I feel like a 120 reps ach is needed already and that should have a reward - I get not having one every 10 factions but every 20 is a must.

And theoretically with 10.2.5 if Azerothian Archives counts as 1 then any player with OG Zandalar tribe and Shendralar can hit 130 by my count (not that I have them :(...).

Is there a complete list of all factions in the game that count for this achievement ? Propably separated with those that are still obtainable and those are not ?

I finally stopped being lazy and got the prior achievement and looked to see if there was another achiev in the same family/group. To be honest the lack of achiev points or any in-game recognition for the "highest" total rep achievement is anti climactic. I don't need the mount, title or anything huge but a tabard, toy, pet or other minor reward may be nice. The lack of reward doesn't ruin anything but it definitely doesn't encourage me personally.

Question: do we get credit towards the achievement if we get those reputation from classic during 20th celebration event to exalted? or those reputations are no use?

I think it's about time they add 120 exalted reputations achievement as 25% of Wowhead users have collected this one already. I am currently sitting on 129 exalted reputations myself.

Is there a way to find out how many you have total, above 110?
With /run print(GetStatistic(18471)) it only returns 110/110.

With the proliferation of reputations in The War Within, especially with two separate tiers having a raid reputation, it is baffling to me that Blizz hasn't yet added a higher meta achievement than this one. It's now possible to get 150 exalteds if my counting is correct which I think probably deserves another tangible reward

So I was sitting on 109 today and finally became exalted with Kurenai. Didn't one 1 to my tally. Still sitting on 109 :(
