This guide is lacking so much information. It looks like you just cobbled together 5 seconds of looking up the factions, not even looking at the comments. Don't follow this guide it is absolute ^&*!. Do your research, read comments, and quit failing. Please redo the entire thing.

I found this guide pretty useful - its got the basics (i've already done all the loremaster stuff, so I couldn't take advantage of the phased booty bay).

I'm a completionist, so I didn't want to lose the Bloodsail rep when building the cartel rep back up. I tried the southsea pirates in Tanaris, but there was just too much running around, and the respawns were kinda slow - I could make a full circuit and still have to wait a bit for them. They respawn faster with multiple people farming, but I was only able to take advantage of that a couple times.

I found it was WAY faster to grind the Venture Company Evacuees in Venture Bay (Grizzly Hills). They're all on one ship in 10 different spawn points, and when killed they respawn at a random one almost immediately (there's always about 4 up once you wipe out the initial set). I could cruise the two levels of the ship (no pun intended) killing almost constantly. Plus, these are higher level mobs, which drop more money and lots of frostweave cloth, which still sells on the AH.

As mentioned elsewhere (sry, I forgot): For those who can't track humanoids, Blackended Worg Steak makes it easier.

As for the Heavy Junkboxes: On the Isle of Quel'Danas at /way 60,77 there are 12 Greengill Slaves. I pick pocketed and killed them in groups of 4+2 and 6 and never had a downtime because the mobs respawned so fast.
Talents: Nightstalker and Burst of Speed.
Glyphs: Glyph of Stealth and Glyph of Pick Pocket.

It is possible to get 10% extra reputation, if you take a ride on the Carousel...
I got
30 Rep per Rogue deck,
300 Rep per Daily
420 Rep for each Darkmooncard (MoP)
With 10% buff active. It may also be helpfull to use that reputationhelmet.

If you decide to go for the Doublerum strat (Phased Booty Bay), then you can grind your rep back up again by setting Bloodsail to At War, and killing pirates on the docked ship in the phased Booty Bay. Im currently doing this, getting about 9000rep/h with Booty Bay, with a Guild Standard up all the time.

Booty Bay rep stops at 599/6000 doing this, but the other 3 keeps going, dont know yet how far.

I have a question as a far as rep order goes....I did bloodsail became honored, then I did the cloth turn ins for the goblin races. which dropped my rep with bloodsail. So my question is will I have to redo the bloodsail and goblin rep. Or just because I was honored at one point did it check off. Or do you have to be Honored with Bloodsail and exhalted with all other reps at the same time?

TIp for Bloodsail Buccaneers reputation farm in Booty Bay:

Do not kill low lvl npc just let them live. If you run around them GUARDS will spawn instantly like 5-10 spawned guards for 1 low NPC and after 5 minutes its reset, so you just runing around Booty Bay and kill guards :D Its easy

TIp for Steamwheedle Cartel reputation farm
When you are hostile after killing guards in booty bay you can make reputation from hostile to neutral with this 4 quest bellow, they are repeatable. You just bring Linen Cloth, Silk Cloth, Mageweave Cloth and Runecloth to Quest NPC. Coal, Red Dye, Crystal Vial and Strong Flux are buyable at proffesions teachers so do not waste money on AH :D

Just do this 4 Quests --> You need be carefull to not lost rep with buccaners. Do quests equaly.

Mending Old Wounds
War at Sea

Text bellow is not actual. After patch 6.0.2 only way to farm boxes for ravenholdt is Quel ´ Danas isle. You can still use MACRO and Look on glyphs & talents

Tip for Ravenholdt reputation farm as ROGUE in BlackRock Spire

When you want farm Heavy JunkBox The best way is go to Blackrock spire. You can farm 2-3 boxes in 1 minute there. Best stuff is that there are no another rogues cos its instance... Every mob in instance have chance to pickpocket boxes. Best rates have ORCS but ORGS and TROLLs have some too. Last think is that its not so boring as pickpocketing murlocks :D

