the past.
