This hammer shares the look of the 戒卫侍女 boss from the 萨格拉斯之墓 and is wielded by her in battle.
It is confirmed to drop from that boss by Catlicker, Skulm and Neimiros.

Much like the shoulders of Garrosh and Xavius are obtainable as rare drops. It has versions of the appropriate item level for all 4 raid difficulties. If you'd like to wield this hammer, better keep your fingers crossed!

Personally, I always like it when Blizz makes some of a boss' unique look available to players.

I got this item today while raiding with my guild on the day of the opening. I was excited, a random weapon item dropping from a raid boss on release day. It titanforged to 920.

I got this weapon immediately from killing 戒卫侍女 i.e. I did not loot it from her corpse and therefore I don't think it can be coined. It's weird to get loot which is a weapon..in the expansion of legendary weapons. Maybe they shouldn't have put stats on it. Having it titanforge to 925+ just makes you feel sad it wasn't a regular piece of loot.

Confirmed to drop from Maiden of Vigilance, I got it personally today on my Warrior. Looks kinda cool, and I think its mainly a tmog, please dont use it as weapon. The only thing about it its that its very small, which was a dissapointment in my eyes.

I dont look at loot tables much, so I didnt know this weapon could drop. And the first time I was at maiden, I said its a shame weapons dont drop anymore because of the artifacts, so imagine my surprise when it dropped for me today. Another surprise is that my main can not use it for transmog at all /cry

It drops in addition to your normal loot. It drops via. pop-up toast, not from looting the corpse.

戒卫之锤 drops from 戒卫侍女 in 萨格拉斯之墓
should drop for all classes who can wear 单手锤) (死亡骑士, 德鲁伊, 武僧, 圣骑士, 牧师, 潜行者, 萨满祭司 and 战士), regardless of the specialization
no guaranteed drop
probably one dropchance for each raid difficulty per week (Lfr, normal, hc, myth)
can't be bonus rolled
can't be traded
it will be thrown into your bag, you don't have to loot it
you can get regular loot in addition

There are other cosmetic weapons in 安托鲁斯，燃烧王座: 泰沙拉克 from 阿格拉玛 and 寂灭者之镰 from 寂灭者阿古斯.

To solo Maiden of Vigilance on LFR simply stand with your back turned against a wall and you won't take fall damage and the fight won't reset as it does when you jump into the pit. Other than this one mechanic that sends the players up into the air the fight does trivial damage at level 120 with at least Benthic gear.

Feel like not many people think about or remember this one, but just felt like I should say that this grind can really suck. Someone else's comment that it's around a .5% drop rate is probably accurate. This petty farm took me a little over 430 kills before I got it.

I can confirm that this item still drops on Looking for Raid, as I looted it last week.
Simply queueing for Chamber of the Avatar (from Archmage Timear in Broken Isles Dalaran) brings you to Maiden of Virtue directly, making the entire run take around 1 minute.

Just like the scythes this weapon is now consumed to add the transmog to your collection. Mine actually dropped as an upgraded item with higer stats than the one shown on this page but alas, I can never keep it as a trophy. As the next best thing here's a screenshot of it.

This still drops in LFR as of 06/12/2022. I was prepared for the farming long haul after finally deciding I'd like to get my hands on this weapon. It dropped on my first kill, and I was totally not expecting it. In case anyone is curious, downing Maiden in LFR is extremely easy. My fresh level 60 prot pally alt with no legendaries (ilvl 215) was able to do it with no trouble. Good luck to those still grinding this thing out. Now to find suitable transmog!

I can confirm today 17/01/24 on patch 10.2.5 that this dropped for me! It was like my 5th or 6th clear as I'm a new player. But just wanted to share to give hope to everyone! I was on my Death Knight and on EU if that helps! Good luck to everyone going for it!

I learned all the transmog sets on every diffculty before this even dropped and has yet to drop. I ran tos lfr n h m the first week of the event. I am now "caught" up with all the transmog farms on my bucket list and will attempt this in lfr first this coming week. I will report if I do happen to loot this item during this "collectors bounty" event going on in July 2025

I have been successful at vengeance mount (17 attempts) xavius shoulders (15 attempts) and vestments of the tidesage (16 attempts) so if you really do not like this farm try other rarity farms. The other farm I am doing with no success is the za'qul shoulders in eternal palace and I am currently 0 for 110 during the event (make sure it is on all plate characters for those plate shoulders as it seems from a wowhead comment says they only drop when you are on a plate character) so yes no luck on those yet.

Update: Ok 16 minutes after this post I hop on my druid and que for the LFR raid (one that starts with the word chamber) and what do you know it dropped. I guess the rng Gods have finally spoken or I am super lucky tonight!

For anyone unable to see this during Legion Remix, I had to disable all addons and then I was able to select All from the dropdown menu. For some reason, one of my addons would only allow me to see items usable by my current class.

Logged in to buy this as I forgot to do it, item was there but I was missing the currency. Now that I have the currency to buy it, it's not listed anymore. I changed to "All" classes, tried reloading, tried disabling all addons but nothing.
