How long does the 10% damage buff last? Is it permanent? Does it stack?

Note: The damage listed by this ability will always be buffed by 10% because of the buff the initial use gives (it doesn't just buff other moves used in between).

Multi-use charge-up moves with no cooldown that give a 10% damage boost buff on the first use, then consume the buff to deal decent damage (base 45) on the second use:

Aquatic: 抽水
Mechanical: 旋紧发条

Similar multi-use charge-up moves with no cooldown that create an infinite round buff on the first use, then on second use, consume the buff to deal decent damage (base 45):

Mechanical: 发射火箭 (Buff is instead an allied object that can be used by any allied pet with the ability)
Beast: 掷桶 (Buff is applied to the user of the ability)
Mechanical: 锁定打击 (Buff is applied to the enemy pet, remains on the same pet if it is switched and can be used on multiple pets in a single battle)

Similar charge-up moves that have an exposed charging turn then hit for high damage (base 50) on the next turn with various cooldowns:

It may say "a flurry of attacks," but it's really just one hit, unlike 乱舞 or 奔踏 for example. So if the thought of combining this with 召唤闪电 had you a little hot under the collar, relax.