Do not forget: (Thanks to Punraz for his comment !)
1. Nightstalker
2. Burst of speed
3. Glyph of Pickpocket
4. Glyph of stealh - Not so necessary coz you will not go out of stealth if you are lvl 70+

I strongly recommend you use this macro:

/cleartarget

If you have Burst of speed talent use this:

/cleartarget
/targetenemy
/cast burst of speed
/cast pick pocket

If you want do it more safe way use this macro. its Funny as well :D but cost Energy :(

PS. You do not need reset instance... just pickpocket all NPC till trolls come back and you can pickpocket same mobs again and again and again...
PS. 2 If you have full bags and do not have vendor mount, the nearest vendor is like 30 secound from instance. NPC in Searing Gore -->Velma Rockslide, there is also MailBox so you can send Boxes to another character
PS 3. Do not forget turn on AUTOLOOT :) Save lot of time

I have a strange situation:

quite a while ago (end of TBC, start of WotLK) i did all quests in Booty Bay and Stranglethorn, I didn't finish Loremaster so when Cataclysm came out, I had to do all quests again for it, and I finaly finished it few days ago (patch 5.4.8) by doing (among all other quests) these BB and Str quests again, which brought me to revered with all Steamwheedle Cartel reputations.
I farmed my way till exalted with all of them by killing Southsea pirates. And I never had Bloodsail reputation above hated.
If I want to do Insane in the membrane, do I have to raise up Bloodsail to honored and then again all Goblins to exalted again or my Goblin reps will be memorized?

I have been a little confused since they made some achievements/titles sharable on ALL characters. Here is my main question: Do you have to get to exalted with these factions all on ONE character, or could you do Bloodsail Buccaneers on one and Steamwheedle cartel on another character? I know this is not the way it worked in the past, but with the changes to the acheivements I have noticed that sometimes things count for the achievement across different characters.

Just want to confirm that turning cloth in to get back to neutral+ with the cartel worked fine for me (I was nervous it might not since bloodsail rep goes back to hated)

made a macro that helped me a lot this was as a feral druid.

You can replace moonfire with any instant cast ranged spell you have. This is fantastic for farming the pirates.
The title is Useable by other characters even level 1s!

Beware, after pick pocketing Greengill Slaves for a few hours, Blizzard banned my account thinking I was using third-party programs. I was NOT using such programs.

It's disappointing that an achievement that REQUIRES grinding mobs can get you banned for grinding mobs.

Regarding mailboxes. I have been doing this rep on a warlock engineer. The rogue loads her bags and mails them to the warlock. Eventually I get tired of all this take the warlock over to turn in the boxes. (Honestly, the coin is not worth the extra click, so I burn whatever is in the boxes. I don't care). The warlock drops the mailbox and takes things out of the mail and hands it over.

If you are not doing this on your engineer, you have two ways to deal with this. One is to take your rep grinder to the turn-in spot. Log out. Log in as your engineer. Take the engineer there, drop the mailbox, log out, log in as your rep grinder. The mailbox (assuming you are same-faction) should be there. The other is to get a friend or guildmate to meet you and drop the mailbox.

Needless to say, emptying your bags completely is the way to go before you do the mailbox trick. There is a timer on the mailbox, so dumping it all into your bags first may save you some hassle.

You can actually grind Bloodsail rep in Arathi Highlands at Faldir's cove by killing the pirates there.

I've been working on this achievement off-and-on for years and am finally getting close. This is a great guide to help get the remaining rep that I need (namely Ravenholdt). I'm also incredibly glad that most of the other reputations have been removed from this.

Farmed my Steamwheedle rep in Lost Rigger Cove in a 5-man group and it was extremely fast. Everlook took the longest and it took about 2-2½ hours from halfway into honored to exalted. As long as you have enough people to cover the entire area you can force immediate respawns which lets everyone kill almost as fast as the GCD allows.

