This is the reward from 我們需要更多馬鞍 which will award you with 翠玉熊貓人風箏線 (probably in the mail) which will teach you how to ride this - 翠玉熊貓人風箏.

Just from the name i'm guessing this will be much like the kite you fly on when you use flight paths in Pandaria, the difference being instead of the color red it will be green. (And this will be a separate mount that you can fly wherever).

Loved the fact that there's finally an achievement for 150 mounts but I think Blizz should have put more effort in designing the actual reward mount as they did for 150 pets back then: 星穹龍 for 超小型寵物店. Now that one I we love <3

There is no color difference on the mount for which faction you're affiliated with. Everyone who earns this mount will have the same color shown in the screenshots.

Ok, I have a question about this mount...so far I have 141 mounts on my horde toon, but for some reason when I look at my horde toon page (Ivris-Forsaken Warlock) it has my mount collection at 142...

On my toon page it shows me having the Blue Dragonhawk in my collection (but only acquired on a low leveled Worgen DK)...does this count as the 142nd or do I actually have 141? Just curious if I actually do need 9 more mounts.

1. You do not receive the Jade Pandaren Kite String in the mail. Instead, it is automagically included in your Mounts and Pets menu once you get 150 mounts.

2. It is green!

I see a lot of comments about not getting this mount when hitting150, but anyone else do the opposite and get it without the 150 and no achievement? I am sitting on it right now, surprised the hell outta me when I seen it come up, so I looked it up and sure enough, it was a new mount and not some glitch, though now the glitch is how do I have it with 148 mounts and no achievement? Maybe restitution for screwing up the Klaxxi quests so I can't finish the rest of the zone?

On a side note, I actually kinda like it, it's been a while since I could 'surf' on something since I changed from tailoring to leatherworking a loooong time ago, got the Red Cloud too, so it makes flying fun again... kinda :D

Much better reward for 150 mounts could be Reins of the Astral Cloud Serpent, which is rare drop from elegon, instead this recolored pandaren kite. With celestial dragon could make a perfect 150 collector couple...

EU Servers Currently bugged as of 28th Nov. You will not get the item in your mailbox or in your mount list. Awaiting a fix.

I received the achievement once I had hit 148 mounts, on my Death Knight, but did not receive the kite. Once I had made it to 150, the kite did not get sent to my mailbox, and was not in my mount list. Re-logging did not work, either. I tried logging onto other characters, but was still unable to fix the problem.

However, other people on my server have reported getting it, and I have seen them with it, and that some of them received it through mail.

If anyone has any information on how they got it, if they didn't at first, please post it =/

Strange that this mount has a gold value seeing as it normally just appears in your mount list as soon as you hit 150 mounts, it normally doesn't get mailed to you (so you're simply not able to sell it).

Was glad to finally push into 150 mounts. However I was disappointed to learn I could not fly my Chi-ji Kite pet while flying... my kite mount. Xzibit, if ever you were needed. Now is the time.

If I understood the achievements correctly, you can get another kite, this one: 熊貓人風箏 by getting 熊貓人風箏線, but you need to be Exalted with all factions of Pandaria, according to your faction... as per 熊貓人大使 and 熊貓人大使...

So you see, there are 2 kites, the regular one and the Jade one. The regular one you can get by being Exalted all over Pandaria, while the Jade one requires 150 mounts.

I myself got confused, until I dug deeper in the Achieves tooltips to find that small but important detail, the difference between both kites.

When using the kite, you get a special wind blowing sound effect like when you're sky diving or up high on a building, in other words, theres a constant sound effect of your kite cutting the air or riding the wind.
