Blizzard has announced that Phase 2 For Wrath Classic will begin on January 17th, with Ulduar gates being opened on January 19th. Ulduar will open at 3:00 p.m. PST.

Blizzard has announced that Tier 8 Set pieces will not receive further item level buffs.