I am Honored with The Steamweedle Cartel. All of the NPCs are green. I am not able to kill any of them. How do you get rep with Bloodsail Buccaneer's when you can't kill the required NPCs?

Although it's far from the most efficient method, what I'm doing right now to get my Steemwheedle rep up is killing Venture Co. mobs in Northern Stranglethorn. It's something I can do passively while doing other work, and it gives me (slim) shot at the Hyacinth Macaw. I just camp out in the saw mill building, drop a guild banner, whenever I hear things hitting me I tab back over to WoW and hit an AoE spell and go back to whatever I was working on. Ratchet and Tanaris will have to wait until I can actually dedicate some time to active farming.

If you're like me and are having problems with the "This target has already had it's pockets picked" error on the murlocks mentioned in this guide, another great spot to farm boxes is Lower Blackrock Spire. You can make a full circle in the instance and by the time you're done, the pockets will have respawned so you really never have to leave the instance until your bags get full. Also these mobs only drop An Exotic Cookbook, Homemade Cherry Pie, Roasted Quail, Superior Healing Potion, and rarely Star Ruby from pickpocketing, which all stack. So you shouldn't need to leave the dungeon often (unless you misclick and kill mobs as much as me). Each loop around the dungeon takes around 8-9 minutes and reward around 15-20 boxes. So that ends up meaning you get around 120 boxes per hour. I hope this helps with your achievment! Happy farming. =D

Edit: After a bit of research I've also found a super helpful macro for mouseover pickpocketing. It saves having to target everything.

Edit 2: After 3-4 loops you may encounter mobs having longer respawns on their pockets. If this happens simply reset the instance. Also If you have a bank guild and hexweave bags you should be able to keep farming for a full hour, pop your guild chest, deposit the boxes, and keep farming.

Edit 3: I found another super helpful macro that deletes all the junk items if you don't feel like manually destroying them or running out to sell.

Some observations from grinding reputation with goblins in Tanaris

Using only guild standard (15%+rep)

Solo grinding == ~500 rep for 10 minutes
2 players in a group == ~1000 rep for 10 minutes
3 players in a group == ~1500 rep for 10 minutes

This is happening because of quicker mob respawn if there are a lot of killing in the zone, hence it also goes with opposite faction players. Was grinding mobs on one half of the zone while the alliance guy was grinding on the other, and we got much more faster respawn out of this.

I've encountered a lot of players who did not want to get into group together, hopefully you read this, and next time you are grinding mobs for rep, get into group together!

You do not need to reach the Bloodsail reputation requirements simultaneously with the others. This means you must grind Bloodsail rep first, since it affects multiple other reps negatively, but you don't need to worry about loosing Bloodsail rep after that point.

The system will now properly track and remember your reputation levels, even if you lose the rep levels needed.

We were able to retroactively grant credit to some players for the Bloodsail Reputation requirement.

If you were once exalted with Booty Bay or the other Cartel reputations but no longer are, you'll need to get them back to exalted to get the Feat of Strength."

This means as long as you have reached Honored with Bloodsail at some point, and then reach Exalted with the other reps, you will earn the achievement. It does NOT work the other way.

Just finished the pirate slaughter/grind in Tanaris (northern camp). Spent 11 hours in a party of 5 from Hatred to Exalted, and didn't lose Bloodsails reputation (I know you can do quests from hatred to neutral, and I know you can lose pirate rep and get the achievement, I just didn't want to lose exalted with them).

I tried it because it was a limited item and found that when handing in Heavy Junkboxes for Ravenholdt rep, the Darkmoon Top Hat will give you an extra 10% rep for the hand in. An increase from 82 rep per hand in to 90 rep per hand in.

At the very least, it will save you farming up about 130 extra boxes.

Okay, guys, listen up!

The worst thing about this Achievement is it's reputation inside the community.

How long does it take to get "Insane in the Membrane" and how can you improve your farming?

