艾泽拉斯之心 is BfA artifact weapon (neck)
You will get 一见倾心 achievement the moment you obtain this item.

How it works:
You can buff 艾泽拉斯之心 with 艾泽里特 (Similar to Artifact Power in Legion)
You start with 280 ilvl 艾泽拉斯之心 and right now each next lvl of Azerite Power gives you + 2 item lvl of 艾泽拉斯之心
When you reach certain lvl it unlocks useful traits on you gear (Chest, Head, Shoulders slots)

This Artifact is related to the 艾泽拉斯的勇士 faction, most of the world quests of this faction give 艾泽里特 rewards.
You farm reputation with the 艾泽拉斯的勇士 After each reputation level (Friendly, Honored, Revered ...): you get 心之力量 quest.

Maybe I'm just sleep-deprived, but is there a way to check how far along you are on artifact power? Similar to how the artifact worked in Legion? I can see when I gain AP and how much it gains, but cannot look at the progression.

If anyone is wondering how you can check what your Azerite Power progress is - if you've disabled any Artifact Power bars from your UI - enable them again. Heart of Azeroth uses the same system as Legion weapons. I made that mistake earlier and realised it only after I dinged 120.

There is a quest to upgrade the heart after reaching reputation levels with 艾泽拉斯的勇士. After each reputation level (Friendly, Honored, Revered ...) you get the Quest 心之力量

There is Azerite Level and there is ilvl for 艾泽拉斯之心. This got me confused in the beginning.

This quest 心之力量 will provide 艾泽拉斯之心物品等级提高, as in the youtube video from comment by Varenne.

So you don't go from Azerite level 13 to 15. But rather from Base ilvl 280 to base ilvl 295. After this, additional ilvls from your Azerite are applied.

So then. I hit Exalted with CoA just now and was expecting another ilvl boost for my HoA but I didn't recieve the quest this time. Can anyone shed any light on why this has happened (or, in fact, not happened)? Perhaps I'm missing something obvious.

When I hit honored there was quest to see Bran but when I hit revered there was nothing, so I popped in to see him and he had the quest so it seems that there was just no notification.

Any downside to not having this equipped in some cases?

My fresh alts are getting crazy 360 socketed necks from the Anniversary world bosses, some of which are simming WAY higher than the fresh neck.

I tried going to Brann for the Rep upgrade on an alt and he wasn't offering to boost it despite being Revered on my main. Also my portal to Silithis is missing for Zuldazar. Does anyone have any insight into why either of these things are happening?

For Timewalking: You can use a different necklace, while still be able to loot and get Azerite Power to your Heart of Azeroth. This can be incredibly useful for example to tanks, as they can use for example 普瑞达兹，萨瓦里克的杰作.

The only downside is that traits on Azerite armors won't work, but they can be replaced with twink gear.

My Heart of Azeroth is now level 67 and I am working towards level 68. There does not appear to be any further Preseverance (+3%) or Essence slots. Does anyone know of any benefits (current or future) for continuing to increase the level? - Thanks

When my Heart of Azeroth hit lvl 65 there was another minor slot available, but I can't find out where to get the powers from. There is one with the Waveblade you can buy, and another 2 in Mechagon, but they're no good to me really. Where else can you get them from, or do I need to keep grinding rep with CoA?

The Magni quest chain starting with Essential Empowerment is a must do for all toons that have low level Heart of Azeroth necks - as of patch 8.3 completing the chain will level your Heart of Azeroth neck straight up to lvl 50 ! This quest is offered after completing the necessary Nazjatar introductory quests - Magni will then appear in your Nazjatar base and offer you the Essential Empowerment quest.

To open Nazjatar you will need to do either The Wolf's Offensive quest for Alliance or The Warchief's Order for Horde - this will auto pop if you meet criteria. Next quest for both factions is Send in the Fleet.

Completing the Magni quest chain also opens up new quests in Nazjatar, including a small quest chain that unlocks world quests for the zone - unlocking WQs also opens up your bodyguard quests so you can level them & also makes you eligible for PVP event Battle for Nazjatar rewards. For Horde pick up Scouting the Pens in your base which leads you to a quest called Save A Friend at 38,42 that opens WQs. ...for Alliance accept quest The Lost Shaman from Hunter Akana 39/53 in camp and complete the 2 follow up quests Elemental Fury and Rescue The Farseer. Final quest from Blademan Inowari in camp - A Tempered Blade -opens WQs.

Okay 3 resets in a row the azerite required to level my neck has not decayed, I've put in 2 tickets and 2nd ticket was asked to put in pug report done this twice but still no reponse. My neck is 92 does it stop decaying and the customer support people are unaware or is this a bug?

