Yes! You have to fly all the way to Western Trisfal Glades! Closest flight path is Andorhal, Western Plagueland.

Quickest way to get there is by using the Dalaran crater portal in the hall of the guardian in Dalaran and flying from there.

had a little trouble at the end of this quest finding the two people -they did not appear on map - but they are in dalaran, in a little garden just to left of the northern bank.

1. Blade in Twilight (Scenario)
• Accept the quest, Blade in Twilight, from Alonsus Faol at coords 79, 41 (Tirisfal Glades).
• • If you have already completed a different artifact chain, Alonsus Faol will be located at 51.2, 48.4 in the Netherlight Temple.
• • If you picked up the quest from the Netherlight Temple, you will need to step on the Dalaran transporter at 49.1, 47.8, and take the Portal to Dalaran Crater.
• Travel west to Tyr's Fall to coords 17.1, 53.7.

Stage 1 - The Twilight Camp
• Find the three clues at the twilight camp, in the area of 13, 56:
• • 1st Clue: Slaghammer's Notes: The New Leader located in a wagon, under a tent at 13.5, 57.5.
• • 2nd Clue: Slaghammer's Notes: Tyr's Fall located inside a small tent at 13.2, 55.5.
• • 3rd Clue: Slaghammer's Notes: Xal'atath, the Blade of the Black Empire located under a large tent at 13.9, 55.5.
• Fight any of the mobs, in the area, that get in your way:
• Twilight Shadowcaster - Interrupt Shadowmend, it's ability to heal.
• Twilight Bladetwister - Move away from the mob when Twilight Whirl is cast.
• Greater Void Ravener - Interrupt Void Consumption.

Stage 2 - Raiding the Tomb Raiders
• After collecting all 3 clues, enter the lake and proceed northeast to coords 37.4, 12.7.
• Follow the underwater passage to the Vestibule of the Silver Hand toward coords 35.2, 31.5.

Stage 3 - The Desecrated Tomb
• Assist Shadowlord Slaghammer in defeating the Twilight Shadowcaster and Twilight Bladetwister.

Stage 4 - The Tomb of Tyr
• After Shadowlord Slaghammer takes down the barrier, enter the Tomb of Tyr, beyond.

Stage 5 - Reconsecration
• Defeat the 4 Twilight Ritualist around the room, which are targeting the wards.
• After each Twilight Ritualist dies, a group of Flesh Spawn will pop up from where the ward is located.

Stage 6 - Don't Fear the Reaper
• Defeat the Amassing Darkness, located in the center of room at coords 37.0, 54.9.
• • It must be defeated before the Armageddon spell cast is finished.

Stage 7 - Dark Passage
• Defeat Borgoth the Master Reaver and his companion, a Twilight Bladetwister.
• Move away from the mob when Twilight Whirl or Edge of Twilight are cast.
• Continue south, through the Darkwalk, to 38.9, 78.6, killing any mobs you cross.
• Use Mass Dispel on the Void Tendril mobs, or just kill them.
• Follow the passageway northeast to 47.2, 75.8.

Stage 8 - Death to the Deacon
• Enter the Grave-Prison of Zakajz, just ahead, and defeat the Faceless Guardian and Faceless Corrupter, while Shadowlord Slaghammer holds back reinforcements.
• Move out of the way of the Shadow Crash, cast by the Faceless Guardian (ground effect visible).
• Continue across the bridge, and defeat Twilight Deacon Farthing.
• Destroy the Shadow Image mobs.
• Dispel or kill the Void Tendril.

Stage 9 - The Blade of the Black Empire
• Collect the , to take possession of your artifact weapon.

Stage 10 - The True Death of Zakajz (Final Stage)
• Use the Dark Drain (extra action button) on Zakajz the Corruptor to consume his essence.
• Shadowlord Slaghammer will drop a Twilight Portal for you. Click on it to be brought to Dalaran.
• After reaching Dalaran, travel northwest to coords 46.4, 21.2.
• Turn in the quest to Moira Thaurissan.
• • If you have already completed a different artifact chain, Moira Thaurissan will be located at 51, 46 in the Netherlight Temple.

If you die during this you are returned to Faol's Rest. That was bad enough but as I flew back to the camp the scenario started over from scratch. This happened twice. I was level 98 so may wait until I have higher gear level. (Or learn to play :P )

Just a word or warning. I was 98 and think I was on Stage 8 where Shadowlord Slaghammer makes a barrier to stop mobs from entering. I backed up too far and was actually behind the barrier when he cast it. Couldn't get in to complete the scenario. Killed myself twice by drowning but still it wouldn't reset. The whole quest wont let you abandon so ended up asking a GM to reset it (very fast response).
Which he did, and also monitored my progress! I also seemed to get a hidden damage buff as I cut through the scenario so easily unlike before.

It's a scenario to obtain Xal'atath, Blade of the Black Empire - shadow priest artifact weapon. Fly to Tyr's Fall, coordinates are 14.7 56.5, there the scenario starts:

First, you have to pick up three clues across the camp. They all lay on tables under tents.
Find an entrace to Tyr's grave. It's under water at 15.5 55.5 spot.
Slay mobs that guard the inner entrance, Lord Staghammer will help you to get in.
Get in
Slay four ritualists that channel their spells.
Amassing Darkness just spawned in the room, slay it before Armageddon casted.
Borgoth the Master Reaver will come from south passage, you have to defeat him too. As you done jump down to passage and proceed farther.
Twilight Deacon Farthing just stealed the blade, so you have no choice - defeat him.
Pick up Xal'atath, Blade of the Black Empire.
Use Dark Drain onto Zakajz to kill it completely. Get back to Dalaran.

If you're picking this up during Chromie Timewalking and do not have flying, you will have an item in your inventory called, "Tirisfal Camp Scroll" which allows you to teleport to the area on the map once you're in Tirisfal.

As I was flying over, I found an Alliance priest and Horde priest, both low level, trying to get in to the area on ground mounts which does not appear possible.

When you complete the scenario, do not click the scroll on your bonus bar when you arrive back in Dalaran or it will send you to do it all over again.

If you are stuck and nothing happens when you click Mass Dispel on the objective UI during step 7, or Dark Drain during the final stage, reloading your UI will fix it.

Can't find her where it's marked on the map (left of the bank in a little garden). Can't find her in the priest hall... where in the H is she?

This is really annoying Moira is not showing in Dalaran, i have no quests in my log, did the first Harbringer quest, no portal up yet, and cant work out how to rephase to get her showing. Tried to open a ticket but was just going around in circles any help appreciated

If the TWW pre-patch event, remix, etc. DON'T apply to you and you STILL can't see Moira by the statue...Make sure you've accepted the bulletin board Legion Returns quest in Stormwind (or the Horde one). You can choose the "skip" option straight to Dalaran and THEN she will appear by the damn statue, where the quest marker is.

I was so frustrated that I was ready to rip my hair out or ragequit lol.

In Remix, in order to trigger this, I had to go to the fountain where the quest marker was (where it marked it as 'completed') and *then* go to the temple to actually complete it.

Description

I have been working with Moira Thaurissan to infiltrate the Twilight's Hammer cult. We've learned of an ancient and powerful Old God relic, a blade used at various points in history to wreak havoc.

Moira's double agent informs us a new leader is rising, and plans to cement his ascension using this weapon in an unholy ritual. You must find him, stop the ritual, and seize the artifact.

We will meet in Dalaran afterwards.
