Anyone knows where Furbolgs are for a "Furbolg visited" part? It doesn't show on the map and I've been searching for about 2 hours now...

If you are lost and looking for the NPC for the Furblogs it is located at /way 10.4, 85.4

From where you pick up the quest from the Dragon Aspects, Venture South in the new Outdoor Amirdrassil zone that is not located inside the emerald dream. You are looking for an NPC named Radza Thunderclaw. It is literally at the bottom of the visible map at the edge of the Map UI border.

You can see the new tree from the bridge up there. Majestic! -- btw, I first explored the new island Amirdrassil. Blizzard always amazes me with their work -- despite all the times I cursed at them ;D

As of 10.2.5, this quest seems bugged. I traveled to the centaurs and asked "is everyone all right?" and the quest did not progress to the next step. I abandoned the quest, went back to pick it up and the quest failed to progress a second time. /reload did not help.

Doing this quest with the game music on made it looks like watching the ending of a good movie. It was such a nice feeling!

After trying all tips and tricks mentioned in these comments, and having 0 luck, I resorted to reporting it and asking for help in a ticket.
I received the following response:

Thanks for reaching out. Despite the issue at hand I hope you're doing well today.

I understand you're unable to complete the quest 'A Changed Land'. I can confirm this is an issue on our end that our Development Team is aware of and working to fix. That said, I'm afraid we don't have an ETA for when a fix will be implemented:

Yeah that's great and all, but meanwhile we still can't progress our quest... So I sent a reply back asking if they can't complete the quest for me so I could at least progress to the next part.
(cos lets face it, it's probably nowhere on their priority list to fix this quest, and I know they don't do this anymore but they used to progress a quest you were stuck on for you, so I figured hell, I can only ask right?)
To that, I received an automated response this time around:

For anyone who's unable to loot the Cataloger's Film, I opened up a GM ticket, and here's the reply:

Greetings!

This is Specialist Game Master Engrynimz. Thanks for reaching out to Blizzard Entertainment!

First, I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this in the game. I can imagine how it must feel to encounter a challenge that prevents you from fully enjoying your gaming experience.

We are currently investigating this issue with the quest " A Changed Land" however, the only work around was found is the following:
Try and (de)activate Warmode and try again, or join a group on another realm. Also you may need to switch back and forth several time and try again after each switch for it to work. Also note that Game Masters are unable to help skipping quests.

If all the above failed,the best option in this situation would be to advise you to submit a bug report on our forums, so our developers can continue to investigate all the affected accounts. You can submit a bug report by either going into the in-game ESC menu and click on report or simply by visiting our forums at https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/c/support/bug-report/17

What happens next is that our QA team compiles all the instances of a reported bug, and as soon as a bug is confirmed and reproduced on our end, our dev teams start working on it to fix the root cause and make sure it doesn't happen again, and the fix is applied with a new patch/update. Game Masters do not get direct communication from our dev team on future patch and update release dates, so we are not able to give you an ETA on when this will be fixed.

This bug seems to have been around for quite some time now, and in the few minutes I was there, I saw at least 10 other players trying to loot it and failing. This is a really silly thing to have been broken for so long. I'm a bit miffed to be honest, but it is what it is.

EDIT: I went to hand in some completed quests and dropped a few others, and now I can loot this item. I suspect that it's either something to do with one of the quests in the Emerald Dream Campaign (perhaps, the one where you have to plant 3 Dream Seeds?), or it could be something to do with the Warbands: Warbanding Together quest (I completed the follow ups while I was there too).

Did it off of a server maintenance. I can confirm what was mentioned before that the first person on the shard that loots it can complete it and it bugs for everyone else after. If you camp at the spot before server goes offline, and be the first person that logs in at the spot when it comes back, it will be available to interact with. Unless you want to bet your luck on getting put on a new shard by switching warmode, this is the most time efficient way. Server maintenance that last an hour usually actually end after 30-40 minutes by the way and you can log in.
