Choose the two strongest possible targets using Prescience.

Cast Ebon Might with the buff applying to at least two preferred targets affected by Prescience.

Cast both Empower spells in order to hit two allies affected by Ebon Might with the Shifting Sands buff.

Cast Breath of Eons to extend Ebon Might and apply an additional massively potent damage multiplier to your chosen allies' damage.

Melee attacks against the buffed ally consume a stack and cause an explosion hitting all nearby enemies (up to once every two seconds.)

Threat generated from the explosion is attributed to the buffed player and not the Evoker, which is an added benefit for Tanks.

When cast on an enemy target, Blistering Scales will be applied to the enemy's current target: Usually your Tank, or an unlucky DPS player in over their head.

Regenerative Chitin allows you to go longer without having to recast Blistering Scales, but we generally prefer the other choice on this node: Molten Blood.

Molten Blood gives Blistering Scales the ability to be used as a reactive external on low-health allies, providing a sizeable absorption shield in addition to the buff's baseline Armor buff. Taking this talent means sometimes holding onto Blistering Scales rather than casting it on the Tank on cooldown, assuming that you want to make use of the absorption shield as an external.

Reactive Hide is a talent in the capstone section of the tree that has some value in high density Mythic+ keys and for solo play in the open world, but there are usually better choices of capstone talent points for most group content.

Black Attunement increases your maximum Health by 2%.

Bronze Attunement increases your movement speed by 10%.

Obsidian Scales buffs your Black Attunement to provide up to 4% maximum Health for 12 seconds, similar to a weaker version of Rallying Cry.

Hover buffs your Bronze Attunement to increase your movement speed by up to 40% for 4 seconds, which feels like a Wind Rush Totem.

For example, your Healer might call for you to use Spatial Paradox so that they can fully channel a major cooldown like Tranquility or Divine Hymn while still being able to move and deal with difficult mechanics.

The increased range on spells is also more valuable for some classes than others, as a Preservation Evoker will likely appreciate the ability to heal targets from 60 yards away, especially when healing alone in Mythic+.

could you add a section on sub 35% targets i:e strong execute classes like arms warrior etc ? and if swapping priority to one of these classes would be better at that range.

since Breath of Sindragosa is a 2 min cooldown your right about that, but also a maintenance cd that we extend over 2 minutes and does constant damage if played well also not be a good target throughout the fight while Breath is going? It doesn't burst its dps when we press our CD. I'm not disagreeing that the other constant ones are wrong, I'm just confused how if Breath is running how Frost DK wouldn't also be a good option.... if you were to pick a window to give it to us, Prescience I mean then it would be while Breath is running and right before we hit our next pillar window for even more potential gain with increased crit damage from our tier set, Especially double dipping a little if we have Ebon Might on the strength gain from pillar increasing whatever strength we have over our window through spending runes increasing even more.

Not even a single mention of 2 handed Frost being like, the best target for aug evokers over a sustained period of time. Even Breath is probably far better than anything else except obviously putting buffs on hyper bursty classes when they burst.

DK has a massive slew of mainstat scaling they utilize. Especially Frost DKs, which further amplifies the value of that buff ontop 2H frost DK being the literal perfect target for prescience.
