Easy - Kill Undead Miners in the same mine. Loot. Target the corpse and use the Miner's Lantern on it.

I don't know why, but this quest is bugged for me I don't know why, I don't know how to fix it. But if It's bugged for you just /abandon. Sorry if no help. I'll post if I figure out a way to fix it.

You must first aquire Mikhails Journal and complete the quest before you can do any of the quests involving Ruuna the Blind or Sasha OR her little sister.

I spent an hour finding this out the hard way :/

I've had an idea for a while but I just don't have the heart to do it myself.

Maybe you can do this for me? Take this lantern and use its oil to burn their remains so they never get up again.
