Shadow Weaving no longer stacks on your target, instead stacking on the Shadow Priest. This changes Shadow Weaving into a personal buff instead of a raid-wide debuff.
Shadowform now gives Shadow Word: Pain, Devouring Plague and Vampiric Touch the ability to crit, and Devouring Plague and Vampiric Touch the ability to benefit from haste. Notably, Shadow Word: Pain can crit but does not benefit from haste. You can also cast Abolish Disease and Cure Disease without breaking Shadowform.
Vampiric Embrace is now a 30-minute self buff, giving it 100% uptime. The healing has been significantly reduced for everyone but the player, making it more akin to passive health regeneration for your party as opposed to supplementing healers.
Vampiric Touch now procs Replenishment instead of its own unique mana regeneration. Additionally, if Vampiric Touch is dispelled it will deal a chunk of damage.
Mind Flay is now 30-yard range, matching the rest of your spells.
Misery is now 3% spell hit, a shared debuff with Balance Druids. The talent also increases the Spell Power gained by Mind Blast, Mind Flay and Mind Sear.
Improved Mind Blast also reduces the healing done to the target for 10 seconds.
Spirit Tap is no longer a 5-point talent and instead is split into the 3-point Talent Spirit Tap and the 2-point talent Improved Spirit Tap. Spirit Tap is mostly the same, but Improved Spirit Tap gives you the ability to proc Improved Spirit Tap during fights effectively.
Improved Shadow Word: Pain no longer increases duration, instead increasing damage.
Improved Power Word: Fortitude now also grants 4% Stamina to the Priest.
Divine Spirit and Prayer of Spirit are now baseline.
Prayer of Fortitude, Prayer of Spirit and Prayer of Shadow Protection are now raid-wide.
Devouring Plague no longer has a cooldown.
Shadow Power now increases critical damage bonus instead of critical chance.

Race

Nitro Boosts is the rocket boots of previous expansions, now in enchant form. Never worry about if you forgot to unequip your rocket boots, or wait for the cooldown from swapping. With this you will always be able to zoom off into the sunset. As the cherry on-top, this also gives 24 Crit Rating.

Frag Belt, reusable, infinite grenades whenever you want.

Hyperspeed Accelerators is one of the primary reasons Shadow Priest wants Engineering. This is a 1-minute cooldown on-demand Haste buff. This helps fill out the lack of cooldowns and can have around 20% uptime even.

Hand-Mounted Pyro Rocket isn't that great, but I do want to mention just how fun it is to shoot a wrist rocket every 45 seconds. Sadly this does not stack with Hyperspeed Accelerators so you are unlikely to use it regularly.

Springy Arachnoweave not the best for Priests, because we have Levitate, but the 27 Spell Power is better than the usual enchant so why not bring a parachute.

Wormhole Generator: Northrend is an honorable mention, a free portal to a few zones in Northrend. This just makes travel that much more convienent.

Jeeves is a reusable Repair Bot, as well as a bank for any Engineers. Very much worth having a few in a raid team.

Tailoring

Lightweave Embroidery is a fantastic Cloak enchant, giving 295 Spell Power for 15-seconds on proc. This is incredibly strong if the proc lines up with other procs and on-use abilities, but does have a fairly long cooldown, so its value depends heavily on luck.

Sanctified Spellthread is just Brilliant Spellthread but significantly cheaper, so you save a decent amount of Gold enchanting your pants.

Jewelcrafting

Runed Dragon's Eye are Jewelcrafting exclusive gems. In total you can put 3 of these in your gear, giving a total of 117 Spell Power, which is 48 Spell Power more than 3 Runed Cardinal Ruby would be.

Figurine - Twilight Serpent isn't fantastic, but it is a solid leveling and pre-raid item. Consider grabbing one if you are Jewelcrafting already, but it isn't worth swapping professions over.

Enchanting

Enchant Ring - Greater Spellpower, the famed Ring Enchants are still around in Wrath of the Lich King, this time giving 23 Spell Power each, for a total of 46 Spell Power as a perk of being an Enchanter. Remember, if you drop Enchanting, these Ring Enchants will stop working!
