If i'm any guess this is just like blindweed. As it seem to be found where ever there is fresh water in northrend.

This herb can easily level your herbalism to 450 due to the fact that they never go green. Just get 400 in Borean Tundra by gathering goldclowers and anything else you find and head out to Lake Kum'uya (51.1, 44.8). Just run around the lake, there should be about 7 spawns at once.
The Tiger Lilies there have a fast respawn and there are many there with pretty easy mobs near there (if you avoid Harold Lane). At 450 I had 4 Eternal Life and 5 Frost Lotus. Also there wasn't any PvP around there.

Tiger Lily requires a skill of 375 Herbalism to gather. Tiger Lily is most commonly found among the rivers of Howling Fjord or Sholazar Basin.

Edit: As of 3.1 it was changed from 400 to 375.

I usually farm at Lake Kum 'uya in borean Tundre.. theres about 5-7 tiger lily a round the lake and there for makes it easy to farm,cos no one is farming them.. they got around 2-4 min. CD so easy to farm :D

One thing I noticed is that with the latest patch (3.3.3), these nodes seem to be much larger than I remember. Not sure if they increased the size of the plant, or if it's a changed UI from my end, but it's definitely different.

Just as mentioned above, Lake Kum'uya is by far the best place to literally farm these. Although, I haven't checked any other inland waters, but I found 10-12 spawns around this lake in Borean. Every time I went there there were 5-6 spawns up, and after a random dungeon there were another 6-8 up. Every single time. I got 5 Frost Lotuses and stacks of Tiger Lilyes in no time.

I make a lot of gold by selling NR herbs on the AH to scribes. Scribes don't care what kind of herbs you give them, as long as its from the level range they need, and there are a lot of them. Tiger Lily is a good herb to farm, because it has a good "drop rate" for Deadnettle. Exploiting this fact can result in double the herbs thus double the gold. I farm these in Grizzly Hills on the river to the east going down through Grizzly Hills. Not the river bordering Dragonblight. But the one with the logging camp. I start from the northeast where the river stops and follow the river, including the logging camp, and end a venture bay. I'm a balance druid so I farm these easily, clearing mobs with Starfall on collecting with Swift Flight Form. Usually I get two stacks of Deadnettle, and two stacks of Tiger Lily in half an hour. Hope this helps!
