Andurs and Rydyr are Pet Tamers found near Valdisdall in Stormheim. They're only available to fight when their world quest, Beasts of Burden, is available. You fight Andurs and Rydyr separately, meaning you can heal your pets freely between fights. Andurs has Mini Musken and Rydyr has Baby Bjorn. Because they only use one pet each, the experience from two-petting is mediocre but very easy to get. If you aren't trying to level pets, any assortment of Mechanical pets should do the trick.

To two-pet Andurs and Rydyr, I used my Draenei Micro-Defender (Batter/Reflective Shield/Ion Cannon) and a Personal World Destroyer (Metal Fist/Supercharge/Screeching Gears). The Micro-Defender is very good for this because he's the only pet with Ion Cannon that's faster than both the Mini Musken and Baby Bjorn. The Personal World Destroyer can be swapped for almost any Mechanical damage pet - the Iron Starlette in particular is very good with Wind-up and Supercharge.

Leveling Strategy
Vs Andurs: Start with your leveling pet, (level 1 is fine), use any move, and swap to the World Destroyer or generic Mech pet. (Start with the mech if not leveling). Do 800-1000 damage to him using moves of your choice which should trigger Wish. He'll heal up and use Niuzao's Charge which should kill your first pet. After those two moves have finished it's your window- bring out your Draenei Micro-Defender and spam Batter until the enemy falls below 579 health. Once he has 579 or fewer health points remaining, blast him with the Ion Cannon and GG.

VS Rydyr: Start with your leveling pet (it'll take 400ish damage), swap to Draenei Micro Defender. (Start with DMD if not leveling.) Use Reflective Shield, then spam Batter until Baby Bjorn is under 579 HP. Ion Cannon. Win.

To complete local quest 重量级野兽 You need ANY Mechanical pets, because both pets of rivals 熊崽 and 迷你麝牛 - are Beasts.

重量级野兽 is randomly available in Stormheim (62.11, 52.02) and only visible if you've unlocked World Quests. Rewards will vary.
- Quick note: this is NOT part of 全谱系制霸.

The quest requires you defeat two tamers who each have one epic beast with passive: 精英.

安杜斯 has 迷你麝牛 (践踏, 砮皂冲锋, 祈愿)
瑞迪尔 has 熊崽 (撕咬, 喂食, 狂暴)

They can be fought in any order and you have the ability to change or heal your team in between fights, so there are a lot of options here.
vs. Andurs

I decided to dust off my 步行炸弹 (1,2,1) and 便携式世界毁灭者 (1,2,1), with a 机械松鼠 (1,2,1) for backup.
HOWEVER, should you possess a 展览馆管理员 (1,1,2), I strongly suggest Mertarus's potential 4-round strat - Shock and Awe, Zap x2, Ion Cannon (link here to upvote OP).

毒烟 - refresh when it's worn off > 尖啸齿轮 on CD > 震击 to fill
Bring in Personal World Destroyer
增压 on CD > 尖啸齿轮 on CD > 铁拳 to fill

Easiest way to defeat both the bear and the other pet is to use a level 25 Zandalari Anklerender.
You just have to use Black Claw followed by Hunting Party, and it's done.

Did anybody else get the Baby Born jingle from the 90s stuck in their head after seeing this pet's name? Why couldn't it have been named Crossfire instead?

Was able to defeat easily with Bloodgazer Hatchling and Direbeak Hatchling. Probably could have done with just Bloodgazer but he went in at under full HP since Revive battle pets was on cooldown with just over a minute left.

Falcosaur swarm for two rounds, Savage Talon, then he went down and the Direbeak came in to finish it off with a Savage Talon. I'm quite fond of these falcosaur pets.

ok.. normaly you find every trick on wowhead, but not for this one, strange.

Unlimited! leveling of 2 Level 1 pets:

Iron Starlette (1,2,2)

-Windup
-Toxic Smoke
-Windup
-Explode

With this your 2 other pets get the exp for the fight. As long as you ONLY fight Rydyr and not Andurs you can repeat this for unlimited profit.
1 in every 10 fights RND hits you and it won't be enough. If you are lucky your pets are not level 1 at that time :)

If you have 3 iron starlette just exchange and go on, heal after third one.

This is the best pet battle for leveling characters, havent found one that is better than this. This is because this gives full EXP for 1 battle (meanwhile other FAST pet battles with 1 battle gives 1/3 the EXP e.g. 电压吞噬者)

3 pets with 277+ speed. 2 of them with explode and a 3rd to finish off. Ideally the 2 pets with explode will be ones with high HP (as explode damage depends on your HP), which will make the 3rd pet matter less as you will need to do very little dmg.

I use;
步行炸弹 (only 1 breed, and the most viable as its like 100g to buy)
叮当拾屑手 H/S. This is one of the best, highest hp and speed but you have to farm this pet in mechagon 2nd part of the dungeon
德莱尼微型防御者 It's #3 spell is the highest damage dealing mechanical ability. But depending on the first 2 explode pets and its hp, you have alot of choices for the last pet, again 277+ speed so you attack first. You can also use this as one of the above as its other #3 ability is also explode.

Other options for the first 2 explode pets that you can replace the clanking with are 机械熊猫人幼龙, 明亮孢子, 暗泽孢子 and 重组的机械蜘蛛 (wouldnt recommend the spider as it has the lowest HP)

50-60 took me 4hrs and 42mins with WM mode.

Only downside is, you need to be lv45+ to do this (and ofcourse, only do-able when the WQ is up).