Time needed: 10h (Grinds only)

Booty Bay: 2h (5 Man Group) to get to Exalted (only Honored needed)
Tanaris: 6h (5 Man Group) 14k Rep/h. Farmed using World Marks and assigning ppl to it. Screenshot below.
Stromgard Keep: 2h (5 Man Group)
Lockboxes: Paid a Rogue ~30k for 1400 Boxes

Tips:

DON'T farm alone, open up a group in tool and search for more ppl!
If you found ppl, chat with them, add them to your friendslist for future farms
if you farm with 5 ppl instead of 4 your speed doubles (if not more)
Wherever you farm, strictly seperate the area into parts and assign ppl to it, use worldmarks.
This Way you force instant respawns
keep moral up, don't be to elite and instakick ppl when they are afk for 5ish min. Communicate.
Use your Guild Standard to gain +15% Rep, never walk out of range of it (100y)
Bind your skills to comfortable Keys, Mouse 3/4/5, 1 and Q is what I've used
This Guide is 100% correct. You don't lose Bloodsail Rep. Don't believe some guys there are better spots.

*I cleared Skull/Red, another person cleared Yellow/Orange, another one Blue, which was the Ship (not on screenshot), another one green and the last one purple. If one left purple is the least important, if 2 leave, yellow/orange also takes over green.

I completed "The Insane" in 2 Days. 10h Farm, almost always had a nice 5 Man Group and paid 30k for the Lockboxes. You could complete this Achievement in 12h without any difficulties.
So all in all I'd say you get 6 Factions Exalted faster than Netherwings alone (for example).

It might also be worth noting that the pirate captains (or whatever) in the middle deck of the pirate ships near Booty Bay (46, 95) give off extra rep (around 12 each) so it might be worth farming the ships.

You lose BB rep though, so keep that in mind.

Unfortunately I don't remember if I was ever honored with Bloodsail. Considering I am exalted or revered with all 4 Steamwheedle factions it seems like a waste of time to get Bloodsail back to honored then Goblin reps back up.

I just got the Achivement today. And I can confirm that you don't need to do Bloodsail buccaneers before Steamwheedle Cartel.

This is the order I did my reputation:

Steamwheedle Cartel > Bloodsail Buccaneers > Ravenholdt > Darkmoon faire.

Just remember to get the quests done with the Bloodsail Buccaneers while you're at it. I've heard that The game uses the Achivement: 遵命，船长！ As a criteria.

This should clear up all the speculation and rumors that it doesn't work. It worked for me. It should work for you.

QUICK TIPS!

1. Start with Bloodsail Buccaneers, then go on to the other factions. Remember you only have to be Honored.
2. Prioritize Darkmoon Faire everytime its up. (You can grind 2200 rep pr. day with them)
3. Ravenholdt is a pain in my opinion. (You have to have a rogue (maybe an alt), and you should use Bear Tartare to speed up your running, while farming Heavy Junkbox)
4. Ratchet, Booty Bay, Gadgetzan, and Everlook is strait forward.

READ THE GUIDE ABOVE BEFORE YOU BEGIN. THERE ARE NEAT TRICKS THAT YOU MIGHT OVERLOOK.

Maybe it's just due to distraction but, can this be done on a demon hunter/monk while having a alt rogue for the boxes? Or does it have to be done completely on a rogue?

The way I did it is

拉文霍德 Farm up all the lockbox's needed for as its a long and boring grind. That can i just have to handd them all in after all the other rep. Make sure to send all lock box's to a alt that has it's own Gbank

暗月马戏团 You should be Exalted with Darkmoon fair by now if you been playing and doing the DMF every month if not, grind out the rep from them to.

important note - you cannot do any progress towards this while on the death knight class order hall quest that brings you to stromgarde. the area will be phased into a 110 area. after completing the quest, the area resets back to the way it was.

I'm currently working on farming the Ravenholdt Lockboxes and wanted to add some notes. My character is 110, and has some pieces of gear from the Pre-BFA WQs.

