Damn can't even afford a house in wow
People wanted to play virtual doll house, there you go, enjoy!
Looking forward to furniture drops being added to dungeons, raids, M+, and other content for housing! Grinding for a 3 seater sofa with coffee table drop from ICC + Firelands (Nordrassil wood table ofc) is going to be interesting lol
Finally an affordable property! It's pretty fun to have your own apartment in WOW (even if it's a crappy place). It would be fun to have a "key to your apartment" type toy so you can teleport there at will, like the Garnison in its time.
this is so dope, need full housing asap
Looks like an inn room in FFXIV... sort of...
I really hope the player housing is like Wildstar and FF XIV combined. Also really hope blizzard leans hard into it creating new professions for it. Commit to adding new content. It's easy daily player content to create.
They're going to totally screw up player housing again, aren't they? But I have to say, I've been using my Garrison a lot lately. Lunarfall anyway, which is super cozy, has cool buildings (inn especially), great ambiance with adjustable music, pet battles, and permanent Christmas decorations. And you can get Trade Chat there if you want. I now find it a very pleasant place to hang out, even if the population is rather larger than a single-family dwelling.
I foresee a plumbing problem World Quest in our future...
Player housing coming with rent/a mortgage is how most game designers do it. Their shriveled hearts can’t resist any opportunity to create a gold sink to make the game less fun and “help the economy” (BUY GOLD) to be healthy (BUY GOLD FOR $20.00 USD, PEASANTS) etc. What will Blizzard do? Time will tell.
The preview on live realm will be in week 14!
apartments and renting really? the very words don't feel nice irl... :d a teapot would be so much better x.x
I didn't kill every world ending monster just to rent an apartment
That hobgoblin looks like if Nigel Thornberry hulked out ..(oh, yah it's deliberate. duh. )
Dang, nobody made the connection to Nigel Thornberry with that giant in the screenshot
