Love these. Hope there's some clarification about the origin of these ones because the ones in the Barrens were made about a thousand years prior and the Dragon Isles have been isolated for 10,000 years.
Love the models, but there is an error! There is no "Maru Con'tira." Minor spoilers, there are two centaur leaders named Maruuk and Teera. They're in a dungeon journal entry.
Put them on Wotlk Classic
These Centaur look amazing! The females also look really cute as well. Blizzard really went all out with them and the Gnolls plus the Tuskaar. Only day two of the Alpha and I couldn't be even more excited about playing this expansion plus looking forward to what 10.1 is going to be about.
Lore wise are these the centaur in Desolace? I still have rep from one of the clans built up. And they should make the mech gnomes and vulpies like dks. Let you choose a faction. Neither have ties to other factions. (I mean the mechaqnomes arent gnomes and could possibly choose the dark side. Ive had a guild named *Vulpes Velox* for over a decade but on Alliance. We get stuck with the dork gnomes.
Why are the centaur women so.. pretty?I liked the original version where they actually looked similar to the males. They dont even have the face structure now, like the nose is totally different. I don't know why Blizzard is so bad at this. It's like when they removed beards from female dwarfs.. Not every race needs to be like the blood elf britney spears knockoffs.Same thing as the gnolls. They're higher res but lower in character. It really does feel like Blizzard unleashed DeviantArt into their 3d modelling department.
Allied race. Please, Blizz! Please! I'll beg. I've wanted this even back when the models looked like warmed-over crap. LOL
Now I want more centaur lore. :-D
I don't want them as allied race, I want them as mounts. Imagine you can custom your centaur like you can custom your dragon lmao. I want another talking mount like Ban-lu
I would love playable Dryad/Centaur races! These models look great!
i hope we can befriend them
The female doesn't look as angry as the males, and the 2nd image(s) look silly. It's like they stuck a human head on top and that's fine, especially with the goofy-a$$ ponytail.
I wonder if the 4-fingered ones are the vanilla replacer model? The dragon islands ones seem to be a different subspecies.
Those centaur models are really pretty!