Current average to get 100 boxes is only 40 minutes.

I'm farming over at Greengill Coast like the guide recommends. Although they show the whole coast of murlocs (looks like an M) I would recommend as long as you are alone just Going in an arc back and forth from the top part, so your path would look like a backwards "C".

The murlocs respawn fast enough to make it possible, plus after that first arc the mobs packs are smaller and there is a distance there between some of them that increases overall movement time.

I was doing it as Assassination. Super quick, run up to pack. Have on Auto Loot. Set Pickpocket to easy keybind (for me that was F) and just Tab Target/Hit F as you run between them. You need to stutter step because you can't loot quickly while moving, sometimes the game can't keep up. So tab/f, move, tab/f, move until you clear all the pack. Then a quick Circle of Daggers (I have mine bound to E currently) and move on to the next pack.

When your bags start filling you have enough time usually between packs to throw out 1 or 2 items while moving before having to start pickpocketing again to keep your flow going.

Also the mailbox is much quicker to get to that Blackrock Spire unless you have a personal way to pop one down.

Finally worth note, it is much less exhausting farming on the sunny beach I found than in the darkness of BRS.

Also sorry for formatting this poorly, I'll come back and edit sometime. Still need another 800 boxes so need to dive back into it. Want to finish this before Tuesday's expansion release.

With BFA you can now grind Ravenholdt in the Arathi Highlands in the Stromgarde Keep warfront phase at lvl 120. Easily get a group and go to Dabyrie's Farmstead in North Center of map and grind the reapers. They respawn VERY quickly. It still stops at 11999 / 12000 honored so it won't get you through revered.

as of 8.1.5 in BFA, for Ravenholdt rep, you can kill the syndicare mobs and gain 5 rep in the new arathi highlands, and they respawn almost instantly, and you can kill the reavers in the fields which also give 5 rep per.

When I farmed in Stromgarde Keep I switched to warmode, so my Fan of knives has 15m range. Then I just ran around and spammed fan of knives, to I kill the stealthmobs too. There are about 50 mobs in the keep, which means you get 250 rep. While waiting for the respawn I go to Northfold Manor and do the same, which got me 130 rep.
So you get about 380 reputation per run.

Since you don't have to be exalted with Steamwheedle Cartel and Bloodsail Buccaneers at the same time there is way faster option to get reputation with Cartel after obtaining honored with BB.

there are 4 repeatable quests :

Ratchet - mending old wounds
Booty Bay - traitor to the bloodsail
Gadgetzan - war at sea
Everlook - making amends

If you are at 0/36000 hated:
You will need to do 72 turn ins to reach: "Hostile"

if you are at 0/3000 hostile:
You will need to do 6 turn ins to reach: "Unfriendly"

If you are at 0/3000 unfriendly
You will need to do 6 turn ins to reach: "Neutral"

From that point you can grind rest on mobs in Tanaris.

I spend around 4k gold to reach from 10000/36000 hated to 3000/3000 Neutral. (took me 10 mins)

For Tanaris rep farm, I made a macro on my mage that you can just stay stationary, and spam 1 button. If you are playing a character which can attack behind without looking back (like warlock dots), it is even better.

First it will try to tab target, this will only target within a cone angle. But you can also hit mobs that are exactly 90 degrees to your either side, 2nd /tar will catch that. /tar may also target mobs behind you and you may get stuck with your target, but next time a mob spawns in front of you /targetenemy will get a new target.

If you want to keep bloodsail bucaneers at exalted: make sure to complete the quests (for loremaster etc.) in stranglethorn vale, tanaris, winterspring and northern barrens before farming bloodsail reputation as some quests award reputation with the goblins but will also make you lose some with the pirates!

Just adding, I just did an hour of lockboxes farming from Greengill Slaves to check it out and I was very disappointed. 63 lockboxes in an hour vs the 120-180 the guide says. This is gonna take way longer than expected..

