The recipe for these can be bought inside naxxramas, right?

you get the pattern from him, I don't know how much they cost or what you have to do though.

I'm guessing it might be related to this somehow:

As far as i undertand, the patterns can be bought from an cpc if you have the required reputation.

"Omarion's Handbook" lets ppl who don't have LW to get the items throught the NCP that u deliver the quest to. If you have a crafter in guild with rep, then no need to do the "Omarion's Handbook" quest since your crafter is abled to make the items for you anyway (items are BoE). Same deal goes for tailor and blacksmith.

These are not "bought". Once having cleared the first large room in Deathknight Wing, you will come upon a man in a cage. After a conversation, he will ask if you are master of some craft, and for tailors, leatherworkers and blacksmiths he can then teach you some patterns (free), 3 for tailors and blacksmiths, 6 for leatherworkers. For Honoured, it's bracers, Revered you learn gloves, Exalted it's the chestpiece. You do not need any specific blacksmith- or leatherworking specialization to make them.

I hope that clarifies things :)

I can make these on server Eldre'Thalas <Alliance>. I charge a 10g combine fee. If interested PST or Mail Thilia

I can also make a huge list of other great items, feel free to check them out on our public forums:

Just curious do you actually get the pattern to craft these after the quest, or is it JUST the armor you get and have to bring the mats to him each time you want something crafted?

I can make this on the Dragonmaw realm, Horde side. msg Banshi for a combine.

I'd like to learn to make these but our guild aint really on Naxx lvl yet. Does the NPC that teach you the patterns inside naxx despawn, or does he stay in the instance? If so can I just get into some cleared instance to talk to him? I'm attuned and got revered faction....