If youre level 50 and dont have the Shadowlands expansion, and find yourself without the Heart of Azeroth and because of reaching lvl 50 no Time changing from Chromie is available, and you have yet to kill Argus the Unmaker in a raid that you cant get from LFR because LFR is only available to max level, which at this time is 60...

Dont be alarmed you can still get HoA.

In Boralus to the right of the entrance to The Snug Harbor Inn is an Earthen Guardian with the quest "A Dying World". This Quest will get you to Magni Bronzebeard and he will open the way to the Chamber of Heart and from there just follow the quest. I hope this helps and happy questing.

To get the Heart of Azeroth in 9. X. X., you need to complete the task "A Dying World". This task becomes available after obtaining level 50 of the character.

The "A Dying World" task is automatically offered when a level 50 character visits Boralus or Dazar'alor. There are no other requirements for obtaining this task.

If you canceled the task by mistake, the earthen-guardian in Boralus near the inn " (/way 74.9 15.0) or Dazar'alore {/way #1165 50.4 41.6) will help you return to the Hall of the Heart.

p. s. The Level-up service does not give access to the Heart of Azeroth in Shadowlands. U must complete "A Dying World".

Just for fun, gonna comment on a few pages regarding the Heart of Azeroth.
In Shadowlands, you cannot obtain the Heart prior to level 50. After which you can obtain a quest from the Earthen Guardian.

To unlock Mechagnomes, you need to unlock the quest Urgent Care.
To unlock Urgent Care, you must unlock Mechagon.
To unlock Mechagon, you must unlock World Quests in Nazjatar.
To unlock World Quests in Nazjatar, you must complete part of the Nazjatar campaign, including a detour to Silithus from Brann.
To complete part of the Nazjatar campaign, you must unlock Nazjatar.
To unlock Nazjatar, you need to Obtain the Heart of Azeroth.

We all know about the way to toggle map phases based on time lines / expansions but on this occasion 希多尔米 is located way to the north. Great if you are on foot walking up from 安戈洛环形山. Unlikely, lol.

Collecting your Battle for Azeroth 艾泽拉斯之心 from 麦格尼·铜须 and other gear with quests such as 艾泽拉斯之心 or 灌注世界之心, require you to see the scarred Battle for Azeroth version of 希利苏斯 and conversely farming your 塞纳里奥议会 rep, collecting 奶糖, questing or mining require the "old" time phase.

Better is 罗诺姆 at (33.34,80.70) in the far south on the Silithus map, regardless of the time phase.

From your capital, grab the Uldum portal to Ramkahen.
Then fly up to the Oasis of Vir'sar or use the flight point to there.
Now hop over the border to the deep south of Silithus, to the entrance of Ahn'Qiraj.
Do a "/tar Rho" in chat, without the quotes as Rhonormu can be difficult to find the first time.

Swap time phases to your heart's content!

in case anyone else runs into this: i had an issue just now where my heart of azeroth kept saying it was dormant, regardless of where i was. fixed by logging out and back in while in a zone where it's meant to work

Most odd, in Dragonflight, I got the quest in Boralus to pursue the Heart of Azeroth... at level 25. New character, but other characters already leveled in BFA. Got to Silithhus and turned in the quest, then Magni wouldn't talk to me. Seems like a glitch?

Noticed this week the heart of azeroth has been hotfixed to 194. That is if you unlocked your essences and had all minor slots+stamina nodes learned. I presume so, since my bfa main and alts all had gone above level 80 needed for the last stam node. I cannot discern the ilvl impact, lacking essences have on the heart now. Since it's not consistent on the throwaway characters which have the neck. Lastly, artifact power level has no impact on ilvl now.

Notes: With the SL squish a base HoA was ilvl 55. And on my bfa main I had AP level 97 which equaled to ilvl 151 during SL. During BFA a AP 97 neck equaled to 527. During BFA each level granted 2 ilvls, and in SL each level gained +1 ilvl.

So it appears that blizz has in short (in reference the SL-squish) given everyone now an AP level 140 neck. Which if this were still bfa would mean an ilvl 613 neck! Enjoy the extremely delayed benefits of island farming without the unholy amount of time it would have taken.

Hopefully blizz leaves the neck active for bfa and lower timewalking forever since it provides depth when doing legacy content. However I will note that since bfa end (vengeance DH uses fury now and not pain so memory of lucid dreams is broken) and even to now (icy veins doesn't proc for frost mage with vision of perfection), there are obvious bugs that will grow as time goes on.

As of 10.1.5, leveling characters are left with a sealed 艾泽拉斯之心 after the quest 灌注世界之心. As players, we have no access to the 心之熔炉 or any essence powers to infuse the amulet with.

