Transmog Legendary Weapons and Armor in Patch 8.3 Visions of N'Zoth

Legendary transmogs are account-bound - Once you earn a legendary, it can be transmogged to all characters in your account (Provided they have sufficient level and weapon type for the Legendary)!

Legendaries with class restrictions on the items themselves (like Warglaive of Azzinoth and Shadowmourne) can only be transmogged by the classes the weapons are limited to.

Legendaries without class restrictions on the items themselves, but are restricted to certain classes in their way of obtaining it (like Val'anyr, Hammer of Ancient Kings and Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest) can be transmogged by all classes that can equip the weapon type!

Rogue daggers are currently glitched - Although the daggers themselves have no class restrictions, on non-Rogues, you can only select Tiriosh, Nightmare of Ages (the Off-Hand), which cannot be transmogged by most classes.

Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros - Two-Handed Mace

Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker - One-Handed Sword

Atiesh, Greatstaff of the Guardian - Staff - Exclusive to Druids, Mages, Priests and Warlocks (each class has a different staff)

Warglaive of Azzinoth/Warglaive of Azzinoth - Main-Hand/Off-Hand Swords - Exclusive to Death Knights, Demon Hunters, Monks, Rogues and Warriors

Thori'dal, the Stars' Fury - Bow

Val'anyr, Hammer of Ancient Kings - One-Handed Mace

Shadowmourne - Two-Handed Axe - Exclusive to Death Knights, Paladins and Warriors

Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest - Staff

Golad, Twilight of Aspects/Tiriosh, Nightmare of Ages - Main-Hand/Off-Hand Daggers - Exclusive to Rogues
