Posted 2015/01/30 at 12:06 PM by perculia

Friday Update ArcadeFollower TrackingBattle.net profile page

Track which followers you've acquired and sort by source.

Filter your list of followers by what enemy threat they counter.

View their weapon/armor ilvls, level, quality, and counters.

Followers have customized tooltips showing their unique abilities and traits.

Mission Suggestions

Visit any missions page (full list on http://www.wowhead.com/missions) and click on "My followers" to select a character.

Then click on Auto-Fill to see your recommended followers for the mission!

You can then modify the suggested followers--change their ilvl, abilities, and traits to see how their success chance changes.

You can also swap in other followers you've collected, even inactive ones, by clicking on the follower portraits in the calc.

The mission calculator also works for PTR missions and new 6.1 abilities like Mentor.

Setting Up Your CharacterIf you've already verified your character for a giveaway or Toy Box tracking, you can skip this step.

View your character in the Profiler

Click on the Verify option on the header and follow the instructions. If you log in via Battle.net, this step will happen automatically.

Download and install the Wowhead Client

Run the Wowhead Client

Log in to your character in-game (with the Wowhead Looter addon running). You don't need to open any tabs or perform any actions--just go in game and stay logged in for 5 seconds or so.

Exit WoW, and use the Wowhead Client to submit your data to Wowhead

Hit "Update" on your Character Profile to see the latest information.

As an update on this, we've taken a look at the types of feedback and we think we've narrowed it down to two main issues (outside of steps not being followed correctly) which we'll be addressing in the next week or so.

So different issue- my characters show the followers tab post-update, but they all show me as having 0 followers.

Logged back into the game and back into the characters, waited ~15s, re-uploaded, and same thing.

What am I missing in the process to make the followers show up?

So actually, looks like it's only happening to some of my characters, some show up fine.

It says I have 0/291 yet I have 40 followers, at least 10 of which are epic and fully geared. I'm finding the interface quite confusing as it doesn't tell me which followers I have and what their gear level is.

I did exactly the steps Erorus listed below. But unfortunately it is still not working for me.
I downloaded the latest version of WoWHead client. Any ideas what else to check/ try ?

I'm not seeing a follower's tab after reloading my character from battle.net. Am I missing something?

Next day it seems to be working now. Maybe it takes a little while.

still no "follower" tab/button

done all 4 steps 2 days ago (with at least 5-6 wow login since, and client submission)
waiting for fresh update (missing my latest achievement - same with my equipment)

look like an image of my character from previous week-end when i looked for my character on the wowhead profiler (then later i installed the client, and update etc)

edit : today it updated with my latest stuff, but still no follower tab

I have tried reloading, logging in for a longer period, many things.

I get the follower tab, but none of my "Progress" is showing. Am I doing something wrong?

Comment by PriestessAur

It looks like my followers are showing up correctly now. I see that you are listing all the counters, for both environments and races, but I am not seeing the traits that buff. Given that buff traits like Humanist, Ally of Argus, Voodoo Zealot, etc actually add more chance to missions than a racial or environment counter, I think it is important to track these. It is also beneficial to know who has the special traits, Epic Mount, Scavenger, etc.

When I look at your linked character profile, I see that the last time that it was updated was 11 days ago. I would try it again, but before doing so, check to see that you are running the latest version of the Wowhead client. Also, you may want make sure that you have "Verified" your character as well.

See the advice in this thread.:

Please keep trying to upload your data, next time we should get more information to help us see what's wrong.