I've looked around and found an acceptable solution. Acquire the quest 派遣舰队 / 派遣舰队 from your commander on the ship. It will start a moderately long quest line, which is supposed to be introductory to the 8.2 catch-up zone 纳沙塔尔. The quest line, after 归途 / 归途, will later take you to a side hustle — 精华强化 offered by Magni. Magni is standing next to Oculeth / Jaina.

Continuing down the quest line will soon bring you to 驾驭力量. This quest will:
Instantly ding your 艾泽拉斯之心 to level 50.
Award you the 火红烈焰 from 石化的黢黑之鳞.
Enable the 心之熔炉, allowing you to customize major and minor powers on your amulet.
Enable the 泰坦传送器 for the access to the 心之秘室.

This way, we are able to continue with questing and Azerite power grinding in BFA.

To obtain Hearth of Azeroth, you need to complete short quest chain starting with A Dying World given by NPC Earthen Guardian (for Horde).
If you are like me and doing this quest on DF (10.1.7) and you can't find A Dying World quest, just complete DF intro quest To the Dragon Isles!.

Tested the whole quest chain per 10.2.5 and I'll summarize the benefit of doing this for leveling purposes only from Alliance perspective; the Horde equivalents apply.
You can only get this at level 50 via 艾泽拉斯之心.
The Heart is ilvl170, slightly better than an upgraded 堕落者的训练护符. The Heart Forge is innately inactive.
You can activate the Heart Forge by doing the chains 兄弟的帮助 and 派遣舰队 (up to 驾驭力量) but the Heart will remain 170 even at lv50.

Tl;dr, if you are heirloomed (neck, head, shoulder and chest included) it's not worth the effort getting it upgraded in full. Azerite powers help, but aren't mandatory at all to level from 50-60.
If you intend to do BfA content it's worthwhile getting this regardless.

If like me, you were wondering what happened to your heart and started talking to different NPC's... well the heart can't be destroyed, so check your bank. It's probably in there.

From Horde side:

If you are like me and have a toon that didn't do BFA (but main did) and:

Nazjatar is open
Don't have the Heart of Azeroth in your inventory
can't find the quest for A Dying World

Then you will need to head back to Orgrimmar and pick up the quest Battle For Azeroth: Hour of Reckoning and complete those. The questline stops in the inn and with no clue where to go next. Go to Zuldazar and up to the main pyramid (level where bank / portals are) and pick up A Dying World from the guard outside of the door to continue the questline for the Heart of Azeroth.

This will help you to open the questline to get the legendary cloak Ashjrakamas.

For those who wants to get this item as of 11.0, and can't find or interact with Magni for the quest 垂死的世界

You just need to do the intro quest 地心之战, which would lead you to bring the 11.0 Magni to Dalaran. Once you have done that, no need to finish the entire questline, and you can just come back to Silithus to interact with the 8.0 Magni.

Not sure if it's a bug or was stealth nerfed but as of right now azerite essences for the HoA no longer function outside bfa zones. My speed toon is in stormwind and the essence is greyed out saying "You are in the wrong zone", azerite gear still seems to work but essences do not

So, I'm not sure if anyone else has had this issue, but I am playing through the BFA storyline. I have already been taking part in the current TWW content (if it matters) and I have found that I cannot imbue the Heart of Azeroth with any of the Spark of Inspiration items that drop for it, nor can I access the powers tree from the console in the center of the Heart. When trying to imbue, it simply says Item UNKNOWN must be equipped (I do have the Heart equipped). When attempting to access the heart console, it simply doesn't do anything at all.

Not sure why, but I can't get the HOA on my Lvl 80 Druid from remix, I've been trying to build her a speed set but never having done any BfA the only place I can find Magni is Dornogal. Tried both Borealis and Dalaran, so I can't get the quest 垂死的世界

As of today in 11.1.5 on my lvl 70 druid, in order for me to get the HoA, I had to start the Isle of Dorn quests (I had previously completed the BFA and Dragon Isle stuff on this character when it was current). I took the skip to go directly to Dorn. Once I had gotten to Dorn, I went back to Silithus to test if Magni was there and I was able to then see Magni and was able to complete the quests.

Idk why they changed it, but the Concentrated Flame azerite power is not uable in zones outside of BFA anymore. It was nice to have on chars that have no healing spells when running old content that requeres you to heal bosses, but alas, here we are

I don't see it mentioned anywhere, so am I the only one who realised that this item scales waaaaay better then any Heirloom neck-piece? My current heirloom ilvl is 287 where the Heart is 332, so if you plan to level up with heirlooms then i suggest you pick this one up first.