One thing not mentioned for Ravenholdt rep: You do NOT have to pick locks on 沉重的垃圾箱 to use them for turn in.

UPDATE: "Insane in the Membrane" is still available. I got it just now.

I'm currently working on this, on the presumption it's still available even though it's not mentioned in the list of achievements in-game. While I do hope I can get the achievement and title, it's enough for me to know I put in the work.

Using a level 50 rogue to collect the junkboxes has been--by far--the most tedious part, but currently I'm able to get a box once about every 27 seconds running through the murloc slaves. That's roughly 130 boxes per hour. I also found it isn't necessary to kill them if, at the end of the run (working north to south), I pause to mount my mammoth with vendors and vendor all the non-junkboxes I've gotten along the way. Then, I dismount and run on-foot back to the beginning of the run. Doing that gives the murlocs enough time for the vast majority of them to usually reset and drop loot when I pickpocket them.

Whenever someone comes along and starts murdering my 'locs, it chaps my hide a bit, but as long as I get the run to myself, it works out. I'm just a few hours away from getting the achievement--whether I actually get it or not.

Note: Do the Avast Ye quests when friendly with Bloodsail and hated with Booty Bay . It won't work once you get your Booty Bay rep up :(

I have Insane, but will have to do the Avast Ye on a different toon :(

So not sure if this is common knowledge or if I'm just slow to the party regarding rogues and this grind, but you do not have to run out and restart a dungeon once you're done pickpocketing everyone. I just did like five loops because I wasn't paying attention and pickpocketed people at the front as I was running out to reset, and it let me, so I just continued looping. I have looked at quite a few guides and this wasn't mentioned anywhere, I am not sure if it is a bug or not, or if I am just clueless about rogues as I don't normally play one. But yeah, just run-in circles pickpocketing without running out to reset dungeon. Literally made an account to post this in case someone else found it time saving.

Appearantly this has changed, again.. and you're now able to get the feat if you have had your reputation at the needed point once.

Curious.
How do one check to see?
If one once had correct reputation level or not?

So the step-by-step order is like the tabs says: Ravenholdt>Darkmoon Faire>Bloodsail Buccaneers>Steamweedle Cartel?
If not, can someone please help me out since I'm about to start this journey :) In my mind getting DF rep is something I do just when DF is up and then continue with the other reputations.
Any tip about the minimum level for my rogue would be? For the pickpocket part.

One more question, does all reputation has to be on the same character?

I would like to recommend Dabyrie's Farmsted in Arathi Highlands (new one).
They are spawning instantly and there is a lot of mobs spawning.
There is also the chance of mount form one of the new rares.
The rep farm took me around 45min - 1 hour with 2 other players.

Goto Arathi Highlands

Talk to Zidormi and go to another time

Head to Go'shek farm and kill everything.

The reapers in particular spawn very fast.

If you need a mailbox when handing in the Ravenholdt lockboxes Dragonflight has one in the questline, see this quest: 翅膀与风的偕行 do the prequests and you're all set.

Be aware, with a Top Hat on and a mailbox that is only up for 10 minutes you'll probably need to plan for 2 maybe even 3 mailbox spawns, and this toy from the quest above is on a 3h CD.

A little thing that does not get mentioned in these kinds of guides that can save you HOURS of grind:
If you start with Bloodsail Buccaneers over the Goblin factions (as you should), you can get back to neutral with the goblin factions afterwards by simply doing the quests:
Mending Old Wounds, Traitor to the Bloodsail, War at Sea, and Making Amends.

All these quests will give you 500 Rep with the corresponding faction, but a reduced amount for all the the other factions as well, which means that you can get:

Up to neutral + three times the "side" rep from the other factions
Up to neutral + two times the "side" rep from the other factions
Up to neutral + one time the "side" rep from the other factions
Just up to neutral for the last faction

As you will be grinding mobs to get to Exalted for all four factions and you do it for all of them at the same time, your limiting factor will be the slowest of the four. This means that you want to do these quests last for the factions that you can grind the easiest for, those being Booty Bay and Gadgetzan, as you get to grind mobs in their respective areas, granting you double the amount of rep per mob killed in comparison to Ratchet and Everlook, which lack these kinds of mobs.

