Verga Abbagliante lets you play a game with others who have Verga Abbagliante equipped. When you have the Verga Abbagliante buff, Dardo Abbagliante shows up on your action bar and you can fling arcane orbs at others. If they hit, you gain a stack of Punteggio Verga Abbagliante and grow, if you get hit, you lose your score and get stunned. Found on top of the tower at 42.84, 35.38.

Tomo Maledetto dei Sargerei places a corrupted Naaru mark on your forehead, similar to Tocco dei Naaru. Fittingly, this is found in the fel-infused Temple of Sha'naar area--32.4, 70.4.

Vilfiamma del Fuoco da Campo is a spooky green campfire which reduces spirit by 5. Dropped from Ramovile.

Bocciolo Perfetto lets you pick several Vilpetalo which can be applied to your pets to give them a fel-tinged glow. While Bocciolo Perfetto is on a daily CD per character, you can log into alts to get even more Vilpetalo. Found at 40.8, 75.5.

Gioiello del Fuoco Infernale, a Diablo reference, turns you into a member of the Burning Legion. The best part is that both male and female disguises have multiple armor options, your weapons remain visible, and your disguise remains while mounted. If you pair this disguise with other ones, you will still see the gem sticking out of your forehead. Looted at 27.9, 22.9.

Camuffamento da Sporoide is a terrifyingly cute Podling disguise. This is found in Frutto Strano Verde when ripened after 14 days, and you obtain Frutto Strano Verde from bouncing up onto a treebranch after stepping on a piece of loose soil. Soil found at 64.8, 42.9.

Cappello del Bucaniere Spettrale di Ferro turns you into an Undead Pirate. Previously Capitano Barbaferro in Nagrand dropped Cappello del Bucaniere di Ferro but things have taken a turn for the worse. This is found inside a cave with ominous pirate decorations at 37.4, 76.8.

Fiala di Viscidume Rosso turns you into a red ooze. Dropped from the Resti della Luna di Sangue event.

It has been confirmed on Twitter that Scheggia di Arcipietra will be turned into a toy in 6.2(possibly later?).

How do the costumes work now?

It just gives me a debuff for 2 minutes and my buttons don't change..

Nice to have those old things turned to Toys
But still few new items were added which should be toys and are not:
Piuma Maledetta di Ikzan
Globo di Sangue Pulsante
for sure
and possibly even
Imp Insolente

Blizz is so inconsistent with adding Toys :(
