After you active all the Skyfire Turrets, you get a Extra Button when you stand near to the ward to call Alexstraza.

The location of the quest turn in did not track for me on my minimap or my large map no matter what I did. Quest turn in is in the field of fire at 35 35.

Druids can interact with the wards as well as use the extra action button while in flight form which saves you from fighting most, if not all, of the mobs nearby.

Remember, it's World of Warcraft: If you're not sure where to go, just look for a bunch of high level, low reward trash mobs and then look for the glowing thing right in the middle of them.

Description

The notes you found, combined with Merithra's reconnaissance, have revealed Ashendir's plan. The flame wards that surround the Wellspring Temple are blocking our reinforcements. Our allies will distract Fyrakk while you and I slip behind enemy lines to destroy the wards. The skies are filled with drakes, and I must fend them off. Once you find a flame ward and thin out its defenses, signal me to destroy it.
