A very good ability giving you 4 (5 talented) whole seconds to shift out and cast a heal on yourself, and perhaps continue to CC your target with Cyclone or Entangling Roots, so you can heal even more. Use it whenever possible.

I hope that by "whenever possible" you really mean "whenever really necessary". The cooldown is long enough that blowing a Bash at the wrong time could result in disaster. A well-placed Bash can be used to prevent a mob from healing (since it's a Druid's only form of interrupt in bear), allow you to get away from a situation, or, as stated, give us the opportunity to get off a much-needed heal.

Can be missed, dodged and parried, making it somewhat unreliable, especially with the CD like this.
You can see it - every class that can stun, stuns better. Vanilla hybrids won't deny their heritage.

In MoP beta testing, this talent gives you a basic stun on a 50 second cooldown. Can use in any form! Currently this talent is the only way to keep the Bash ability like in Cata.

Can be used in Travel Form or Aquatic Form, as well as the other forms you'd expect. Seriously sad that this is melee range (something like Hammer of Justice would be nice), but a Balance Druid can use it as part of a kitty opener in PvP or as a get-outta-mah-face move. Also can be dodged, which means it'll be slightly less effective for resto/balance as they don't have much/any expertise.

This skill has limited use. Noticed it does not interrupt spellcasting of bosses, which are generally immune to stuns in the first place.

This is one of the three Tier 5 Talent for Druids, along with Incapacitating Roar and Ursol's Vortex.

From my experiences, Incapacitating Roar seems slightly better than Mighty Bash due to the lower cool down (sure, it's 2 seconds less of a stun, but I look at it as an interrupt more than a stun).

Ursol's Vortex seems more appropriate for pvp (and Mighty Bash edges out Roar in pvp as well), or at least fairly limited pve use. Maybe a boomkin / healer would get more mileage out of Ursol's Vortex than a melee cat or bear (I do not play either, so can only guess).

My bear tank loves Disorienting Roar, for obvious reasons, and my kitty seems to like Mighty Bash, but also doesn't mind the Roar. As always, your mileage may vary.

It would be great for a Resto who has a warrior constantly attacking them... all you have to do is just smack him in the face! :D

In addition to it being able to miss, this stun is also able to be dodged and parried. Arguably the weakest talent on the Level 75 Tier, especially for a Balance or Resto Druid due to melee range and facing requirements.

If you're Balance and looking for a stun, it's better off to use on a Paladin in order to receive , which cannot be dodged or parried, lasts longer and has a larger range.

As of 6.0.3 is seems to be bugged. The tooltip says it's 5 second stun, but in actuality it lasts closer to 3.