The ideal order would therefore be:

Everlook/Ratchet
Everlook/Ratchet (The one you didn't take)
Booty Bay
Gadgetzan

As Gadgetzan is the easiest to grind.

Crazy ask, I did Bloodsail Admiral back in 2010 when I was a younging, read somewhere that you could get the title and hat (both of which I have) by only getting friendly. Does anyone know if there is a command/script to run to see if I was ever Honored with them? I just do not want to start grinding Goblin Rep to find out I wasn't honored and then have to back track.

Just recently completed this following the guide and wanted to add my input. I found pickpocketing the southern-most murloc camps the least crowded. Fan of Knives was great for quick kills and resetting the packs. As others have stated, the farm in BFA Arathi were much faster than Strommgarde Keep. Pirates by Caverns of Time were the go-to, no doubt about it. Great guide, now to go nurse my damaged mental state.

Doin this in 2024 especially during the 20th anniversary event is a game changer and I have some tips to make it better that aren’t widely known or people just assume you have completed previous expansions campaigns.

First off for ravenholdt there is a more efficient farm than just farming the syndicate mobs in the keep, but it requires you to have completed the entirety of BFA campaign and done some of the warfront quests to unlock the dialog option with zidormi in the arathi highlands to phase it to the BFA version.
I think the exp gain per hour is about 9k with a guild banner + some buffs but I didn’t do it so I’m not too sure.

For the heavy junk boxes i highly suggest you just save up and either buy them of someone it’s about 1-1-5mil (about 2170 boxes) for enough boxes to go from 0- exalted. I mean you’re gonna be needing 1400 boxes anyway if you choose not to so in my opinion may as well buy them. If you have the darkmoon 10% buff plus the 2 from wows 20th anniversary event and MAYBE the human 10% racial (idk if it stacks to 40%) you get 97 exp for 5 boxes you turn in sometimes 98.

So if you’d like to go even more insane for this title feel free to do BFA content

Easy method, buy/farm 2170 boxes and turn them in WITH A 30% TOTAL REPUTATION BUFF VERY IMPORTANT. Takes about 1h of just sitting there turning them in to go from 0 - exalted

I have decided to get this achievement done and I have realized it is not as bad as people claim it to be. Below:

Firstly, I started with the Ravenholdt reputation, as it seemed the most tiresome.

A. You will have to go from Neutral to 11.999/12.000 into Revered. This will be done by killing mobs.

The best spot to farm is in Arathi Highlands BFA time, the farms, depending on which faction holds the control of the map. or . Kill every single mob.

Try to find at least someone else, the more you are, the quicker the mobs respawn and you can cover a larger area.

Use Banner of Coordination from your guild vendor. It may not seem like much, but it is adding up.

This step took me around 4 hours.

B. From 11.999 Revered to Exalted, you will need to turn in Heavy Junkboxes.

There is no easy way of getting this done. I personally farmed the Greengill Coast, at the south side, near the water. As a landmark, there is a little temple in the water.

You will need to be a Rogue, or a Rogue friend, to pickpocket the murlocs. Once their pockets are picked, kill them. The respawn timer is quicker than the pockets fill.

Once you obtain the boxes, 1405. in total, without any rep gain buffs, you can turn them in at the Ravenholdt Mannor, at the NPC called 'Wolfe'.

The way I did this on a Rogue, I emptied my bags, and once they were full of boxes, I deposited as many as possible in the warbank, then filled the bags again.

I also had my hearthstone set in Tarren Mill for easy access to the Ravenholdt Mannor.

This step took me around 8 hours, and it is the longest in the entire chain.

2. Bloodsail Buccaneers, raising the reputation to Honored, easiest of them all.

Get to Booty Bay, select At War through your reputation panel, and kill everything. This will lower your reputation with the Steamwheedle Cartel, which is what we want.

