Just to confirm, once an exalted reputation has been reached it doesn't matter how much you damage it by switching sides. Even if you become hated by that group you will still have credit for having reached the exalted status. This is important to know if you're switching between the Scryers and the Aldor or the Frenzyheart and the Oracles.

Also, if you're really ambitious and haven't already done so, I'd highly recommend seeking exalted reps with the four factions of the Steamweedle Cartel. Why? Because although it's a slow grind you'll receive simultaneous reputation with all four groups and you'll be paving the way for the ultra-achievement (Insane In The Membrane).
