ok, since no one else gave any info yet, for the people who were wondering what i was, no, the others fighting in the distance do not come to help, i really don't know why this quest is recommended lvl 80, i'm a 77 frost mage and didn't take even one hit...

Agenetta Tyrsdottar is at 48.3,68.9. Talk to her, and challenge her. she'll imediatly become hostile. kill her, and then the goblin runs off. turn quest in at same place u picked it up at.

When you get the quest, if she is still "red" and hostile, not friendly, fly away until your disguise goes away then come back and you should be able to talk to her.

if you're a druid then u can go into flight form with the disguise still on!

i confirm spikeles . ( flew towards K3 , lost disguise , flew back) could now speak to opponent,
and challenge her ) .

on counterpart , tried wFPwnz proposal , and this failed .

Sorry, not really relevant, but as when dressed as a Vrykul - mount up and you get a seemingly get a itty bitty little mount with big chick on it... reminds me of something which I probably shouldnt write here.