Try to find at least someone else to do this with.

Use Banner of Coordination.

We were in a party of two, and it took me around 40 minutes. Imagine a full party of five, and the banner of coordination.

Once you get to Honored, for the achievement you can stop. However, make sure to go all the way down to Hated entirely with (Booty Bay, Everlook, Gadgetzan, Ratchet).

3. The Steamwheedle Cartel, second longest in my opinion.

A. If you followed the above, you can regain most of the Steamwheedle Cartel reputation by turning in cloths.

If you are Alliance ; cloth turn ins order is Ratchet>Everlook>Gadgetzan>Booty Bay

For Horde; Everlook>Ratchet>Gadgetzan>Booty Bay.

There is an NPC outside each of the cities with a repeatable quest for the above.

First faction turn in: 168 stacks of cloth (84 turn ins)

Second faction turn in: 84 stacks of cloth (42 turn ins)

Third faction turn in: 40 stacks of cloth (20 turn ins)

Fourth faction turn in: 22 stacks of cloth (11 turn ins)

I bought everything off the AH.

Each faction turn in will award 500 rep with the main faction, and 250 for EACH other.

Doing your turn ins with this order should get you either close to revered or revered+ with Everlook and Ratchet. friendly with Gadgetzan and Neutral with Booty Bay.

B. Do each quest, that you find worth, rewarding Reputation with the Steamwheedle Cartel, below. The order does not matter.

Ratchet

Gadgetzan

Everlook - you will need to do the questline from the main city 'Hammer Time' to unlock the rest.

Booty Bay

Same as the above, you will get main faction reputation, and reputation for the other 3.

C. Once this step is done, move to the area behind the Caverns of Time, and start killing pirates all the way to Exalted.

Try to find at least someone else, the more you are, the quicker the mobs respawn and you can cover a larger area.

Use Banner of Coordination from your guild vendor. It may not seem like much, but it is adding up.

You will get to 20.999/21.000 with Gadgetzan which is expected, the last point will be obtained from the Fray Island in Ratchet.

This step took me around 3-4 hours, without banner or a full party.

4. The last faction, Darkmoon Faire. IMO this is the worst part, as you cannot grind mobs or quests, you have to do the dailies + artifacts (暗月掠夺者) -<bought from the AH + profession quests (YOU CAN HAVE 1 SKILL IN THE PROFFESION AND IT STILL WORKS).

However, you can make Darkmoon Decks and turn in your reputation all the way to exalted in a day. It all depends on the amount of money you are willing to spend.

! Only the trinkets marked 'Source: Darkmoon Faire' will award any reputation!

I did a mix of quests, artifacts, and decks. Each set of daily quests reward 2765 rep, each deck gives 385 rep with the 10% rep gain increase.

If anyone was wondering where their goblin reputation would be at, say they only got to Friendly and not Honored with Bloodsail, then did their goblin reps, and had to regrind Bloodsail again:
Starting reputations
Bloodsail Buccaneers: Hated 35500/36000
Booty Bay: Exalted
Everlook, Gadgetzan, Ratchet: Exalted

Final rep after re-grinding (took about 45min)
Bloodsail Buccaneers: Honored 51/12000
Booty Bay: Hated 14650/36000
Everlook, Gadgetzan, Ratchet: Friendly 4325/6000

I did my goblin reputations after getting 遵命，船长！ well over a year ago. I must have unfortunately thought that the Bloodsail title was Honored :') I had been doing my Insane title on and off for a while so I didn't remember where I had left off. I had a sneaking feeling that I didn't actually get Honored with Bloodsail yet, until I finally got my Ravenholdt done and naturally, the achievement didn't pop. The Bloodsail Admiral title is at friendly y'all! Not Honored!

Unfortunately I still don't know how you can properly check that you've fulfilled the Bloodsail Buccaneers Honored requirement, for others in my position :(
