In addition to the normal drops off LFR Tortos, Megaera, and Ji-kun, there are several items that have a chance to drop off any of these bosses or the others in ToT, because it is shared on all of their loot tables. This item, Tia-Tia, the Scything Star, being one of them.

just got this weapon in raid finder from horridon, in my opinion, this is the most awesome looking fist weapon in the game!
and strangely enough it doesn't show up in the dungeon journal.

After figuring out how to queue for lfr as a 120 Demon Hunter (thank you previous comments!), I started running each section. On Primordius, not only did I get 提亞提亞，刈星 but also 黑暗顫動血泡. Good day!
