穀物看守者護手 is one of the blue/rare Hand piece items that is dropped by the Various Pandarian Rare Elites in Valley of the Four Winds.
It is one of the many Blue/Rare Hand Pieces that each of them has a chance to drop upon killing them.

Blue/Rare items are most commonly dropped, like 穀物看守者護手. Less often they would drop a 一小包物品 alongside a Blue/Rare. And very rarely they would drop a Epic/Purple item or vanity item unique to each Rare Elite, such as 兵馬俑碎片. All three options may sometimes even occur at once, in which case you are very lucky.
