Return to the Black Temple is part of the Demon Hunter starting quest chain. - Vault of the Wardens storyline.
We were chained in Vault of the Wardens after the events of previous Mardum quest chain. Now we are in Legion time and the Wardens prison is under attack... We have to escape and save Illidan, but Gul'dan manages to take Illidan cage with him.

The Sargerite Keystone is right in front of Kayn Sunfury who gives you the quest. The keystone might not be clickable if someone recently clicked it for their quest. When it grows big again, it'll be clickable. Might have to wait your turn since everyone is doing this quest on patch day.

If you did not pick up all the blue gear drops, the 28 slot bag, and the Strength/Agility buff item, you may want to go back BEFORE turning in this quest so you can collect them all. You CANNOT return to Mardum (which is in the past) once you click to portal to return to the Black Temple. You will go to the Vault of the Wardens and end up in a different time period!

Good news: You can glide down from the ledge harmlessly with your Demon Hunter wings, collect any items you missed, and then take the bat back up to the quest area before or after killing the blood queen.

Inquisitor's Menacing Eye (chest near Inquisitor Baleful in the Molten Shore)
Mardum Lord Signet (chest in the Cryptic Hollow at 55, 58 near Fel Lord Caza)

Vile Stalkerskin Pouch (chest in a spider hole between Doom Fortress and the Fel Hammer)
Brutarg's Sword Tip (drop from Overseer Brutarg near the Forge of Corruption)
Voras' Silk Drape (drop from General Volroth near the Soul Engine)

Note: When you have all the gear, you have blue items everywhere except neck, belt, weapons, and trinkets. You will get a quest for Infernal Firecord Sash AFTER returning to the Black Temple. You can also find Lekos' Leash and Inquisitor's Glowering Eye rares in the Vault of the Wardens AFTER returning. Since this quest gives you 2 blue weapons Fel-Etched Glaive that takes care of the 5 remaining slots.

1. Return to the Black Temple
• Accept the quest, Return to the Black Temple, from Kayn Sunfury at coords 69.8, 37.9 (The Fel Hammer).
• Click on the Sargerite Keystone, between Kayn Sunfury and the Fel Portal.
• Turn in the quest to the Fel Portal at 69.8, 37.5.

Note that Maiev takes away your Illidari Warglaive and replaces them with Fel-Etched Glaive so if you want to keep a physical set of the starter warglaives, buy them from the provisioner Falara Nightsong in the prison.

Don't make the mistake I did on my second demon hunter and buy them in Mardum, because Maiev steals them from your bags! Perfectly logical for a jailer to do of course, but very annoying when I discovered it later.
